I ordered two dresses from Stacees and was so happy with the quality of the gowns. Buying online can be scary, but I am so glad I took the chance and got two incredibly beautiful dresses without breaking the bank. I had to get them adjusted slightly, but even my seamstress asked me where I got the dresses from and said they were very high quality.
Would not recommend. DO NOT waste your money on this site. They do not stick by their returns policy. I recently purchased 4 dresses (over £400) - two which were unsuitable and damaged. They refused to refund me (even though I had written conformation that if they dresses where unsatisfactory I could return and get a refund or at least an exchange). I was left with numerous emails back and forth repeating everything over and over. They will suggest a pathetic £20 compensation stating 'stating they don't want to waste my time or energy' - I've clearly wasted my money too. Absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT BUY.
My daughter picked this dress out all on her own for her Junior Prom. We both loved it from first glance. The online ordering experience was supurb, I was able to enter her size, include details, select the color, and order with ease. They were quick to respond back with questions about exact measurements, which I provided, and updates on times it would take for alterations and shipping. The price was more than affordable and was surprising for the excellent quality, custom tailoring, and expediency. We will definitely be order from here again! Thank you for such a positive experience! Everyone who saw her dress and her in it were in awe!

Beautiful dress that came out wonderfully. Only comments: it was slightly lighter than color pictured, I had to stitch the strap that was coming apart, and it was about a week later than expected due to a shipping hold/delay (so order well in advance).

STAY AWAY! This company is a total scam. If you need to return dress they WILL NOT give you your money back. Its the same with everyone please read reviews on returns. They try to negotiate giving you a small fraction of you cost back AND ask you to pay for shipping. Email after email giving you the run around. They advertise being able to return within 14 days but that is a complete LIE. Stay away from this Chinese company.

We were a bit nervous ordering from an online store for my daughters senior prom, but the dress she wanted was over $800 at a bridal store, and after alterations, would be over $1000…she found one similar, but better on Stacees site, for under $300, so we took the chance. And man, it is perfect! So many details, and just gorgeous and of such quality. Even the flowers are each hand sewn on! We did have to have it slightly altered, and even the lady doing the alterations said what a high quality gown! And saved us SO much! I HIGHLY recommend this company. Truly! I read some of the negative reviews, and glad we didn't listen!

I received the dress but it has the beginning of a tear where the zip is, it's not very well made. I have repeatedly asked for a full refund and offered to send the dress back. I get random replies "we don't refund if the size is wrong" or "as a gesture of good will you can buy one more dress for £50". All I want is a full refund for a faulty dress!

I was unsure if purchasing my daughter's prom dress online, but I have nothing but good things to say about this dress! She was complimented all night and look absolutely gorgeous. The customer service was great and the dress fit perfectly. I'll definitely be a returning customer. Make sure to give it time to arrive, it took about 3 weeks to receive it, but it was made to her measurements, so I expected it to take some time.

This has got to be the worst experience I've ever had in order online. Ordered a dress for my son's upcoming wedding. They asked for measurements so I went and got fitted from a seamstress although I already had my size (wanted to be sure). They sent an email basically saying it was too late they have already started working on the dress (lies), it was only 1 day when i sent measurements. The dress took forever to arrive and upon arrival I couldn't even put the dress on and it was also too short. They claim they add 2 additional inches for length, NOT. I also added 2 additional inches so that should have been 4 additional inches. I will never ever shop or recommend anyone shop here. Customer service also stinks. Run far away from this place. They asked for a picture that i can't send because can't even get it on. Stay away!
