I ordered two dresses from Stacees and was so happy with the quality of the gowns. Buying online can be scary, but I am so glad I took the chance and got two incredibly beautiful dresses without breaking the bank. I had to get them adjusted slightly, but even my seamstress asked me where I got the dresses from and said they were very high quality.
Would not recommend. DO NOT waste your money on this site. They do not stick by their returns policy. I recently purchased 4 dresses (over £400) - two which were unsuitable and damaged. They refused to refund me (even though I had written conformation that if they dresses where unsatisfactory I could return and get a refund or at least an exchange). I was left with numerous emails back and forth repeating everything over and over. They will suggest a pathetic £20 compensation stating 'stating they don't want to waste my time or energy' - I've clearly wasted my money too. Absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT BUY.
I had some concerns ordering a prom dress online, however after receiving it earlier than expected my daughter is very happy with the purchase and chance we took. Customer service via email was great.

My daughter is very petite. The custom sizing was inexpensive and the dress came the perfect size. We did have to have it hemmed, but that was all. Next formal dress we need, we will order from here again.

The pictures Stacees shoes in website to future customers is nothing like what you will recieved.
The lace is havy and stiff, so it dosen't mold to your body. Truly poor quality.

We ordered this dress for my daughters prom. We went by the measurements and decided that the size 0 were her exact measurements so that is what we ordered. The dress came in during the expected time and fit perfectly. No alterations were needed. The dress was great quality and she got many compliments on the dress. We will definitely order again.

Their website and ads say specifically say ""Return policy 1) Worry-free returns are available for all standard sizes within 14 days. Custom sizes are final sale." It is clear there are standard sizes, which we ordered, a size 4, and "custom sizes" which we did not order. We ordered standard size, from their standard color palate, the "Regency purple" with absolutely no custom specification. We got a blueish-purple that was not the right color & we did not like it at all. The fabric is atrocious, very abrasive and scratchy - like a costume shop NOT AT ALL the luxurious looking fabrics they display on the website photos. They are charging top dollar - we actually found what we really wanted in a gorgeous fabric and a lovely color at Macy's and paid $75 LESS than we paid to these scammers! All that said, we took it out of the package, said "Oh no" tried it on just in case, and within a few hours of getting it filed the return request. It has been over a month now and still NO return slip or refund has been provided to us. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Terrible!!! Do not buy from them! Quality is bad and they do not honor return policy!

I got custom sizing and it's only $19 more which isn't bad for custom. The shipping wasn't a terrible price either and I was able to get this dress final cost lower than the tag price at dillards. The dress was very nice material and structured well. It fit very well too. It's was a tad long but it's not im person altering and it had a train so, I can't really complain. The dress was accurate to the pictures and the reviews, and the color was very accurate too. Overall I very good dress. I still have it and will definitely keep it!
