We ordered a dark purple dress for an event but the item that arrived was very red and full of glitter and sequins, not at all what was photographed and posted on the website. We contacted the company immediately. They offered to remake the dress for another $50 but said the best they could do is a $15 refund. They said I could not return it because "the returning shipping fee is paid by the customer and as you know, the delivery is unstable." When I asked to return it anyway, they replied, "we also spent too much on your dress, hope you can also consider our hard situation." Don't fall for this place. It's not worth it. Now I have a dress that is the gaudiest item you can imagine.

This dress was gorgeous on my sons girlfriend for prom. It fit perfectly. Make sure you measure yourself based on the guide given by them and your dress will fit because to my knowledge it's final sale. But it fit her and was a well made dress.

Overall our experience was very nice. Correspondence with Stacees was good. Ordered a two-piece halter style ensemble. When it arrived, the skirt fit perfectly. However the halter top was quite big. Unfortunately there was no time to ask Stacees to fix it, so we had to have it altered locally, which added a significant cost for us.

Delivery was great. Took about 2 weeks to receive the dress once ordered. My daughter is 5'6 and about 125lbs. She is tall and a thin build, 16 years old and we purchased a size 4. She is a bra size 34 B. She did not wear a strapless bra and was a little self conscious about anything showing on the side. Other than that is was perfect and she looked beautiful!

My daughter was going to be in a pageant and we order a dress from Stacees. The customer service was amazing making the ordering process easy. When we received the dress we could not believe how beautiful it was. My daughter won the pageant and people went on for days about how beautiful the dress was. We could not have asked for a more beautiful dress and a wonderful experience!

I had to two custom made dresses for my brothers wedding and they were able to make a dress similar to mine for my daughter for me, no problem, and the quality is really good and we had lots of compliments about the dresses too. The turn around was quicker than was given upon the order. They're always amazing communication throughout too. Highly recommend, I will most definitely be ordering again.

Do NOT purchase anything from this site. They claim to offer full refunds but they do not. Customer service is slow also. I urge you to look elsewhere!

The dress is soo beautiful and it fitted perfectly didn't have to do any alterations what so ever I felt like a princess on my day and others gave the dress compliments also the dress wasn't coming until after my wedding so I gave them a message and the rushed it through for me but you could not tell the dress was still perfectly made

I ordered my wedding dress from stacees, I was sceptical due to reading bad reviews. But there was absolutely no need, my dress arrived made with my custom size in plenty of time and was beautiful also very well made, had so many compliments on the day.

My eldest searched high and low for a gown for prom. As soon as she stumbled upon Stacees she was thrilled! Ordered her dream dress and 2 weeks later, little sister was invited to prom. We received the first dress and were thrilled beyond belief at the craftsmanship and quality so naturally be Ordered the second kids dress here too. Only issue was now we were in a time crunch. I emailed customer service and they were quick to respond and got her dress to us super quick. Her dress also was of high quality and craftsmanship. Thank you Stacees for your excellence!

I ordered SM*******013 which is a beautiful green floral gown. I ordered custom sizing and was still very skeptical to order on the internet. Within the same day, I received an email from the person altering my dress. The customer service was outstanding! She asked me additional questions and ensured I would have my dress in time for my event. She was right, and the dress fit perfectly! It was stunning and I am so happy with it. I would definitely order again!

I will never purchase from Stacee's again. The whole experience has been awful. My daughter found a dress that she loved. It was unique and something she knew no one else would have. I had read some of the reviews and knew that we were taking our chances. I should have gone with my gut and refused to order it. I followed the tracking process from the beginning. With one week left for delivery and the items still sitting in "production," I sent an email asking for updates on the product. I was told it was in production and asked when I needed it. When I gave the date needed, they said they "would contact the tailor and have her place a rush on the product.' It should have already been shipped by that point. I waited another week and discovered the live chat option. I got the same response: "We will contact the tailor." I demanded my money back and, after threatening legal action, was told I would have a full refund in 2-5 days. I woke up the next morning to a message saying my item had shipped, with a delivery date 5 days over our needed date. I contacted them again via email and demanded my refund, and was told, "A refund can not be made because your garment has shipped." This was less than 24 hours after they promised me that my refund was being processed and it took an additional 24 hours for the garment to actually show that it had shipped. The dress arrived yesterday, and it looks NOTHING like the garment we ordered. The material is cheap and does not match the tulle element, they are two different shades. The gold detailing on the dress is not gold; it's a mixture of iridescent and silver. We ordered the dress for the gold detailing. There is a section right at the bustline that does not lie correctly, it pooches out funny. The zipper catches when you try to zip the back up. Not at all impressed with the quality of the service of this company.

Stacees customer service is A+, they went above and beyond, the end result was an absolute stunning dress for my mom to wear to my wedding. The picture online didn't do the dress any justice, the in person reveal was just gorgeous personified, from the detail and lace work to the excellent tailoring and fast shipping time was a win in my book. I was overwhelmed with emotion when I saw my mom fit the dress.I am very very grateful to them and very thankful.

I ordered a dress off of this website for homecoming based off the size chart offered on the website. I received the dress and it was way too small for me and attempted to return the dress. They will not respond to my emails and are not offering me and return address or refund. Please stay away from this website.
