I ordered two dresses from Stacees and was so happy with the quality of the gowns. Buying online can be scary, but I am so glad I took the chance and got two incredibly beautiful dresses without breaking the bank. I had to get them adjusted slightly, but even my seamstress asked me where I got the dresses from and said they were very high quality.
Would not recommend. DO NOT waste your money on this site. They do not stick by their returns policy. I recently purchased 4 dresses (over £400) - two which were unsuitable and damaged. They refused to refund me (even though I had written conformation that if they dresses where unsatisfactory I could return and get a refund or at least an exchange). I was left with numerous emails back and forth repeating everything over and over. They will suggest a pathetic £20 compensation stating 'stating they don't want to waste my time or energy' - I've clearly wasted my money too. Absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT BUY.
When I ordered the dress I was worried as reviews on TikTok claimed that the dress did not arrive on time. However, in my case the dress arrived on time three days before my event. I was also impressed by the service as I received an email asking for my measurements. The dress fit perfectly! Great first experience, would order again!

I ordered my dress two weeks before prom and didn't think I had a chance of getting it in time. They still managed to tailor it to my measurements and send it to me with a couple days to spare!

My daughter is a classic hourglass shape, so it is difficult to find dresses that compliment her figure. We have ordered from Stacees before and I only had to do minor alterations to the dress. This time around she wanted something that I knew would be hard to scale to her measurements. Let me say at this point that I am a seamstress by trade, so I know what can and can't be altered. Well based on all of this, we were delighted to find that they have a customization option! I put in her measurements and two weeks later we were in possession of a gorgeous prom dress. I only had to tweak a few seams and it fit to perfection. The quality of the dresses we have purchased over the last couple of years have been wonderful—easy to alter and customize. I have told many young ladies and mothers about Stacey's.

What can I say, I ordered my daughter prom dress from here. It came in plenty of time ready for her prom and it is perfect, The sizing was spot on the length was perfect. The beadwork on the bodice was perfect. The dress made her feel like a million dollars. Great customer service too

I wasn't expecting to have as good of an experience as we did since this is an online company which is also out of the country. Usually when that's been the case, the customer service is lacking but in this case, the customer service was not bad at all. I was off on a measurement that I gave and the company messaged me to let me know. The dress was surprisingly very well fit. The quality was excellent. The color was a bit lighter than we thought it would be but still not bad enough to send back so I can't comment on how that process would have been since fortunately we didn't need to do that. The company genuinely seemed to want our satisfaction. My daughter was beautiful on her special night and we would definitely use the service again and have recommended it to friends already.

The dress my daughter ordered was stunning. We've ordered lots of dresses online over the years for our three daughters, and most have been pretty low quality. This dress was amazingly well made! Great value. It was fairly long and we did have the train removed when we had it shortened, but the overall fit was perfect. My daughter is 5'4", 105# and we ordered a size 2. We had at least 3" removed from the length.

The dress itself was very pretty I did do alterations in the website, but it ending up being to big so be aware. It came in with plenty of time to do other alterations needed. So all in all, it was a beautiful dress and would buy from Stacees again.

My daughter wanted an orange prom dress and Stacees delivered. The dress is beautiful and exactly what she was looking for. The website is very helpful with measurements for sizing and bare minimal alterations required (just a slight shortening).
