Splash Wines

I am so happy that I found this site to purchase wines from. I don't normally purchase very high-end bottles, but rather everyday table wine that is of good quality at a reasonable price. Something you can just sit around and enjoy. Or to enjoy a nice glass of wine or to share at dinner. I have an Angela Pinot Noir at the bottom of this review and it is extremely good. They also have the best customer service people who are always willing to help. I've belonged to several wine clubs before and I have always found them to be burdensome after a while. I can finally say I found one! Plus there's no membership to join if you don't want to, but I did become a Founder member so I could get Splash Cash at higher rate, which over the past (almost 2)years has allowed me to get two free cases. Living in Pennsylvania obtaining wine during the extremely long state store shutdown became a real challenge. A friend referred us to Splash Wines. Ordered several cases during the shutdown and received delivery within two weeks. Continued to order from them as the wine is good and certainly less costly than buying locally, and they deliver it right to the house!

Now I ordered on Sunday night and UPS was here with the delivery on Tuesday. It doesn't get much better than that. Everyone's taste in wine is different and some we find to be "Okay" while others we find to be "Outstanding." We keep track of what we really like and have ordered an entire case of one of those.

They have a terrific guarantee so if there is something you really don't like they will credit those bottles.

I have been ordering from Splash wines for years. They have wines from all regions with great reviews and great prices. They have specials where you can just order a box of mixed wine and not worry about having bad one since you. Their delivery is super fast within a couple of days. Their packaging is really good as well. Highly recommend.

My husband and I are founding members of Splash Wines and have always been excited to receive our shipments. In all the orders we have only had one bottle of wine that we did not like and they immediately gave us a credit on our next shipment. There are real people to talk with if you do have a problem or a question. We never buy wines anywhere else since we became Splash customers. They are wonderful... and so are the wines!

My wife and I drink Cab almost exclusively, so finding a wine club/subscription that doesn't have lots of wines we don't want was hard. I've now ordered the Premium Cab box 4 or 5 times, all of which we enjoy. Saves us money vs. buying wine locally, and we get better wines! When we tried a variety box, we had one wine we really didn't enjoy, but Splash quickly refunded us for those two bottles! Great customer service, and used the credit toward our next case. In total we've had the Premium Cabs, Memorial Day Vineyard Reds, Most Expensive Case reds, Cyber Monday Red pack, and Hunt for October Reds. Highly recommended!

The customer service team is great and it is like Christmas opening up each new box of wines. I have been a Founder member for several years and have recently become a subscribe and save member. Splash has the absolute BEST customer service of any online source I've shopped (it's a high number too)! Furthermore, the product is fabulous! They select them and only offer them if they like them. I have both automatic and optional subscriptions but I've done the order when I want for 4-5 years without issue! Raise a glass and cheers to the best! Splash!

An exceptional wine delivery service. Many fantastic wines to choose from at great prices. Satisfaction guaranteed. Have been a customer for years. They don't currently deliver to Michigan but do to Florida - good thing we are snow birds.

This is an excellent company that stands by its offerings. If you don't like a wine they send, they'll give you full credit, period, no argument needed. I started with their low end wines but now order mostly their higher quality choices (cellar quality, they call it), and have been consistently pleased. Haven't asked for a refund in years!

We enjoy wines and have been a member of multiple wine clubs both local and shipment-based. The value received from Splash bad made them out go to source. Really good wines at an outstanding price. What's not to like?

I have been buying from Splash Wines for several years, and I have never been disappointed with the quality of their wines or their friendly and thoughtful customer service. Besides keeping my wine rack full (wine closet, actually!), Splash is my go-to source for thank-you gifts for friends and for thanking building staff and vendors who have gone the extra mile for me.

The selection of wines is varied and interesting, and their quality is consistently good, even for the lower priced selections. They keep up a flow (not annoyingly often) of creative sales and special assortment cases. And best of all is their "if you don't like it you don't pay for it" guarantee, which encourages me to go ahead and try any interesting-sounding wine they offer. And because they specialize in wines from around the world, I can try wines not available locally.

I would say that most reds are at least good, with a few being great. Mostly "everyday drinking wines" and nothing fancy, but you also find an occasional gem. Still, for the very low price for these packs, it's a great way to restock when your wines get low. I've reordered several times over a couple of years and the one time I needed to contact customer support, I got a very quick and satisfactory reply. I'd recommend giving them a try.

I've ordered a case of wine at least once a month, sometimes more when they run their great special cases for two years now. I used to belong to Wall Street Journal wine club and Naked Wines' club but after I found Splash wines and tried 4 or 5 of their cases I quit the other two clubs. Splash Wines wines were better tasting, much cheaper, and free shipping. You also, get points that you can use toward purchases called Splash Cash. Customer service is always superb, and there is never a problem getting your requests resolved. I highly recommend this club to any wine lover. Edwin McCulley

Shipping is fast and prices are quite reasonable. There is always someone from Splash available by phone or online chat to make suggestions or just offer help. You won't be disappointed.

I have used this supplier for more than two years and have not been disappointed in its products or service. Early on I bought a wine from them that averaged about $10 a bottle. My local, national, store had it for $40.

AS a repeat customer for over two years and a Founders Member, Splash Wines is a "no nonsense, " honest and trusted service. The company provides a wide selection and behind it's products, all of them no matter what the reason. When shipping was damaged due to carrier issues, Splash either expedited credit immediately or a new shipment of wines to me. I like the fact that even in their low end case selections I can specify a wine not to ship. Now that's service. This is not a subscription type service although they have one available. I say: "Have a sip!" of Splash Wines.

What more could a wine lover ask for? How about free shipping if you become a "WINO" member? How about delivery to your front door? Yep, they have that as well...! My fourth box is on it's way to me... I'm happy!

I've tried all the online wine ordering companies and Splash is by far the best value for the dollar. You're getting much better quality than comparably priced bottles at Trader Joe's and that doesn't come straight to your home! Plus, the rewards, special deals for members, and free shipping are awesome. I've referred multiple friends who have all made purchases and loved their wine (and I got Splash Cash back from the referrals)!

Customer service is great, true to their word, if you don't like a wine (which has only happened a few times in the last 5 years) just notify them and you will get splash cash credit for your next order. Have been ordering from splash for several years now have always been amazed at the few day turnaround from ordering during a flash sale, to getting the wine at my door within 3-5 business days! I don't even want to know how much it costs to express ship a 50 pound box of wine, but they do it and if there are any damages from the freight company they always promptly take care of it. A consistently good variety and quality of wines from around the world. If you really don't like a wine splash will refund that bottle. Excellent packaging and usually timely shipping. Can't beat the convenience.

I've been a customer of Splash Wines from the beginning. Every step of the way has been exactly like you would want your own business to be run.
Their customer service team is very courteous and willing to assist in any way possible. The quality of the wines purchased over the last number of years is also excellent. There were some shipping glitches when CV-19 first started, but you were updated on status virtually every day. Today their shipping rates a solid "10" for speed and no damage.

Have ordered many times from Splash both for my self and family and found you truly get "more bag for your buck!". Overall I've been very satisfied with the assortment and quality of their product. As an individual that used to make his own wine for many years and both my wife and I are daily consumers of wine at dinner.
