I ordered two dresses from Stacees and was so happy with the quality of the gowns. Buying online can be scary, but I am so glad I took the chance and got two incredibly beautiful dresses without breaking the bank. I had to get them adjusted slightly, but even my seamstress asked me where I got the dresses from and said they were very high quality.
Would not recommend. DO NOT waste your money on this site. They do not stick by their returns policy. I recently purchased 4 dresses (over £400) - two which were unsuitable and damaged. They refused to refund me (even though I had written conformation that if they dresses where unsatisfactory I could return and get a refund or at least an exchange). I was left with numerous emails back and forth repeating everything over and over. They will suggest a pathetic £20 compensation stating 'stating they don't want to waste my time or energy' - I've clearly wasted my money too. Absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT BUY.
Best purchase ever! Dress arrived just when expected, and is absolutely GORGEOUS. Beautiful color, amazing quality, and fits perfectly!

I was highly pleased with their service. I entered the wrong address because I had just moved back in Dec. 2023 so they changed the address and I got my step daughter dress in time for her Senior prom. I will most definitely recommend Stacee's to anyone looking for a bomb dre and next yr when my daughter is a Jr and the year after that a senior they will be my go too.

My dress is very pretty, a great length and fits fairly well. The only two issues I have are with the sleeves and the ribbon used to lace it up. The sleeves are extremely tight and I am unable to move my arms up, and it's not something that can be mended. It's good that they are short, but in the future I think a stretchable fabric should be used or the sleeves should be made looser in general. Second, the ribbon is far too long. Even when fully laced and tied, the dress goes past my feet and pools on the floor. Other than those two things, the dress is lovely.
