I ordered two dresses from Stacees and was so happy with the quality of the gowns. Buying online can be scary, but I am so glad I took the chance and got two incredibly beautiful dresses without breaking the bank. I had to get them adjusted slightly, but even my seamstress asked me where I got the dresses from and said they were very high quality.
Would not recommend. DO NOT waste your money on this site. They do not stick by their returns policy. I recently purchased 4 dresses (over £400) - two which were unsuitable and damaged. They refused to refund me (even though I had written conformation that if they dresses where unsatisfactory I could return and get a refund or at least an exchange). I was left with numerous emails back and forth repeating everything over and over. They will suggest a pathetic £20 compensation stating 'stating they don't want to waste my time or energy' - I've clearly wasted my money too. Absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT BUY.
The dress was so gorgeous and a show stopper! The service was amazing!

The dress is very poofy just what I wanted! And the color is amazing and so pretty! The only problem which was my fault was that the sleeve that's connected to the top and not the tie up popped off and broke but that's my bad I was getting a piggy back ride cause my feet hurt so bad from my heels. But overall the quality is mwah I love this dress can't wait to wear it again for my theature awards ceremony!

The dress I ordered for my granddaughter for her first prom is absolutely beautiful! I custom ordered the dress and it fit her perfectly! This was my first order from Stacees and I'm sure it will not be my last! They communicated well with me when I had questions and the dress arrived on time! Great company to do business with! Ordered a custom black formal dress for my daughters first prom, and aside from a few alterations (had it taken in and added a hook and eye closure for the back zipper), the dress is everything she hoped it would be and more! The dress is well-made and seems like it will last for a few more dances to come. Delivery time was also on point. Would recommend to others and order from them again.

This dress was for my daughters junior prom and she absolutely loved it. The color was what we expected and it fit perfect. We were not entirely sure it would fit as we did the measurements ourselves, but the website guide helped us greatly as we are not seamstress by any measure! We also were very happy about the quality, it was not cheap looking nor did it feel cheap, which we have paid a lot more for dresses that were very cheaply made, so we again appreciate the quality of the dress as well. Overall, I would recommend this Stacees to anyone looking for a good quality dress for any occasion.

The dress arrived about three days later than originally predicted, but the USPS tracking number was accurate (I live in the United States). It came exactly as pictured, including the color, and it has great volume to it. The fabric inside the dress is soft and comfortable, and it has great support for the chest. I would absolutely recommend it to someone else!

I have been trying to return dresses for more than 2 weeks! Just as other reviewers have noted, they refuse to provide return instructions. Instead, they apologize for their delayed response and try to get you to agree to apply for partial compensation under the guise that it is so expensive for the customer to return items. You will be stuck in an endless loop of excuses to avoid refunds. Their go to response is that they will respond in 2 days only to try to convince you to keep the dress.
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy from this company. They are dishonorable.

We ordered this dress a little unsure since you had to guess sizing. But you get an email after you place your order asking for specific sizing. It shipped faster than we thought and it arrived in time for her prom. She loved the dress.

I bought a dress for my daughter's senior prom. We order months before the event. Gave them my daughter's measurements and the dress was delivered with a perfect fit. We also received the dress a month before her prom. The prices were great and our experience was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this company!

My granddaughter picked out her prom dress on line, but many were just shop and hope. Stacee's allowed me to enter her measurements. Since she is not average it was awesome they did this. She got a custom designed dress to fit her. I can't wait for her special night next month.

My daughter's dress came packaged beautifully. It was a little longer than expected and we had to have it hemmed, but other than that it fit her perfectly and she absolutely loves it and can't wait to show it off at prom! Best advice is to order in advance as it does take a while to ship.
