I ordered two dresses from Stacees and was so happy with the quality of the gowns. Buying online can be scary, but I am so glad I took the chance and got two incredibly beautiful dresses without breaking the bank. I had to get them adjusted slightly, but even my seamstress asked me where I got the dresses from and said they were very high quality.
Would not recommend. DO NOT waste your money on this site. They do not stick by their returns policy. I recently purchased 4 dresses (over £400) - two which were unsuitable and damaged. They refused to refund me (even though I had written conformation that if they dresses where unsatisfactory I could return and get a refund or at least an exchange). I was left with numerous emails back and forth repeating everything over and over. They will suggest a pathetic £20 compensation stating 'stating they don't want to waste my time or energy' - I've clearly wasted my money too. Absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT BUY.
Last year, I purchased a gorgeous peacock-colored prom dress made from a stunning velvet sequin material, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! The dress fits like a dream and the material is of the highest quality - you can really tell that the designers paid close attention to every detail. The peacock color looks absolutely stunning in person and the sequins add the perfect amount of sparkle. I received so many compliments on the dress and felt like an absolute queen all night. I highly recommend this dress to anyone who wants to look and feel their best on their special night!

I bought a dress for prom and it looks gorgeous. The issue was with the pad being too small. I didn't have enough time to get it fixed because it came 3 or 4 days before my prom. So, I got a new dress from a local store. When I contacted costumer service about a return, because it was standard size and seemed to meet return requirements. They asked me to send pictures, which I did. They have yet to answer me and it has been over 3 weeks since I have heard anything. I had contacted them a few days after getting the dress, so it was within the two week period for returns. I have sent two more messages since then, but still have not gotten a response. The dress was around $180 with shipping and The new dress I had to rush to get was closer to $400.

My daughter's prom dress surpassed all expectations! As a pear shaped plus sized person, it's hard to find a dress. The customization option provided made all the difference. The material was nice and thick and sturdy but still absolutely gorgeous and flowed beautifully.

Don't do it!
Keep looking! Delivery dates are not correct, ordered a month before the event and they could not update me on the shipping date, tried canceling. They will answer your emails. Finally got in contact with someone in their Instagram and said that I needed ti wait for it to arrive and then return. Yeah good luck with that! Submitted a ticket and they have yet to respond.
The dress is not even that nice! Trust me it's not worth the headache!

My daughter fell in love with this dress online and although I was hesitant ordering with her trying it on, we took her measurements and hoped for the best. It turned out to be a perfect fit and she received so many compliments on it! Looked way more expensive than what we paid!

My experience with Stacees was wonderful! The dress was exactly the color shown.We had them alter the dress and it was a perfect fit.Any questions were answered in a very timely manner and they were so nice and helpful.They now have a forever customer.Their workmanship and quality are excellent!
The ordering process was seamless and easy. The dress fit like a glove. The straps were a little loose but nothing a couple safety pins couldn't fix. I would order from Stacees again!

Ordered a dress for my daughters prom. Paid the extra for quicker shipping. It arrived in time frame provided and was triple bagged as well as inside out for shipping protection. That was impressive and couldn't wait to see the quality since it was our first order. Happy with the quality and only had to have dress taken in a little at the waist for a more tailored fit. My daughter is 5' 11" and the length was perfect for her with 2" heels. Extremely happy with the quality, service, and the dress! I'll be getting more dresses in the future as I have two daughters.

I was hesitant about ordering a prom dress online for my daughter especially since I had to custom order her size. It came in and it was absolutely beautiful and fit her perfectly. I would definitely recommend ordering from Stacees. The only thing the colour is not as dark as my daughter thought it would be(she ordered burgundy), that being said she still really love the dress.
