Excellent bed! Service is great! I was a little skeptical before ordering because of the negative reviews I read about Sofamania on BBB, but the bed was so beautiful and the prices were so compelling! I took the risk and I am happy i did! It came in 2 Boxes and one was a little heavy, assembly was a breeze. Looks better in person. We purchased it for our guest bedroom and thinking of ordering a replacement mattress as well from them. A great deal especially for the price.

I didn't read the reviews and ordered from them. Waited for my couch for 6 weeks. Delivered to the wrong address and told me to look around for it.
Customer service rude and unhelpful.
Now I have spent money and ended up with no couch.

They have the best collection of furniture. I bought my wife a beautiful couch during their Memorial Day Sale, they are offering up to 70% OFF...! Everyone should grab this deal. Best time to purchase the furniture to bring a perfect look to the house.

I am not one to complain. I respect companies and the work they put into to their products. However, I would never recommend buying anything from this site. I spent around $300 on a Sectional for my family and a little before Christmas and I just now received it today after receiving an email from the company saying my order was shipped it took almost a month to arrive. It finally came with all the screws, bolts. Etc in the box with no bag just scattered. The box wasn't sealed when delivered so most parts fell out in my driveway. The legs actually physically came broken... not sure how that's even possible considering they're a hard plastic, and should be checked before being shipped. The pillows weren't stitches properly so they lost stuffing, and the couch is like sitting on a piece of ply wood. I say this to those reading reviews who are unsure about ordering from this site, it is 100% honestly a waste of money and your time. I've never dealt with a company this bad in my life.

In one word - Delighted! I really love the material they have put on this loveseat, Its a total steal for the price they are selling it. Delivered on time and was not too hard to assamble. Highly recommended folks!

I must say it is a great sectional... Color looks amazing and different... Came in well packaging and very easy to assemble... Instructions were clear... Reversible chaise is an additional feauture... Also cushions with overstuffing provides great comfort & 2 pillows makes it more attractive... Great buy at this price!

Yes, cheap. Yes, convenient to ship. Yes, you have to assemble the whole thing, and be really good at assembling furniture... The cushions are rock hard. It's not much different than sitting on the floor. The cushions are half-stuffed, and will sag within a month. Super unhappy with this couch.

When i thought of purchasing this futon, it's price was less however when i checked the price item next day it was increased by some dollars. Though i have not faced this issue before with your company, also i like your ongoing coupons still i do not understand why the price went up in a day. With my utmost desire to purchase this futon and the reason to get upset, i called the customer support team and they explained me the whole scenario and i understood the situation. I paid the higher amount though but when i received the futon it was at par and everything was as per the description. I really liked the quality of the futon and happy to have it.

When i received the sofa, it was very good-in-person as seats are very comfortable and cushions are very fluffy type. Great couch. Very comfortable and quiet. I wasn't expecting the seat bottom to have a shape, kinda like individual seats. Sitting up is comfortable. I would definately recommend Sofamania. Delivery was on time and deliverymen were helpful and courteous. A good store to buy from, however they should provide more details of products on their website to avoid confusion and quick decision for their customers.

Great service, delivery was spot on. I called the customer service to enquire about my order and they were very helpful... Item arrived without any damage. Not sure why they call it August Loveseat but the linen upholastry is comfortable and looks durable, I am In love with my sofa...!

I purchased this larger deck box to store cushions for a small sectional sofa that I recently purchased from amazon. A little time consuming to put together but well worth the effort. I have another smaller suncast storage box that has faded a little with time and I expect this to do the same since it is out in the direct sun. I'm very please with this purchase. It opens and closes perfectly.

My daughter bought a $200 bed online with SOFAMANIA but when she was assembling it, she didn't find all the pieces. She called to complain but they never call her back. After 20 days they told her to send it back in the original package which she didn't have anymore. We still have a new bed with missing parts. We are considering filing a complaint with the Bureau of Consumer Protection.

I really like the material of the sofa as it is so durable and nicely crafted, fabric is also very soft. Also when it arrived, it was well packed! Very easy to carry and set up. It's very nice for the price. It's perfect for the small living room or kids area. My kids also love it.

I hold them full responsibility of losing my shipment for the following reasons:
> 1. On a daily basis, I have checked the status of my order on your website and it does not say that My shipment was shipped.

> 2. I have not received a single email or a call that indicated that you have shipped my sofa. I have checked my junk email and there is not any email from you.
> On the other hand, I always receive you ads.

> 3. If there is a person to blame is the customer support staff that does not update me even with my case and I always need to run after them to ask about my sofa.

I purchased this accent chair and ottoman with a purpose and it was fulfilled. However, do want to share that when i received it, one of the hole in the ottoman was not drilled properly and i was very upset with the issue. I called the customer support team immediately as it was the need of an hour that time and they assisted me every possible solution to solve this issue. Though it took some time but issue was resolved with better understanding and complete support of the team. I think, i am dealing with nice company. Everything was perfect except this issue however lovely people to deal with. Thank you!
