I ordered two Kandy Victorian- Style Chesterfield Velvet Double Sofas from Sofamania.com in the color beige however one half of my order was shipped in the incorrect color light grey. I contacted sofamania.com customer service and after I sent them a few photos of the incorrect product received, they promptly resolved my issue by having the correct sofa color shipped to my home within a couple of days. Thank you sofamania.com team for making this correction as seamless as possible; I will continue to be a return customer ;)
I bought the Amanda model. Besides being super uncomfortable the center caved in after 5 months!it went ot of shaped i am not big or fat person and i live alone either. So disappointed. And the customer service just say sry we couldn't do anything :) totally unfair and the worst experience that i've everhad
RUN! Run far and fast from this product! If I could I would give this negative stars. I have had my sofa barely 6 months. I unboxed it, put it together and it looked cool. I then folded one of the backs down and one of the seams was already frayed out and there was a small hole in the fabric under another. I had already assembled it and they were under the folded backs so I opted to let it go, we were not going to use it as a bed. Fast forward 6 months, several of the seams are split out with huge holes everywhere, the part that comes out as the lounger developed a large gap between the springs as well as a hole in the fabric so it is unusable and it is so uncomfortable that NOBODY can stand to sit on it for more than 30 seconds. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! DO NOT BUY THIS! I tried to post my review on their site and they blocked it. Grrr! Not a good product!
I was looking for the chairs that are of reasonable price however serves all the purpose. I did search in the local market however one of my friend advised me to purchase it online. As i was surfing, i come across these chairs on SofaMania. Price was reasonable, colors were very differenet and structure is very unique. I ordered it and too my surprise everything is perfect and received what was expected. I love the color of these chairs as it is vibrant and it is so beutiful. I liked sofamania furnture so much that first I bought 2 loveseats and later another one. All the orders were shipped on time and I received them within 10 days of ordering. I received one of the sofa scuffed on back which I guess happened during shipping, I email them images of the damage and they offered me replacement for a return or a partial refund if I keep the item. Since the scuff was practically invisible, and its a lot of hassel to return the item, I chose to keep the item as is. They have great customer service and they respond quickly, sometimes within half an hour of reaching them out. I like the quality of the furniture and they will have some more orders from me and my friends. Thanks Sofamania!
After hurricane Irma I needed a new sofa. I ordered from Wayfair a replacement. After 2 weeks they said due to Irma they couldn't fill the order. So I called Sofamania... The rep promised me they could fill the order in 3 weeks, even after I told him Wayfair couldn't. After 7 weeks Sofamania still wouldn't give me a ship date. Even though they charged my credit card 7 weeks earlier. I thought it was illegal to charge before the product shipped. The Sofamania rep acted like it was my fault. I'm still waiting on my refund.
The item purchased was for a client, i was searching for a piece of furniture to evaluate the project design, and their Chesterfield Collection was just right. I would have paid twice for them. Ordering, deliver and assambly was hassel free. Recommended!
Bought a couch that was too small, hard as a rock, and wrinkled fabric on footstool. Would not return without box! Box had to be ripped apart to get items out. 2 boxes! Shame on this company.

I ordered a couch and love seat. They WERE NOT the size advertised, but MUCH shorter. FedEx was the delivery carrier and once they were shipped I was not allowed to set a delivery time. Fex Ex said my only option was to pick up couches from their hub or have them delivered to my home which happened when no one was there AND they were left in the rain. Return was even worse. I had to repack them and again put them outside IN THE RAIN because a pickup was set for me and I had no option. Customer service was terrible and they seemed completely unconcerned with my issues or the return of their own product. On top of everything else the couches looked cheap when they arrived and nothing like the photos at Sofamania's site. Buyer beware.

Ordered a recliner, and it was delivered without any hardware or assembly instructions.
Customer service phone number forces you to leave a voicemail, and they never called back in a 2 week period.
Received 2 email responses saying the hardware would be sent, but it never was.
Can't get a refund and can't use the unassembled recliner.
It came packged in one big box and it was a bit inconvinient to bring inside, we were not home and FedEx deliverymen left them in porch. It's not a soft sofa, but it is very attractive. The cushions are firm. I wouldn't want to sleep on it, but it's fine for sitting. I had to call them twice to check on the shipping status, but got delivered just in time. I am not sure if I can recommend but won't hesitate to buy from them again.

Bought this beautiful recliner chair for my mother and she loves it. She received it on time and informed me. I went to her place this weeked and assambled it, fairly easy. She is a mid-sized framed person and this fits her perfectly. Chair is comfortable and looks high end. We are happy with the service and chair... 5 stars to sofamania!
A perfect match for my living room, drawing room and for my children room. Color of the 1seater, 2 seater and 3 seater that i bought from you is so unique and elegant! All the sofas were delivered in parts along with the items clear instruction sheet was there. It was so easy to assemble all the items and fabric qulaity of all the sofas are amazing and upholstery of the items is really nice.
Recieved my bed on 2/28. I was excited to put it together and finally sleep on a bed after a week of sleeping on a air mattress, but guess what? No harware. I called them on 2/28 and also emailed them. Email was acknowledged same day, and they said hardware would be shipped out next business day. I emailed them on 3/2 asking if hardware would ship. They responded with FedEx tracking# and to give 48-72 hours for tracking # to be active. I check tracking # two days latter, still not showing as shipped. I emailed them again on 3/4, they said to give it another 24 hours. I checked tracking # again on 3/6, still tracking # still not showing shipped. I emailed them again, they responded back with apology and 10% discount on order and that the same tracking # would be used. It Sunday 3/8 tracking # still not showing shipped, in my 2nd week since having recieved my bed, and still no hardware to put together. What's the use of buying a product, I can't use it!? Terribe service experience!
Got matching chairs for my living room. They look great! Arrived in about 1 week, very easy to put together and I always get lots of compliments with guests. Similar looking chairs cost 6 times more.

It is heavily discounted, so you can't really get the quality and finishes of a $4K piece of furniture, but in no case feels or looks cheap.

The customer service is horrendous! I placed an order through furniture mania on Amazon.com. Turns out furniture mania is Sofamania! I ordered the Modern Large Linen Fabric Sectional Sofa, L-Shape Couch with Extra Wide Chaise Lounge (Blue). The couch arrived damaged as well as the packaging on 9/25/18. I was quoted 3 days to ship a replacement. After many conversations, and empty promises (refunds offered for the inconvenience, but never provided), on 10/30/18 I was informed they have no more in stock, and it would be 6-8 weeks to get another. At that time I requested a full refund. This is when I learned I'm not getting any credits for the inconvenience.
Also I found this to be disturbing, but I was offered a free mattress to remove my negative comment from Amazon.
This is not good customer service. If you promise something you should follow through with it. If you're unable to fulfill a customers order, you should tell them so immediately and not string them along. This has been a very painful month and I'm glad it's over!
Please be cautious when placing any orders with them.
Also, I had to work with my credit card company to get my money back from them!

The recliner is good. The feel of the leatherette is nice and smooth. I like the amazing tripple function of reclining rocking n revolving in this with comfortable seat n armrests. Good choice to buy if u wish. Using it for more than a month now n happy to have this in my room. Got it for my Dad who wanted to relax and he absolutely loves it. Fabric is of a good quality and pretty sturdy.
I was nicely surprised when I got my sectional - was Huge - typically when I order online from a few of the well-known eTailers when I get the furniture it is tiny - ie made for small spaces. The sectional I got is Beautiful, so I got some chairs too - and again they are Adult sized! I REALLY like that I can monthly-pay w/ Affirm. I have seen the sectional and chairs I have gotten on the big-box online retailers - and they are at least 50% more - so I know this site is a real deal. Will be back. PS CS was great too - i had to cancel a bed frame order - i emailed them and w/in a few hours got an email that they had cancelled it - ergo no Laborious tele calls, begging, back-n-forth, etc. I will be back!
I ordered from Sofamania and was waiting anxiously for my couch to arrive. I was highly disappointed when i was communicated that the stock for the couch I ordered is damaged and thay can't honor my order anymore. However they offered an alternative with an $50 upgrade for the inconvience, now this is what I call customer service! The alternative I received is is far better. They were able to deliver the item within the originally promiced delivery date. I like the fact that they act fast to handle the situation made my experience with them a great one.
I am getting married soon and was looking for a bed. I was completely fascinated by one of these beds on Sofamania. This bed seems to be perfect for our needs As this purchase was a surprise for my girlfriend, I wanted this to be delivered as soon as possible and at time when she is not home. The bed got shipped the very next day of ordering and when I requested to schedule a time, Sofamania representative told me that she cant assure me on delivery time as it is handled by FedEx however she was able to get me connected with the FedEx Station Manager. The Manager helped me and assured me with a time slot when my girlfriend is away. The bed arrived on time and during the timeslot I was assured of. It looked better in persoan and its a steal for the price. It was a plesent surprise for my girlfriend and she really liked the bed! I really like the way Sofamania representative took the initiative and connect me with the FedEx Station Manager. Good work Sofamania!
I purchased the Griffin Linen Chair on Sept 28th, 2018 for my grandfather who weighs 190lbs. On day one the first rear leg was wobbly so I straightened it. The leg held up for about 2 months then the two front legs broke. The legs actually weren't broke. The triangular piece of wood the leg screws into broke. The wood is covered in a black felt material. I peeled the material off and discovered the triangular piece of wood is just stapled to a strip of wood. The wood was coming apart and broken at the staple site. I had to buy metal plates to screw to the strip of wood. Then screw the legs to the metal plates, much stronger now.
I think their furniture is poorly constructed and will never purchase from Sofamania again.
I did not want to go through the trouble of returning the chair, so I fixed it.

The leg broke off after 1 month of purchase, the screw was bent!
I know I bought a cheap couch but I thought it would last more than 1 month. I was willing to put up with the hardness for the price. Very disappointed as you cannot return the couch unless you have the exact box it came in (who keeps that for a month). Ridiculous.

It has been more than 6 weeks since I ordered my sofa (with an estimated delivery of 2-4 weeks). I have followed up I don't know how many times and they keep giving me a new delivery date. I still have no idea when I'll get my sofa. What a nightmare!
