It came two day after expected date but it was after Easter Sunday so I under stand it being delayed thank you

Very happy with our order. The fit was perfect and the color was exactly what she wanted. Very pleased.

We ordered my daughter's junior prom dress last year and it arrived very quickly. It was shipped beautifully and easily unpacked and hung up. We simply ran a steamer over the dress before use. The only negative was that there was a "train", that was too long and was getting caught up and "in the way". I did take it to a tailor to see if we could get it bustled, which was done and somewhat helpful. Other than that, it fit her perfectly and she looked beautiful. She could not have been happier.

I ordered a size 8 wedding dress.It was expensive.Tried it on didn't fit.I sent a email.They REFUSED to send me a return label and address and refund my money.I had to order a size 14.We will see.I contacted my bank anyways.Dont advertise a return on your website then try to cheat people out of money.I got my bank involved,they will be investigating Stacees.I am getting my refund one way or another.Find a another site ladies.They will cheat you out of your money if they can.They ruined wedding dress shopping for me.

The dress fit perfectly, good quality, lots of compliments on my daughter's big night (prom). Would recommend!

I emailed Stacees prior to buying my wedding dress because I was between sizes and wasn't sure which size would suit. I wanted to know if they had a UK return address to save on return shipping if I needed to. I was told they had "offices in the UK" and it wouldn't be a problem to order two and return one.

In the end, I went with just one dress. It arrived a few weeks later and I was SO disappointed. It looked NOTHING like the picture! The colour was off, the material was cheap and nasty and there was all this awful netting that the advertisement photo just didn't have. The fit was atrocious. I absolutely hated it. I later found out they steal legit designers photos and make bad copies.

I contacted Stacees to arrange a return and went round in circles with them trying to get me to accept a partial refund. I didnt want a partial refund, I wanted a full refund on return (what am I going to do with a spare wedding dress? It's not like I'm ever getting married again!). In the end, they told me they wouldn't accept a return unless it was damaged! Tried to make out it was "custom made" when it wasn't - I never provided any measurements (they charge more for that!).

Basically, after doing some research, I realised they're a scammy Chinese company that don't adhere to distance selling laws.

Avoid. Don't take the risk. They might be cheap, but that's for a reason. Cheap and nasty 🤮 I've now been conned out of £400 and looking in to how I can take this further. Hopefully PayPal or my bank may be of assistance.

I ordered a dress for my daughter's sweet 16. I sent in her measurements so it could be "tailored" to her fit. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was way too long, and the cup sizes were enormous. I emailed immediately with photos. Their first response said, if you pay us an additional $70, we'll make another dress without needing to return the first dress. The rep even said, you could even sell the one you have! I had no interest in that option. Why would I give them additional money for a new dress, when the dress I have does not fit. I've been getting the run around since. I asked for a partial reimbursement to cover the costs of alterations, and they declined, only offering a refund of $70 at most. I even checked on their return policy prior to ordering, and they indicated that if the dress did not fit I could send it back, and that they would make it right. They haven't. Save yourself the stress.

Made to order and it fit perfectly! The customer service is very good. Would definitely recommend.

Delightful dress, my granddaughter is thrilled. Fast delivery with on-line tracking. Highly recommended.

Bought 1 size bigger (just incase) need to be taken in, no problem there.

My dress arrived, looked every bit as beautiful as the photos showed. I was really nervous about the fit but I'm a standard size 12 ( 5ft 6 & 9 st 3) and it fitted perfectly and can by drawn in with the ribbon to fit as loose or tight as you wish. I'm so happy. I know some people have had a negative experience but I certainly didn't. Arrived on time too. The packaging made it look a bit unexciting, but that's just for shipping, take it out, fluff it up and hang up and it looks stunning. Haven't attached a photo as it's not my wedding day till April and my husband to be obviously hadn't seen it yet, so didn't seem right to put a photo of me in it on here. I purchased a dress from Stacees for my daughters wedding. The dress was beautiful and fit perfectly. I even asked for it to be shortened and it was the exact length I needed.

I purchased two gowns from Stacees. Prior to my purchase, I confirmed with their customer service that should the dresses not work for me, I could return them for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Unfortunately, the dresses did not work for me. I requested a refund and they told me to sell them myself. When I told him I preferred to return them, they stopped responding to me. I reached out two more times, and I got no response from them. Do not buy from Stacees - they are a SCAM. I am now stuck with two gowns I can't wear. I ended up purchasing from Azazie, who has been wonderfully responsive!

I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding and needed in a size up and they would not give me a return address. Suggested I keep the dress and sell it after I had already ordered the larger dress now they will not let me cancel the second dress order. I stopped payment on the order and received an email from them saying that they can't refund me until I stop my dispute and send them a picture of the second dress that I don't have yet. So now I am stuck with one dress that doesn't fit me and no refund of the partial payment of the second one that they still have.

Dress was absolutely breathtaking I got millions of compliments, made to perfection and fit amazingly, they were very helpful and responded in a timely manner.
I will be buying again
I would recommend a sleeve for the dress when packaging for the future to transport it without worry for dirtying it

I had submitted the wrong measurement for my daughter and they reached out to me to double check to see if it was correct then helped me figure out what I did wrong. The dress came and fit perfectly and was absolutely beautiful!
