It came very well packaged, got it with in a week which adds more icing on the cake. The associate I spoke with was informative and professional. The table is nice and sturdy. These chair have high relaxation experience. It looks great in my patio. Great value fo money and nice quality.

I love this sofa very much. Very comfortable, easy to assemble as i assembeled it by myself, adored by every near and dear ones, very elegant, it's great! This is not my 1st purchase from your online store however it is the best buy i would like to say. The other items i expected to work properly for years but one of the chair legs were not able to support and it got broke after just 8 months. This sofa is amazing, holding capacity is good and the durability is nice as it's been almost 2 years from when i purchased it.

This bed is good to buy as the wooden slats & other material is of nice quality... Came with the clear instructions & other parts to assemble in the box... Though one of the hole was not properly drilled however my husband managed to make it even... Just wondering it to last long as we believe in your company.

I bought a light gray tufted sofa from sofamania.com and the color was totally off from the picture, it was cheaply made, it broke within a week and I tried calling several times to try to get a refund or it fixed or something and my calls were totally ignored. I was never called back or contacted in anyway and now have a broken sofa I paid $530.00 for! Do NOT purchase from them, they are a total scam!

I purchased one of the fine looking sofa for my room. When i received it, the box was not in good condition and there was little scratch on the back rest of the item. I got very upset and immediately contacted the customer support team. At first, i was yelling at them because of my experience however the way they handled the situation is amazing. The rep. Was very polite and able to understand my situation. Accordingly offered me the best alternatives available. I choose one of the option that is the replacement part and received the part within 4 business days. Since then i never faced any problem with this item. I am happy with the durability, quality of the item and of course the most important aspect of any organisation their team work and human resources strength. Keep continuing your work, my best wishes with you.

Good mattress... Nice comfort... Brought it for my daughter as she was going for higher studies and going to stay in hostel. I am happy that it arrived on time and there was no chemical smell. The fabric is quite soft and smooth... My daughter loves it... Thank you...

How can i express my emotions for the experience that i had with team sofamania. I am so happy due to which tears are coming out of my eyes. I ordered one couch for my boyfriend and it was supposed to be deliver in 2-4 weeks. I was hopeless as i needed this item urgently before my boyfriend leaves the state. I am really touched with the amazing delivery service as i got this item on time only within 3 weeks which was more than my expectation. You made my day the happiest day of my life because it was very important gift to my boyfriend. I love you so much and keep on delivering the happiness through your amazing service.

Still never received my furniture! Since November and it's about to be February. Chat with the company several times via email! Sends me a refund because it wasn't in stock but still sends me half my order. Once I reached out and explained they shipped me half the order they told me I have to send payment to receive the second half. I pay again and still no furniture. Like seriously just be truthful about your stock instead of taking people hard earned money to make a fake sale and never give them their items. The worse ever

So I bought these chairs from them. Chairs are attractive and look expensive. Instructions were clear and assambly was easy. I had few queries and Sofamania team was able to resolve them and helped me making my mind for the purchase. They even sent me the soft copy of instructions even before I went ahead with the order. Package was delivered within a few days and the chairs were neatly packed. The web site is also excellent and very easy to navigate. This mattress is very comfortable though little firm. I have purchased this mattress 6 months ago in times of need and happy to have it. For my kids and me, it is as per the expectations however for my grandparents it is little hard as they are in their 70s. In the beginning, i was little suspicious about my transcation taking into consideration my experiences with other companies but your manufacturers did a good job by manufacturing such a comfortable products and i do wish if you can open stores at various locations so that we can receive the item soon. Awesome chair. Arrived on time. The box was little rough but inside the chair was perfect. The legs when on in 3 minutes, no issues. Looks great, comfortable, lots of complements. So glad I got it. It is liked by everyone. In all, a great product!

This sofa is spacious enough for 3 to 4 people sitting & my kids love playing on it... I thought that it would be pure leather however it is not still it provides leatherette feeling... Tufted design provides modern & sophisticated look to it... Good comfort!

This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering anything! First they charge your CC before your order even ships then they lie to you about when you will get your order. My (shipping in 4-6 wks) turned out to be another 4 to 6 weeks to ship out due to being on back order! I cancelled the order and told them they better not charge me a restocking fee. If they cant fill the orders any better than this then they should close up SHOP!

Shoppig furniture online is a BIG risk, I was worried as i was ordering a sofa on sofamania because if things go wrong, I would be losing a good amount of money. Happily, though, I am really pleased with how well it all turned out. My order was delivered in time without damages. The quality and construction of the sofa is good for the price. The couch Sofamania selling was perfect in terms of budget and my expectations and I took the plunge. Delivery was on time and uneventful. Couch turned out to be pretty comfortable, cushions are just right on softness, not too firm, not too squishy. The fabric is nice & thick & the quality seems to be good. I love the couch for what I paid for it. Best of all I got it on 15% discount as honestly, I was no way willing to pay the list price for it... Lol!

I bought this chaise lounge for my 2 kids. I checked the description before ordering it and did spoke to the team rep. About the details of the item just to be sure that there is no material used while manufacturing which is allergetic in nature. I received the chaise lounge within the time frame and very minimal assembly was required. My kids were happy to have it in purple color as they like it the most. They sit for long hours and do sort of activities together on it.

This sectional is very good. I ordered in a little hurry as it was showing on the website less quantity get it asap. The velvet is very soft and the color looks so lavish in the main area of my room. I did not expect such a quality in my 1st online purchase from your company. However, this is an amazing experience. I also felt in the beginning price is little high and now i am assuming that i was wrong because this sofa is designed and manufactured wonderfully. Cushions are very comfortable and good to touch and feel. My room is looking good since the entry of this sofa to the right place.

I bought the Sofa that reclined into a futon, however, when I set the sofa up the back leg broke off. I cant even use it as a futon now, which is why I bought it. The construction of the sofa was horrible. I had to tear the bottom of the fabric to get the screws through. Not to mention it's by far the most uncomfortable sofa I have even sat on. Plus it came with a black stain. Customer service is non-existent!

If you are on the fence about buying from them- don't be! These Guys are Good!
