I really like the style, color and design of the furniture collection at your store. I ordered one of the sofa as i really like the color of it and the description matches with my requirement. I also called team to know the description of the box as it would be very difficult to bring in through the stairs. Everything was fine when i received my sofa except one thing that truck driver and delivery boy left the item at the leasing/management office as i was not there to collect the delivery and i with the help of my neighbors have to bring it upstairs. Sofa is very nice, Very comfortable and amazing design i would say.

I learned a long time back that you get what you pay for, and when you buy furniture online be aware that you need to assamble the furniture yourself. I have purchased this sofa from SofaMania and i really like this product. I was wondering to have leather products in reasonable price. Item was as per the expectations and description. Look of the sofa is modern and the cushions are for ultra comfort. Every part required to assemble the sofa was in the box and packaging was perfect. Previously, i was worried about the purchase as i did not ordered before from you guys. You guys made it perfect for me. Everything was at par(products and services). The chairs I bought from sofamania are comfortable, sturdy, and supportive. Very cute and excellent quality! Delivery was hassel free and they have courteous and smart customer service team. I got 6 chairs, 4 for mine and 2 for kid's room. I like the fact that these are right height and are supportive enough to sit and work for hours. Took me some time to assamble, Other than that these are great. Price is great too! I may buy a couple more!

I placed an order on 11.23.2018 and received a receipt of purchase and have received no information on shipping and have called all of the company numbers I can find online and it just rings and rings. At this point I would be just be happy with a refund.

I ordered a sofa, recieved it within a week. I was so excited to get home to the couch, open all the boxes to find no hardware or legs. How disappointing, I looked through every crack, every inch of the couch to still find no hardware! Then I emailed them about the missing hardware and then they told me to look again in an area that has a Velcro that contains the hardware and legs. Still none! So then they sent me what was supposedly missing and then it's still missing hardware! No words, I'm upset and I'm sitting on a couch with the other side not assembled. Never again!

This is such a beautiful sofa in person. The comfort and coziness is amazing. It looked amazing at the website also. The sofa was delivered on time and was packaged properly to secure the item from any damage. Hardware and other necessary parts were there in the 2 boxes. Also it was very easy to assemble. This is a very comfortable mattress. The size is appropriate as desired. In the beginning, when i received the mattress i was a little upset as there was an odd smell coming out and i called the customer support team. I was informed to air out the mattress for 48 to 72 hours and i did it. Too my happiness, it really worked and odd smell was nowhere. Other than that there were no issues. Very soft and smooth to relax on. I really liked the mattress. Thank you so much...

Looking at the design and look of the chaise, i felt that it is not at all expensive and ordered it immediately for my small space... However, i was concerned about the quality at the same time and too my surprise; the tufted button, wooden legs and quality of the material is very good... Looks luxurious and expensive... Worth for the money...

This sofa is perfect for my living room. It is spacious enough for 3 people sitting and provides comfort and relaxation to everyone. The color of the sofa is vibrant and amazing. The velvet fabric of the sofa is so soft and good to touch & feel. The description is as per my requirement and i received the correct item. Item was shipped in time and delivered in good condition. Very good sofa. It is very comfortable and material used is very good. It looks sturdy. I guess it will work for long time. It is very sober and classy look-wise. Design of the sofa is ultimate. Cushion provided are of very good quality. Cushions can be made slightly thin and flexible so that it can be used to support back. Overall sofa is very good in quality must buy product.

I was skeptical due to some of the other reviews that I read but the couch we got was a steal and was delivered safe and sound in TWO DAYS. Very impressed. Couch was well made, beautiful appearance, easy to assemble and delivered so quickly. It was a little smaller than I realized it would be but to be honest I never looked at the measurements!

I ordered sofa last time with right hand side chaise however i recieved the item with left hand side chaise. I was very upset due to this issue but was sure that you will be able to resolve it for me. You proved it by sending me the replacement of the correct part and along with that you shceduled the pick up of the wrong part from my place. That is really very good practice. However, i still wish instead of curb-side delivery everyone prefers delivery at home. Please see if you can bring some changes to the process. Highly recommended products and services!
