I ordered two dresses from Stacees and was so happy with the quality of the gowns. Buying online can be scary, but I am so glad I took the chance and got two incredibly beautiful dresses without breaking the bank. I had to get them adjusted slightly, but even my seamstress asked me where I got the dresses from and said they were very high quality.
Would not recommend. DO NOT waste your money on this site. They do not stick by their returns policy. I recently purchased 4 dresses (over £400) - two which were unsuitable and damaged. They refused to refund me (even though I had written conformation that if they dresses where unsatisfactory I could return and get a refund or at least an exchange). I was left with numerous emails back and forth repeating everything over and over. They will suggest a pathetic £20 compensation stating 'stating they don't want to waste my time or energy' - I've clearly wasted my money too. Absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT BUY.
Dresses are lovely, fit perfectly to our measurements and the colour is identical to the swatch. Very happy with the service and dress itself.
Lovely dress I bought to wear to my wedding! I will look good in it, and will feel great wearing it also.

Don't buy from this company. I have been trying to get a rebound for two months and they are still refusing. They also told me that they don't resale standard size dresses and they disregard them, which is so bad for the environment. Please see email below. The only response I keep receiving is that they will offer my discount not a full refund. Considering I spent £120 on a dress I don't think this is fair. Please allow me to explain. For standard size, we could return, but "Full Refund" applies to damaged, defective, or wrongfully shipped items. We have checked the quality inspection and noticed that we made the dress according to your order strictly. All of our dresses are handmade after they are ordered, and we have always used high quality fabrics. We also spend a lot of time and money on the dress. We are not like the big stores where can re-sell returned dresses, the dress will be destroyed if it is returned. I hope you could understand.
Considering your bad emotion because of the dress, we re-applied our manager to refund you £45 as compensation. Or we could re-make a new dress for you for free, and you could choose other style and color. Would you like to accept?

I am writing in regard to your response to my previous email. I want to clarify that I only expect to be charged for the cost of delivery for the returned dress as I had ordered a standard size which I assume is readily available in your stock.
Could you please provide me with a returns ticket so that I can go ahead and return the dress as per my legal rights stated on your website?
I also want to address the fact that you mentioned not reselling standard dresses of a standard size being a resource issue. As a qualified sustainability practitioner, I must convey that I do not find this statement sustainable as you would be charged for all waste produced by your organisation under the (Solid Waste Law) under your pollutant discharge permit. This leads me to assume that you are attempting to make me feel guilty for your own financial benefit. Please note that if my money is not refunded, I will have to take appropriate legal action.
