I ordered two dresses from Stacees and was so happy with the quality of the gowns. Buying online can be scary, but I am so glad I took the chance and got two incredibly beautiful dresses without breaking the bank. I had to get them adjusted slightly, but even my seamstress asked me where I got the dresses from and said they were very high quality.
Would not recommend. DO NOT waste your money on this site. They do not stick by their returns policy. I recently purchased 4 dresses (over £400) - two which were unsuitable and damaged. They refused to refund me (even though I had written conformation that if they dresses where unsatisfactory I could return and get a refund or at least an exchange). I was left with numerous emails back and forth repeating everything over and over. They will suggest a pathetic £20 compensation stating 'stating they don't want to waste my time or energy' - I've clearly wasted my money too. Absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT BUY.
This dress was absolutely gorgeous and I am very happy with the result. The colour is exactly the same as in the picture and the quality of the material was very good. The detailing and beading on the bodice gave a lovely finish. It is a well-made dress, not flimsy or poor quality material and well worth the price but isn't too overpriced considering the level of quality you get. Customer service was great too, the team kept in contact with me and made sure I was content with my dress and made adjustments according to what I wanted - for example making the dress without the leg split. Would recommend STACEES and this dress in particular is very flattering.
The dress is gorgeous and looks just like the picture. It fit well and true to size. It will be the perfect prom dress!

I was very anxious to order this dress online from this website. My daughter wanted a dress very similar that was made by sheeri Hill but I could not afford the $900 price tag. I found the same exact dress online from this website stacees.com for fractions of the cost. I placed my order and waited the 3 weeks until it arrived wondering if I messed up by placing the order. It came in and we were extremely pleased with the quality of the dress. My friends and family couldn't even tell the difference between the sherri hill dress that was 900 vs this dress I ordered. The inner bra lining was actually better than the sherri hill dress. This dress was a 10 out of 10 and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is worried or anxious about ordering from this site like I was to order from this site. You won't regret it.

The dress ordered doesn't even remotely resemble the dress pictured! After 7 attempts to contact via email, their website help. And chat, they are still REFUSING TO PROVIDE return instructions! Just giving me the run around. The dresses are CHEAP AND EMBARASSING!

Order prom dress that was NOT custom made and I submit a ticket to return the dress. I got a complete run around and then ghosted. Do not buy from this company!

I received my dress last week I'm amazed at how beautiful it is the picture did not do any justice. I tired it on and I'm glad I said yes to this dress. They assured me when I ordered that I could return the dress for a refund. Then when I tried to do so they offered me $20 to keep the dress saying that the return was too difficult and that they would need to charge me for entry fees, etc. It took many emails and calls and in the end I had to settle for $80 to keep the dress- which did not fit. I gave up trying to fight them, even with email proof that they would refund the full $ (minus shipping). Do not believe them that you can return it! The dress was too big despite giving them measurements.

If you returned, the shipping fee is higher, about $30 I guess. If any problems on the way, you will lose the cost of the dress. One of our customer indeed encountered this, so we can't suggest you to take the risk. Still hope you can consider our direct refund and we try to solve this standing your view.
So how about this, we refund you $30 directly and you can keep the dress for resale. This way can let you recover the cost and also needn't take extra risk and time. Could you accept?"
