I ordered two Kandy Victorian- Style Chesterfield Velvet Double Sofas from Sofamania.com in the color beige however one half of my order was shipped in the incorrect color light grey. I contacted sofamania.com customer service and after I sent them a few photos of the incorrect product received, they promptly resolved my issue by having the correct sofa color shipped to my home within a couple of days. Thank you sofamania.com team for making this correction as seamless as possible; I will continue to be a return customer ;)
I bought the Amanda model. Besides being super uncomfortable the center caved in after 5 months!it went ot of shaped i am not big or fat person and i live alone either. So disappointed. And the customer service just say sry we couldn't do anything :) totally unfair and the worst experience that i've everhad
Same as shown in picture. Perfect size, awesome quality and very good packaging. It took 21 days for delivery but result came good. It was worth for the price and the time which i waited for it. In the meanwhile, i was in touch with the customer service team. They were very helpful and supportive. I completely understood as there were some issue 1st at their warehouse and then due to earthquake in my area but thanks whenever i called them they were hopeful and with the updates. Everrthing which ends well or on a good note is always good. Thank you...
They were able to deliver the chair I need in time, it was nicely packed with the hardware included. It would be great if they have signature delivery. Chair was easy to assemble and sturdy. My wife loves the color and fabric. All good.

This sofa is amazing and upholstery/quality is wonderful. It is same as shown in picture. Perfect size, clear instructions and very good packaging. It took 18 days for delivery but at the end, result came good. It was worth for the price and the time which i waited for it. I am happy to have it. Thank you!
I received my sofa yesterday and I was very pleased that it arrived in good packaging. Once I unpacked the packaging & assembled it, I decorated it with my accent pillows to match the love seat which i ordered alongwith it. The color is true to what is published on the website and it has proven to be sturdy though I'very only had it just for two days. Not having any children at home I'm sure this sofa will last a good while.

I am very impressed with the quality of the items which i purchased from your company. I like this sofa because the fabric of the sofa is soft and smooth, when anyone touch and feel while relaxing on it, it provides so warmth. I am using it since 6 months and there is no single issue except a minute problem that happened to be in the item when i received it. One of the legs was high/above from the floor and i immediately informed the team, for which they send the replacement of the correct leg. It was all perfect since then and i really like the durability of this sofa.

Bought this mattress for my daughter... Delivered within 7 business days... Expanded to its appropriate size quickly... Also there wasn't any smell only if u stick your nose deep in it but nothing that really mattered... I am happy that it is true to size and measurements... Mattress is really nice and very comfortable... My daughter loves it very much...

Bought a sectional couch. Took forever to receive and when I called their customer service and emailed their customer service got no response. Finally got a response when the couch was finally going to be delivered. Seams on couch started to rip after only 5 months. Called for replacement and was told only 30 day return policy. Now the covering on the recliner part of the couch is completely coming off. Only had this couch 7 months. Junk! Junk! Junk! You get what u pay for.

We understand that wear and tear is normal on items used on a daily basis, but this is beyond anything remotely acceptable. I ordered a futon which took three weeks to come in! When it got to my home there was no back or legs at all! I then called sofa mania to let them know of the lack of parts essential for use! They then directed me to email them a picture of the futon without the legs! So I immediately sent the image! That was a week ago. I send several emails about how I needed to know if another one was being sent or what was happening. Since I have not gotten a reaponse at all and when I call them o get no answer. I have contact the Better business bureau. They have launched an investigation into this overseas company and from what they told me I am not the first person with these issues. This company is a con. We must stop doing business with these companies overseas. They rip us off then ignore us. I made a plea to my bank and they are going to reverse my payment and make the company repay it to them now

I ordered a sectional from this company and when fedex delivered it and me and my husband took it out the box to assemble it! OMG! It looked nothing at all like the pictures that were posted on the site, the couch sat to low, it was hard, it looked liked absolute trash, so me and my husband wrote to Sofamania and told them we wanted a refund so they said they were emailing us the return labels for the 4 boxes that it came in luckily we kept the boxes so we boxed everything up we had fedex come pick up all the boxes and when we reached out to this company to find out what's taking our refund so long to post back in our account, they tell us we only sent back one box and that was the ottoman! Why the hell would we only send back the ottoman? We are still fighting with them for our refund so the question is if they didn't get back all 4 boxes then where are they? Because the fedex man scanned them all in when he picked them up! This company is a scam

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS COUCH. We had this couch for a little over a month and one of the back support pieces broke. I'm the heaviest person in my house at 150lbs. There are no playful kids, only an infant child. The support just broke when my wife tried to sit up straight. The wood inside the fabric was broke and the back support was hanging down. With me having the couch for just a short time and assuming that a company would stand by their product, I asked for a replacement part. I didn't ask for another couch or money back, just replace the single piece that broke. Sofamania response was "it's outside of the 30 day policy, sorry for the inconvenience". A $700 couch with a defective back support. Now I have to look for another couch. This was the second sectional I purchased from sofamania and will definitely be the last.
Update: They agreed to refunded me $150. I was told they couldn't replace the broken piece because the item is out of stock.
I was looking for a more durable, affordable, quality sofa for our family. The sofa I bought from Sofamania fit the description. When it arrived, the main cushion was damaged. The company responded quickly and we were sent a replacement quickly!
Overall, it is a very nice sofa, honestly described, reasonable and excellent customer service was provided.
A perfect sofa for my room. I like this 4-seater sofa but when i ordered it, inventory of the item on the website was just 1. I ordered in hurry still i guess i missed the chance. I was very upset when i did not hear from the company about tracking for 2 days thinking that i will not receive the item. I immediately called and happy to hear the positive and polite response from the representative that it is still in the warehouse and reserved for me. However, due to some issue carrier did not picked the item from the warehouse. Now, it's clear that i will receive the item sooner. I ordered on Sunday and it arrived on Friday... Wonderful! My husband easily put it together in 30 mins. We both can comfortably sit on the loveseat. The cushions are a little firm but are comfortable. Overall worth the money spent. Satisfied.
Liked this complete set online & also i expected the quality at the same time. Everything was quite good & also i am happy with it. However the fabric of one of the back cushion was torn from the back side & it made me very upset. Thanks to their good customer service that they understood the situation & immediately sent the replacement of the part. Upholstery & wooden material used is very good. Very comfortable & soft to touch & feel. I am hoping that it would last long. Can rest on it for long hours...

Boxes arrived torn and product was damaged and scratched on the sides. Additionally, one of the sofa cushion zippers was broken. Customer service number on website does not work and unresponsive from multiple emails.
I've had two ottomans from the ottoman and chair set. It has poor carpentry, and the base has broken on both of them. The chair so far, has not posed any problems. I've had this piece about 90 days, so I guess you get what you pay for.

With the selection available and free shipping on all items, they kept me hooked on their website, purchase a chair for my room, its beautiful, cozy and fabric is comfortable, really awesome for the price I paid. The only downside is that I wanted to wait on delivery and they do not have future shipping facility, rest all is great! I would defitinaly recommend.

I was amazed to see such wonderful stuff at such wonderful prices! The futon I bought from them could have set me back with around 1.5K, had I bought it from any shop in my neighborhood. Checked the details about it by calling them and they were courteous and helpful, delivery was quick, and I put it together quickly with my roommate's help. Got low-quality defective product (couch) from Sofamania. When trying to return was informed that 20% of the price would be withheld as "processing fee". Well, that's a nice way of doing business, isn't it? Based on their return rates, these "processing fees" must be the main way of monetizing their business.
