This dress was ordered for my daughter with the hope that it would fit enough for minor alterations. Customer Service reached out right away to verify measurements and heel size to ensure a good fit. I felt more at ease but still a little hesitant as you never know what you may get when ordering online. The dress is absolutely gorgeous, the quality of material exceeds expectations, the color is just write and the fit is perfect, there is no need for alterations at all, even the bodice and length are perfect. My daughter looks fantastic and can't wait to wear. Great experience all the way around.

We had a custom ordered prom dress for my daughter. It was absolutely perfect. No alterations were needed. I'll definitely be shopping for dresses here again.

This dress was perfect when it came. It came sooner than it was expected. We were hesitant to purchase online but it turned out great! Staff checked up to see if everything was good.

We ordered a dress for our daughter's prom. The dress came in and did not fit. We bought another from them, and contacted them to return the first dress. It's been nothing but a runaround. The standard China scam - first they offer some money, then they say it'll cost too much to ship back, then they offer a little more money and say we should resell the dress ourselves online. Never once have we gotten the return address.

THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICIES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

Do NOT trust this merchant with ANY of your money.

I was skeptical, but after receiving the dress on the day promised, I was blown away. They did amazing from the details to the color!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I've been trying to get a refund since April 14th on a dress that my daughter tried on and decide she didn't like. Their website says that they do returns but that is a bunch of bull crap. They responded fairly soon after I initially contacted them asking for pictures of the unworn dress with tags. Which I immediately sent back. Mind you we tried to return this dress the day that we got it. They've tried everything from keep the and we will give you a $15 refund to now $25 and keep the dress - we paid over $110. If you think it's no hassle returns think again. No matter how many times I have emailed them specifically saying no more weird ideas or deals just give me my full refund, they never do! They respond with more cockamini shiesty shady *******@staceesofficial is 100% a scam!

This company is faulty and is ripping people off including brides before their big day. Unless u want to give them free money avoid site. They give us pictures of beautiful dresses to lure us and trick us into giving them our hard earned money. They are getting rich off of us

I ordered a dress in a regular size to ensure I could return if it there were any issues. The dress they sent was obviously the wrong color. I ordered champagne and they sent me gold (VERY obviously gold... I showed 4 different people separately, and without me saying anything, they said "That's not champagne, that's gold"). I wrote to Stacee's and provided them a picture, just asking for them to replace the item. They have repeatedly responded in broken English telling me that they sent the right color and that I would need to pay for return shipping, which goes against their written policy that if they make a mistake with the item, they would cover the return shipping. Note that they have both gold and champagne material listed as options, so they obviously sent the wrong color but want to claim it's just a variance in online vs. actual material. The dress received is absolutely NOT the correct color, and they have repeatedly told me I should just keep the dress and forget about trying to return it. Attached are a photo of the dress received vs the color shown online.

This dress fit my daughter perfectly (I used the size guide and ordered based on measurements) and the color and material was exactly as it looked in pictures! This dress looked beautiful in the sunlight for all of the prom pics.

I love the dress I ordered. The sparkles are so pretty but if you aren't a big fan of glitter getting almost everywhere, I suggest buying a solid colored dress lol.

First time ordering a dress from a website. Did not disappoint. True to size and colour was as pictured. And the price was great!

Was a bit skeptical ordering from this website, it seemed too good to be true, but the dress is amazing quality (such nice fabric), fits perfectly (sent in my measurements for no extra cost) and looks just like the picture. So happy with it, no regrets!

They do not take returns it says they say they do on the website but it's super hard! They only want to give you $50 other wise they say it will take over a month to get the money back! Total scam artists!

For junior prom last year, we ordered from another site and, even with my daughter's measurements, it was a terrible fit and we spent more on alterations than on the dress itself.:(

This year for senior prom, we sent her measurements to Stacee's and it is PERFECT. They double-checked what we wanted for length and reassured us that we wouldn't need to do any alterations and they were right. Highly recommend paying the small fee for custom sizing and then you'll get the dress you need right from the start.

Dress arrived on time in perfect condition, design, color and fit just as described on the website. My daughter received lots of compliments and it looked like an expensive dress. We will order again next year.

My dress is beautiful! The color was the same exact i needed and it fit beautiful. Came a bit bigger but fixed it up.
