I ordered from Stacee's initially because my daughter wanted a very specific color and fell in love with a dress she saw online. I've always been a little uneasy about online ordering but man oh man! This dress was beautiful! I used the custom sizing option and it fit her PERFECTLY. We will definitely be using Stacee's for her Senior year!

This dress was so beautiful and better then I imagined. I was nervous that it was going to not look like the picture did but it exceeded expectations. I felt so confident in my dress, I loved it so much.

I ordered a dress for a wedding. It was getting close to the date so I emailed them to find out where the dresses were. I received an email shifting the delivery date later. I told them not to bother shipping the dress unless they could deliver before the date I had to leave for the out of town wedding. Three datys later (on the drop dead date that I needed the dressed in my hands), they shipped the dresses knowing it was already too late. I emailed them from the wedding stating that I was at the wedding and the dress had not arrived. I did not receive a return authorization despite contacting them again after receiving the dress. Now they are refusing to send the return authorization because I did not contact them yet again. They take no responsibility for their failure to deliver on time.

The dress we ordered was a custom dress. When we received everything looked great until my daughter tried it on with shoes and it was uneven. We asked if it could be fixed and we were told it was too short of notice and they wouldn't do it. They suggested we take it to a local tailor. The quality of the fabric was very poor. I'm would not recommend staycees. Shop at a local mall or dress shop.

The service was great and delivery was quick and on time. The product was as shown in the pictures. The dress was well made and fitted great.

Great experience. The dress came perfect to size. Custom to our measurements we sent. In fact we accidentally sent one wrong measurement and they caught it before we did.
Timing on delivery was right when they said it would be. The dress was beautiful. We're completely satisfied.

I bought the stress to wear for my daughter's wedding. I can't even begin to describe how it sparkled! It was probably the most comfortable dress I've ever purchased. I bought the charcoal grey. I received numerous compliments during the wedding reception. Do not hesitate, this dress is stunning!

We tried Stacees for a prom dress and it worked perfectly. I would definitely order from Stacees again. We put in our measurements and the dress came on time for prom. The dress was high quality fabric and stitching!

I bought this dress for my daughter's prom. We went with the standard size 0 and then customer service reached out to be sure we didn't want to provide measurements. My daughter's measurements are almost exact to the standard size but she is short so we provided her hollow to floor measurement. It arrived within expected timeframe, with an absolutely perfect fit and the embroidery is absolutely beautiful. My daughter didn't want anything with sequins or sparkles and this met her taste perfectly. The train is fairly long and needed to be bustled - brought it to a local seamstress and she did this for us without a problem. We went with a bustle up under the dress, rather than up over the outside. It otherwise needed no alterations.
Found a parasol online that perfectly coordinated with the dress. We received so many complements about the dress and overall look. Very happy!

I wore this dress to prom and it was amazing and beautiful a few things I didn't like about it was that, the glitter was constantly falling off the dress and everywhere, and, the fabric used for the straps and where you lace up the dress is a horrible material, it made the dress so uncomfortable I couldn't wait to take it off.

I am VERY pleased with the dress I ordered from Stacee's as well as the amazing customer service! I will absolutely order from here again!

I was nervous about ordering a custom dress online as I had never before done that. I received the dress within the time frame that they promised and it was absolutely beautiful. I got so many compliments when I wore it for my son's wedding. People said 'it looks like it was made for you" lol. They have wonderfully responsive customer service as well and always replied to my questions. Please buy with confidence!

My daughter had her senior prom this year. She is a large girl 22-24 in prom gowns. After going through multiple boutiques she was heartbroken to find so little to chose from that didn't look like an old shower curtain. Then we found the Stacees website. They had a huge selection and would custom fit to our measurements. We were skeptical at first, great dress? Low cost?, but we took a chance. This was the best decision! The dress was all we hoped for and more. They made the dress to fit instead of a standard size that would require alterations. It was just like the photos. The price couldn't be beat. I wish we had known about Stacees 2 years ago! We will definitely be using them again.

They send you the dress but you will never ever see a penny if you request a refund. Their ticket service to request a refund does not work by their own admission, they do not answer the phone and you have to find the correct email. Once you manage to navigate through this you are in for a two week long communication just to hear they will close your request. They asked me to provide proof of communication with the 14days which I have. Their system is down and they still do not take responsability. It's a complete fraud.

We had a wonderful experience and would 100% recommend Stacees to others. The dresses come custom made to fit. It was absolutely beautiful.

Don't buy from them. Their dresses are poorly made and look cheap! I've been going back and forth with a customer service rep for 4 days now trying
To get a refund and he's telling me to pay $30 to return it or sell the dress on 2nd hand market. What in the world. I HATE THIS COMPANY

So so perfect. Words can't even describe how amazing this dress was, completely in love with the quality. Looks exactly like the picture and looks so pretty on camera. Great quality and the custom sizing fit me perfectly. Received so many compliments, if I could do it all again i would buy this same dress. If you're contemplating if Stacee's is a reliable website, it is.

Ordered a dress from Stacees for my daughter to wear to a Galla held at the Philadelphia Museum of Art where she works. She was very happy with the quality and it fit like a glove. She will definitely order from Stacees again in the future!
