I ordered two dresses from Stacees and was so happy with the quality of the gowns. Buying online can be scary, but I am so glad I took the chance and got two incredibly beautiful dresses without breaking the bank. I had to get them adjusted slightly, but even my seamstress asked me where I got the dresses from and said they were very high quality.
Would not recommend. DO NOT waste your money on this site. They do not stick by their returns policy. I recently purchased 4 dresses (over £400) - two which were unsuitable and damaged. They refused to refund me (even though I had written conformation that if they dresses where unsatisfactory I could return and get a refund or at least an exchange). I was left with numerous emails back and forth repeating everything over and over. They will suggest a pathetic £20 compensation stating 'stating they don't want to waste my time or energy' - I've clearly wasted my money too. Absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT BUY.
From ordering to delivery of my dress the experience was so good. I was kept informed of order status and the dress was well packaged. I was complemented all day on the colour and quality of it. I have recommended Staceees to family and friends. Thank you so much for a lovely, hassle free experience

I purchased my wedding dress from Stacee's. The measuring and ordering process was easy to follow. Once I had placed my order I received an email from the team asking for my exact measurements to ensure I had ordered the correct size. As all dresses are made to order, I found it reassuring that the Stacee's team were proactive in contacting me to ensure they made the correct size dress. I was kept informed and notified when the dress was dispatched. Delivery time was as stated. Dress is high quality and fits perfectly.

I was apprehensive ordering a dress on line and not seeing it personally, so glad l did, beautifully made, excellent quality. A fantastic price, cannot beleive, they could make a dress for the money l paid. My neice also had her dress made from Stacees, also stunning. Customer services also excellent. Would highly. Even though their website says they accept returns if items are unwashed, in original state, with all tags on they WILL NOT return anything. They give the run around and offer 1/2 of your money back and tell you to sell it locally. The material is cheap and dull and they use so much fabric that the dresses are heavy enough to try and fall off. AVOID AVOID

I bought a dress that was a standard size and the colour was wrong. They state on their website they provide a worry free return service. They would not refund my money. They stated I should resell the dress. Poor service :'(

Upon opening, glitter on the fabric was glued on and shed everywhere. The measure from shoulder to waist was too short (standard size.) Tried to return, and they do not honor their return policy. Shameful organization. Do not order from here. If you do and you get a poor quality dress, you will NOT be able to return it.

I was very dubious about ordering online specially from a company i had never heard of. I ordered 2 dresses, a mother of the bride dress and a flower girl dress. The mother of the bride dress arrived first and when I opened it i was blown away with it, looks exactly like the picture and the quality is just as good as any high end clothes shop but with out the high end price. The flower girl dress arrived soon after and when we tried it on my 4 year old granddaughter it brought tears to my eyes, again the quality is excellent and the dress looks exactly like the picture. Highly recommended by a very happy customer.

Was worried about ordering my daughters prom dress online but when it arrived it was absolutely gorgeous! The quality was amazing! The colour was beautiful! (Pale blue) It was much better than the picture online! We ordered a lace up back in case we werent accurate with our measurements. It was a little bit big when it arrived but it didnt matter with the lace up back! My daughter was chuffed to bits with it!

We ordered a dress with a customization (add a front slit) and custom sizing. Although the dress arrived without the requested slit, customer service jumped on the issue and they remade the dress. The 2nd dress was perfection.
Get the dress sis, you won't be disappointed. It was more beautiful in person and my mother looked stunning. I bought this dress for my mom to wore to her surprise 65th birthday party.

My dress did not fit. So I wanted to return it and then I was going to order custom fit one. They want me to pay to return the dress and then only refund me for 70% of the dress? They are slow to reply and now they have a very angry customer. They suggested then I pay another 80 to get a dress re made, SCAM SCAM SCAM

I was overjoyed when my dress arrived! I couldn't wait to try it on, and when I did, I was thrilled that it was a perfect fit, everywhere! It only needed a couple of small tucks in the back to prevent any sagging due to my short waist. The length was perfect! I received so many compliments on the style and the color (which is my favorite) as the mother of the groom to my youngest of four sons!
I was very satisfied with the service. I was a bit nervous ordering for the first time, only using the size chart and online color selection. But I couldn't have imagined how beautiful the dress would actually be! Also, it arrived sooner than expected. I ordered a wedding dress which didn't fit. It was eligible for returns however they told me to have it altered. When I declined, they offered me $30 (for a $207dress) and told me to find another buyer.
When I emailed them again, they just copy my message and paste it in their return message.
I am working with my bank to reverse the charge at this time.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Please please do not order from this website. They state on their website full refunds are given if you want to return the dress. But this is a lie. They have done nothing but stress me out whilst on maternity earning hardly any money. I want to return what I brought as it doesn't fit at all ans not the correct colour and we have now changed our minds on our colour theme all together. They are refusing to let me return dress and saying I have to just try and sale the dress myself. The dress cost £108 and then they offered me £20 refund. I want a full refund not £20 I am on maternity and £108 is a lot of money. I will continue to write these reviews and comment on everything you post untill I receive a full refund.
Your saying it's because of PayPal. But paypal advised me not to delete dispute and you need to refund full amount through PayPal so stop telling me to cancel dispute through PayPal.
