Sofamania

I am not highly satisfied with the quality of the furniture but you get what you pay for. I ordered this beautiful sactional on Sofamania and waited for it to be delivered, Item arrived in time and was easy to assamble. The color is perfect for my taste, but the fabric is not really what I expected. Overall the product is a good deal for the price and good experience, I am happy with the way they were able to resolve my queries.

This couch was promising, affordable and stylish looking. I feel like I was fooled by Sofamania. Not only were parts broken but the frame of the couch feels like it was literally made out of wooden pallets. You sit on the couch and it feels like those wooden pallets werent cushioned and just covered with fabric. On top of that, the color I ordered was beige and the material is obviously TAN. I'm beyond annoyed. I read reviews and everything just seemed so great. I talked to may of my clients about this company. About how great of a deal I got and how it was super stylist looking (online). I'm so disappointed and even embarrassed that I need to tell my clients it was so poorly made. I better be able to return this item for a full refund.

I receive the set and assembled it by myself... It is as described and as shown in the pictures... It is quite comfortable and cushioning is soft and smooth. I like it a lot. Good product at reasonable price!

My fiance and I ordered a couch 3 and a half months ago and it said we would receive it within 2-4 weeks. We contacted Sofa Mania to see what what going on, and we received an email back today that they weren't able to find our tracking information. Customer service contacted the shipping department to see what was going on, and they informed her that the shipping has been delayed and they don't have a confirmed date. My fiance and I went to look on the website and saw that the couch we purchased was no longer available. They must have ran out of the couch that we bought and took too many orders of it. I wonder how long it would have taken them to figure out that they had a waiting customer had we not emailed customer service to ask about it, or I wonder if they were just hoping we'd forget about the purchase. Don't waste your time!

Very happy with the service from furniture choice. I have two 3 seaters in the divano grey plush fabric, took a chance as there were no reviews on it but I am more than happy with it. At first I ordered a 2 & 3 and after a couple of days I decided i would rather two 3 seaters, they were very good to exchange the 2 to a 3. Delivery was a matter of days and delivery men were very nice & polite. Would definitely recommend Sofamania.

It's wonderful! The leather quality is on point. Extreamely wonderfull. Totally worth the amount you spend on it. I have been using it since 4 months and it's still good and new. Everyone at my home loving it very much. Highly recommended!

I really like this sofa as it is as per my requirements and the quality of the sofa is good. It is pretty beautiful and the design/style is irreristable. When i received the item, it requires minimum assembly but some parts were missing. Though i was not aware about the velcro tab or zipper still i was able to manage to find out by myself. Still i would request you to please disclose this information in the description of the item. I would say perfect sofa for my room and highly recommended product.

Nice sofa... Delivered on time... Good quality of fabric and wooden material used in order to manufacture it... Slight issue was with the packaging as when i received the sofa, packaging was completely tarnished. I felt so disappointed that time and tought of throwing this garbage. Too my surprise, when i opened it everything was fine with the sofa and i really liked it... Such a comfortable product at a reasonable price...

Very comfortable matress, no odd smell as reported on other brands of matresses. It's an amazing queeen size matress! Great service by Sofamania, very prompt and courteous, would definitely buy from them again.

My experience of doing business with sofamania is very positive! Being an interior designer I regularly purchase from them. I recently purchased a few articals for my client. Items got delivered in time, though they didn't ship all the orders together, we received all of them within 2 weeks of ordering. Assembling was easy, however I feel that its easy for us as we are professionals, for a layman and a regular user it can be a little tricky. Items were the same as dislayed on their website. Quality is satisfactory for the price. In the reviews I read about them, they have goofed up big time with some of their customers, but not in my case. Overall I am open doing business with them in future too.

I bought 4 accent chairs of same color from you. It is so wonderful and the fabric of the chairs and brown color wooden legs makes it look like expensive however i am really happy because of it being reasonable and provides lavishing experience due to it's wonderful comfort and coziness.

I bought this recliner for my grandmother which makes her independent as it reclines without putting any effort. It comes with an attached remote and can be easily controlled and at the same time she can enjoy coziness and warmth while relaxing on it... Thanks!

They never sent my couch. Two weeks with out an update I called 3 times before I got an answer. They said my couch was damaged and they ran out of stock. At least they didnt send a broken couch. Dont waste your time.

True to the color and description. Lovely fabric and upholstery material used. Very easy to assemble and i am happy that it fulfills the purpose for what i purchased. Though the sitting is firm in the beginning however with the use it got perfect...

We purchased a velvet 3-seater sofa in purple from Sofamania. It came in 2boxes within the ETA provided. To our surprise and disappointment, when we opened the boxes for assembly, we realized that the color of the pieces in one of the boxes was Brown! I called up sofamania immediately and they were quick enough to send the replacement of the wrong box. I received the correct box within a few days and they arranged the pickup ofthe incorrect box through FedEx. I was very tense at a point in time, however the team at sofamania was able to handle the issue and provided in time resolution. We are loving the sofa and sofamania!

I purchased this recliner for my brother-in-law who underwent a surgery and it was urgently required due to the fact that he was coming back to home from hospital sometimes next week. Though i bought many items from you and was satisfied with the quality and delivery and on the website also it was stated that this item will ship within 2 to 4 business days. I wish that you guys should start providing express shipping service also. I was not expecting the delivery on time however due to the trust i thought of going ahead with it and too my surprise i received the item on the day when he came back. It was the perfect timing and the recliner met the specifications. I assembled it easily and recliner was functioning properly.

I purchased this recliner chaise lounge recently from your company. The velvet of the item is so soft and ultimate comfort provider. However, i wish to share a issue with you that i faced. The price of this item reduced to some amount the next day of my purchase. I called the team immediately and asked them to cancel my order. They informed me that tracking has been generated for my order however they need to check whether it has been shipped or not. I asked them to confirm it right now over the phone that my order is cancelled as i was getting impatient. They handled everything positively and politely and i like the way they co-ordinated with their shipping team and resolved it for me. Thank you for their efforts and understanding!

I ordered a sofa for my daughter for her college apartment. Before I placed the order, customer service answered my calls. After the order was placed and I was trying to talk to them about delivery (there's NO control over their delivery), they were completely MIA. No response to voicemail messages, emails - nothing. It's very difficult to receive a couch for an apartment when no one can tell you when it's coming - even though we gave a email and cell # for updates. Now FEDEX is sending updates - sort of - that have been inaccurate every time I check the tracking #. NEVER AGAIN will I order from here.

I received my item on time. I was overwhelmed to see the quality of the product however there was a issue with the item. I never received a pillow with my item. When i called the Customer service team i asked them how soon they can send the missing pillow, they informed me there is a compartment located underneath the sofa, too my surprise being on phone i checked the compartment and pillow was there. Sharing my experience: As i am living in a small apartment with limited space, I optioned a sofa cum bed as it will serve both as sofa and a bed! The unit I saw on Sofamania was at very reasonble price. I ordered it and get it in time, fedex people dropped it outside my apartment building. I am highly satisfied with the quality of the sofa-bed. It is exactly what i saw on the website. Upholstery is good to touch and feel and seems to be of finest material. Day by day, i am falling in love with my sofa.

I bought 4 sofas from this company after 4 weeks of waiting i emailed them about my sofas they send me an email with a link to track my shipment the link didn't work went back and forth with emails couldn't get it resolved i asked to cancel the order they said they will charge me 20% restocking fees. Now i understand if i returned the product to charge me but to charge before i even got them that's the first for me. Any way they made me so mad i canceled any way will never ever buy anything from this company again... don't let the cheap price fool you your getting what your paying for... what a joke

We chose Divano Roma Sectional Sofa from Sofamania for our dream home. Its is adding beauty to the the decor we have and matches with the color scheme of our living room. The experience with Sofamania has been just great, the delivery was hassel free, the customer service team was very courteous and have been extremely helpful with all our queries, highly recommended!

Very good foam material, it's comfortable as a sofa as well as a bed. Quite classy to look at (although I confess I'm not known for my good taste!). I also like the fact that it's lightweight and so quite easy to move. Sofamania was recommended by a friend. I took a chance with them, items were looking good and priced reasonabaly. I am super impressed with the quality of products, fast shipping and the corteous customer support thay have. I was shared the tracking info the very next day of ordering, i tracked it on FedEx and the item was not moving. I enquired with them and they told me that they will be able to deliver within the time frame as the tracking gets updated after 48 hours. I was a little skeptical but the Items arrived a day before the due date. I am delighted and actually planning to buy one more for the guest room. I hope I will get some additional discount as a returning customer!
