I ordered two Kandy Victorian- Style Chesterfield Velvet Double Sofas from Sofamania.com in the color beige however one half of my order was shipped in the incorrect color light grey. I contacted sofamania.com customer service and after I sent them a few photos of the incorrect product received, they promptly resolved my issue by having the correct sofa color shipped to my home within a couple of days. I bought the Amanda model. Besides being super uncomfortable the center caved in after 5 months!it went ot of shaped i am not big or fat person and i live alone either. So disappointed. And the customer service just say sry we couldn't do anything :) totally unfair and the worst experience that i've everhad
I ordered a leather sofa that arrived damaged. I reachd Sofamania and they immediately, without any hesitation approved a replacement. All messages were responded in time and they made sure thet the replacement delivered without damages. I would definitely order again from Sofamania and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Excellent seller with exceptional products and services! The bedframe I purchased from them was rightly priced, delivered on time, was packed well and is beautiful and sturdey. The sale went through smoothly and I was kept updated on the status of my purchase by email notifications. I just got this chaise yesterday. It doesnt take much to figure it out. So far its pretty comfortable to me. My wife and I both sat on it together, so its pretty sturdy. My pup loves it. Excellent customer service.
I love this chair! It is a great addition to my apartment and it completely matched the look of all my other midcentury furniture! It was a breeze to put together! I must appreciate the way it is designed. However, there was a small issue related to the delivery as it was delivered a little late then what i expected. If i just ignore it, it is a great buy from your store.

Its a great couch, my boyfriend received it today, He is very happy for this couch as it is a birthday gift for him from me. He appreciated the quality of the couh and the suits the decor of our room. I am very happy and I appreciate sofamania for such great service. Worth every penny I paid.
I don't know which is worse, the quality or customer service. Do not buy from Sofamania! The sofa I ordered looks like it was made for children. The pillows for the back support are smaller than the decorative throw pillows. The stitching on the fabric is coming off, the fabric is low quality. The sofa wouldn't assemble properly, so on top of the poor quality of the materials, the sofa was so flimsy. I've been trying to reach sofamania for weeks to return and I can't get a hold of anyone. This is Fraud!
I am regular at sofamania, and have experienced issues with the products and services with them, the only thing that makes me buy from them over and over again is their selection, prices and their willing ness to work with customer to resolve the issue. People do not expact a 1000$ furniture coming for one third of the cost. They deliver products for half or even one third of its asking price in market, so their are corners to be cut, and this is what they do to deliver. Good thing is they own the damages caused durng transit and are always willing to work with customers, I received a futon with some damage and they offered choice of replacemet or partial refund, I took partial refund as it was better option, they were ready to send a replacement but I prefer taking partial refund as the damage was not their fault and it was a great hassle sending the product back. No hard feelings I will buy from them again.

The Amanda Large sofa is not as described on their website: the fabric is of poor quality and not velvet, the seats are hard as board and not plush as described, the back of the sofa is about 17 inches from the seat to the top of the cushion, so it does not support the average persons back. Overall, it feels like an office furniture, not an at home item.
The shipping is not "fast" as stated on the website: I ordered the sofa on 16th Sept and it was shipped on 2 Nov. (it arrived 3 Nov). It is coming form China so it takes a while.
Shoppers, beware! There is a 20% re-stocking fee; returning of an item must be in the exact box (s) the item is shipped in. These policies are the reasons I had a local upholsterer modified the back and changed the seat cushions.
I ordered this 2 seater loveaseat last week as minor assembly was required and it was looking beutiful on the website. It came in some days and everything other than instructions to assemble the item was included in the box. As my guests were about to arrive on the day when i received the item, i was upset becuase i am not able to use it without assembling it. I reached out to the customer service team and expressed my situations in a very aggravating manner. Love to see that they were polite in the whole conversation and provided me the PDF file of the instructions immediately. Thank you so much for making the situation correct quickly.

Wasn't looking for anything fancy just something for our family room. Order a 2 piece sectional. It's just fabric wrapped around cheap construction. You have to rip thru the fabric underneath to screw in the legs and the side arms. 2 of the wholes didn't even line up so I have one screw not in and one of the side arms is at a angle. To top it off the framing running down the center for the center leg is to low. If I place the leg the whole couch teeters. I tried the couch without the leg and the couch sags horribly. So now I have a couple of boards stacked in the center of my new sofa.

I am very happy after receiving this bed. This bed gives the feel of luxury to me at home. It provides the comfort and coziness. It is so beautiful and i am able to feel peace while laying down at it. Assembly of the item is very easy and instructions are very clear. This is such a classic design and everyone loved it. Worth giving 5-star rating for the product and services how ever I am giving 4 stars, why?, read on... The three-seater sofa which I have purchased is awesome. They shipped it very fast and provided with a tracking number, but It took around 48 hours for the tracking number to be trackable. Item arrived in great condition and was with instructions and hardware to assamble. I was missing cushions and this got me freaked out, I was ready to assamble and I was missing cushion... I called customer service and yelled on the rep. However the rep was patient and helpful and told me that they are inside the valcro zipper underneth the frame. I checked and found them, they should put some instructions to let their customer know where they store cushions when shipping. Taking 1 start for that. Rest all is good! Great Sofa and Great customer service too!

I am happy that I took chance with Sofamania! The Recliner I purchased is amazing and had an enticing price tag! I had a feeling that something could go wrong since they are selling it for so less, but the services of Sofamania are amazing and compliment their products. I purchased and called up the customer support as I wanted to know how soon it should arrive. The rep was helpful and courteous and told me that I should be getting in a week and they would be able to ship within 48 hours. I got it infect in just 5 days. The packaging was just fine with lots of protective foam pieces aroundpieces around recliner. It came partially assembled and all I have to do is to pur a few parts here and there with the help of included instruction sheet and tools. I was searchin for a good recliner for last 6 months and finally I got it. It Feels just right!
Do not buy this brand direct or from any of their resellers. They lie on their website stating that if you have missing hardware to contact them and they will provide the missing pieces. NOT TRUE. I have a couch that I paid for and can't use at all now for months I have been asking for support, sending photos, details of the missing parts, provided invoice, invoice number, offered payment for shipment and hardware, begged for support and a resolution and nothing, besides really rude emails. They even saw that I have my real estate license and tried to compare me needing hardware parts from the manufacture to a Real Estate deal, very weird and irrelevant, they said " the professional thing to do would be to reach out to where you bought it and ask"...makes zero sense at all considering the manufacture carries the parts.not a reseller. This is literally over a couple bolts, washers, and legs. Their website even states not to use other ones outside of what they provide. Not sure what to do since they won't provide a solution. I have asked for a call from management and they refuse. I have never had such a terrible experience with a product manufacture. I planned to purchase multiple units as well as we have a lot of rooms to furnish, and planned to share this with clients and friends as a place to get affordable furniture, they are not standing by their product or service. Really disappointing. I just want the legs and hardware to connect my couch and use it.

My Mother's Day gift was purchased from SofaMania, I was looking for a recliner for my Mother and found one with them. The price was perfect and when it arrived, it look great in person! I am really happy I bought from them, Great Experience! Perfect!
I ordered a sectional couch, after 3 weeks I emailed asking about the shipping status. I received an email back stating that the couch was out of stock and that I could cancel if I wanted.
I then called and left a voicemail and 2 days later received a call back from an associate stating that the email I received was sent in error and that my couch was going to be shipped next week.
And then I get two more emails contradicting the associate saying that it was in fact back ordered and would not be available for another 3 weeks.
I called again and left 2 voicemails over the 3 days. I finally get a call back and was so fed up I cancelled my order.
I love the idea of a good deal, but damn, the amount of stress and wasted time does not make it worth it.
Garbage company. I ordered a two toned blue and gray sectional. Waited a week, and called customer service which was rude and non compensation of my order. The customer service rep hangs up on me. I called back and another rep told me that they don't have the color in stock. I asked for another color, and I. Was told FedEx will pick it up to be delivered. I demanded a refund and then sofamani turns around and still send the sectional. SCAM ARTISTS! BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!
Ordered a Sectional and loveseat from Sofamania, it was a curbside delivery and delivery service called to schedule a time. They delivered the sofa on time and It took me an hour to assamble the whole thing. Both items looked great. The sofa i bought recently is of very good quality. The wood work is amazing and the fabric is very soft. It is as per the description but there was slight issue as i did not receive the instructions i felt helpless. I immediately called the team and received the pdf instructions quickly. I ordered a sofa that comes in three boxes. Two of the three boxes have shown up - the other box has disappeared into thin air. Unfortuantely I have an incomplete order and of course after days of escalating I'm now stuck in the ether of "we gave the box to Fedex and you need to call Fedex." Of course I call Fedex and they have no clue. So now I have 2/3 of a sofa with no legs, no one who can fix on a Saturday because miraculously - despite calling for the last two days during business hours, no one took action on it and of course they are all closed on Saturday. It's getting to the point where purchasing ANYTHING online is a disaster. That said, sofamania has been nice to say they'll reship a replacement on Monday - wish they would have done that two days ago so I'd have a sofa to use that I've already purchased.

I called up the 800 number to check one of the sactionals I saw online and the rep was very helpful providing the information, he also helped me to applying the discount code I was not sure how to apply.
