I ordered two Kandy Victorian- Style Chesterfield Velvet Double Sofas from Sofamania.com in the color beige however one half of my order was shipped in the incorrect color light grey. I contacted sofamania.com customer service and after I sent them a few photos of the incorrect product received, they promptly resolved my issue by having the correct sofa color shipped to my home within a couple of days. Thank you sofamania.com team for making this correction as seamless as possible; I will continue to be a return customer ;)

I bought the Amanda model. Besides being super uncomfortable the center caved in after 5 months!it went ot of shaped i am not big or fat person and i live alone either. So disappointed. And the customer service just say sry we couldn't do anything :) totally unfair and the worst experience that i've everhad

I ordered a Joanne Classic Linen Sectional, although it took me some time to put together, it was exactly what I wanted. Very heavy furniture and well made. I love it!

I saw one of the best loveseat in appearance at your site and ordered it immediately. When i received it and touched it, it is very amzing and for my small room it is perfect. I felt it is worth for it's price. Uphostery and the fabric is nice. It is designed in such a way to fit in a small area. Assembly is easy, item is as per the description and one of the finest item. I would recommend it to my family and friends.

Well, we purchased a sectional knowing that it was cheap and not the best quality. Kids will be using it so we didn't want the best of the best.

Lo and behold, we didn't expect the customer service disaster we experienced.

The sofa arrived very quickly - three business days later! - but was missing the instructions, feet and hardware. I tried to call several times - no answer.

Received a response to my email inquiry with instructions and was asked to provide info on what was missing.

It took over a week to receive the missing parts. And guess what? They forgot to include about half of them! And the ones they did include were WRONG. In addition, we realized, in our attempt to put the sofa together, that the brackets to hold it together were not aligned (and didn't match so they'll never fit together) and the middle section was taller than the end sections.

So we called again. We were asked to provide documentation of the issues. We did.

They offered us a whopping $75 to keep the sofa as-is. Missing parts, build issues, and all. We priced buying the missing parts and we were looking at over $100 in parts.

So they upped their offer to $100. Or we get to deal with the hassle of sending back.

Don't buy. The price is tempting. The sofa actually looks good (minus the mismatched pieces) but is sooooo cheap. We'll be buying elsewhere and accepting that we should have known better.

Sigh.

Ps. I tried to post this review on Sofamania's site and shockingly they didn't accept it! So don't believe all the positive reviews. They clearly have a way of blocking negative ones.

Received my sofa in 4 week (today) with the arm cover broken. When assembling the safa, noticed that the arm cover was hanging into 2 pieces. See picture for detail.

I purchased an on sale sofa chair which just means it is slightly wider than a normal seat. This chair was grey and modern with an ottoman foot storage included. Worst experience purchasing I've ever had. I'm giving the company a 1 star rating because at least they did deliver it. Firstly, one of the legs was bug infested and sawdust was everywhere. Since it was only one leg I let it go and asked for a leg replacement. Which after some talking and pictures to prove damage they sent me another set of legs. Which took another week and a half to get. After receiving since my company had already arrived and didn't need chair we were slow to assemble the chair! BIG MISTAKE! Again more issues, secondly, one cushion wasn't filled in properly so it's an empty corner and thirdly, two of the leg screws where you attach the chair legs were screwed and drilled incorrectly. Making it impossible to attach the legs. After contacting company they have refused to help due to the past 30 day delivery. My husband is going to have to experiment and drill where the leg holes should go and we need to pray it works! Otherwise I'll be buying new feet to attach to bottom. This company is a scam! DON'T PURCHASE from them. They do not have quality furniture at reasonable prices. I've bought better quality furniture at WALMART!

I ordered a couch from this company and it has already completely fallen apart within a few months and the company will not stand by there terrible product. They are basically stealing from there customers. They have THE WORST customer service, to go as far as they hung up the phone on me when I called. I RECOMMEND TO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER. IT WILL FALL APART AND YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.

I got this couch during a sale on Sofamania 3 months back, for a whooping 15% off. Even though I wasn't sure what to expect, I decided to purchase it after reading the reviews. Interaction wih Customer service reps was pleasent and they helped me with my questions. Item arrived in good condition and was delivered on time. The quality of material used is good and the couch is in good shape even after heavy use. The only downfall I see of purchasing furnitur online is that one has to assemble the furniture and for a persone like me its a huge pain. Overall its a great expericenc buying from Sofamania... recommend!

I purchased a sectional sofa from Sofamania.com. About six weeks later the cushions started to pill very badly. I have no pets and am a small person so there is no way it was wear and tear, it was just poor product quality.

I reached out to their customer service to replace the cushion or at minimum try to buy a new cushion to replace it. They first noted it was out of their 30 day policy but after persisting they finally offered to make an exception and send a replacement. I received the replacement but it was the ottoman bottom and not the cushion. I reached out to them with pictures that they had sent the wrong replacement and asked how to send it back. They noted they could not help me because it was out of the 30 day policy. The customer service person Ciara after several e-mails would not acknowledge that they sent the wrong item, nor allow me to purchase a replacement at my own expense but kept repeating it was out 30 days notice. Now I have to throw away a couch I have had for a few short months.

I ordered a purple couch from when it got here it was pink. I returned it and they gave me partial refund. 20% was restocking fee. This is ridiculous! Dont recommend the furniture.

I tried to warn my wife about buying furniture from this distributor. The whole thing seemed "scammy". Though the couch did arrive in a timely fashion, the stitching started coming apart after a WEEK! The back rest is unstable, the stitching is coming off, & there went $1,400 on furniture I could have gotten IN STORE elsewhere SAME DAY. And would have WARRANTY. Do NOT recommend

We received a timely delivery of roughly 4 giant cardboard boxes. That is the end of any good things to point out.

When we opened these boxes and put the items together, we realized we had just spent $600 on harder cardboard boxes wrapped in black potato sacks. I believe this company is claiming we received a couch. This is not a couch, this is an abomination. If I was a couch I would totally bully and disown this hunk of junk.

If you (the company that sells this crap) are reading this, you should be ashamed of yourself. 100% guaranteed that no employee of this company has any of their products in their own home.

I've tried to resell this tumor growing off my floor, and the people who come and see it immediately start crying and twice people have slapped me for wasting their time.

My life is ruined and my wife left me. This couch was her idea, but she said that she picked me too, so I must be equally terrible.

I moved downtown to live in my cardboard box couch as a homeless man, but the homeless guys say this is too ugly for their bridge.

BUYER beware, I brought a gray sectional, the legs are plastic, very low profile, the cushions look like they were cut short compared to a regular sofa, hard as a brick very poor quality I'm afraid it may collapse while my guess are sitting on it. The plattform bed also has plastic legs some of the screws were stripped, some of the nail trimming on the headboard were faded, the bed is not sturdy at all. Until I can afford another bed I will have to reinforce the bed to keep it from collapsing. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered a couch from sofamania for $248. It arrived and was incredibly cheaply made, so I returned it. Only $204 was refunded to my card? Thanks for nothing sofa mania.

Now that my PayPal claim against Sofamania has been settled in my favor, I'm able to write a review. I cannot even explain clearly how this is the worst Company I've ever done business with in my 63 years. We are redecorating our living room, and ordered some furniture from them. I should have known you get what you pay for. Anyway, the color on the site vs. what we got was so different. Not only that, but such poor quality. Again, should have known better. I e-mailed them and they wouldn't get back to me. I paid via PayPal credit, and fortunately was protected under item not as described. I shipped everything back, but they continued to stall on my PayPal claim stating I'd have to close it because "PayPal was holding the funds." Well, in my stupidity I did that. I closed the case, contacted PayPal who told me that this Company never had refunded my money and to never close a PayPal dispute/claim until PayPal tells you to do so. Fortunately, they reopened the claim, and I sent PayPal the 2 e-mails Sofamania sent me to close the case. I won the case, and I hope PayPal takes away their authorization to do business with them. These folks need to be put out of business.

I am a regular customer of Sofamania and have purchased a living room set, a sectional, a table and few chairs from them for my home. They are able to build strong relationship with me as a customer and I believe that are doing it with their other customers as well, I have read some reviews about them where they are potrayed as scammer company and I totaly disagree, I have had issue with one of my order and they were not able to ship it on time, I reached out to them and they were able to get back with a resolution. Somehow the stock they left with was faulty and they stopped shipping those chairs to customers, thay offered me alternative, were ready to refund with a 10% off on next order and asked me if I was willing to wait (offered me 10% refund for inconvinience) for the item to be replanished. They had my trust and I chose to wait. I received those chairs in another 2 weeks. I have put them in patio and I am a happy camper! Kudos Sofamania!

I rode a sectional, table with 4 chairs weeks ago and I received a box few weeks later, went to open the box and it was not what I ordered. I called left few voicemails, sent few emails and finally got a hold of someone (btw worst customer service) she told me they would ship my furniture in few days. I received a box today and AGAIN wrong furniture! I called and called, emailed, left few voicemails until I got a hold of someone. Set on the phone for over an hour trying to get a refund. Of course I am still waiting for them to send me the shipping labels so I can send furniture that I never ordered back to them. I was told I cannot get my refund until I send the other two boxes back! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! I wish I would've listened to all the reviews to not order from them! Lesson learned!

We couldn't be happier... it was scary ordering a recliner online without the opportunity to sit on it. My collegue at work recommend this and I falll in love with it immediately... When ordering I notice that the reclainer has a shipping ETA of 4 weeks, I called them up to find out and was greeted with a very enthusiastic and sweet voice, she was Ciara, she told me that I may have to wait up to 4 weeks or so for the item to be shipped... I was in no hurry and went ahead with my order. I kept checking with them about the shipping status and finally i received tracking details in the 4th week. It chair arrived in another 10 days. It was worth the wait. It sits very well... the reclining function works very well. Fits perfectly in my room... seems to be very good quality... I plan to enjoy it for many years to come.

IT WAS THE SECOND TIME THAT I BOUGHT FROM THEM. THE FIRST TIME A GOT A BEAUTIFUL COUCH TO MY BEDROOM AND I WAS VERY SATISFIED, THE SECOND TIME I HAD TO RETURN ONE BECAUSE IT HAD SOME IMPERFECTIONS. I DONT KNOW WHERE THESE SOFAS ARE BEING SHIPPED FROM, HOWEVER AFTER RECIEVING MY SOFA (AFTER 4 WEEKS) I OPENED THE BOX TO FIND A DEAD LIZARD WEDGED IN THE BACK OF THE SOFA. I HAVE SINCE EMAILED AND CALLED SOFAMANIA AND AM YET TO GET A RESPONSE!
