A great service, until you have a question. My many sheets of Netstamps are useless because something is wrong, but Stamps.com will not respond to my question about what is wrong. I have been a customer for 10 years, and I expect better than that!

I started using Stamps.com on a trial basis for my personal use about 5 years ago and I LOVE it! I recommend them to my friends and family all the time. Never have had a problem with it.

Ive been using Stamps.com for about ten years and havent had one problem. Id recommend them for anyone making frequent trips to post office, just to stand in line. Great for home and small companies.

While it beats going to the Post Office constantly for stamps, it is just average in website usablility. The folks at the Post Office didn't even how how to use it.

I'm on the lowest monthly plan and it limits your stamp printout, but with everyone using ACH payments it's the perfect plan of me! I haven't had a problem yet. I have been a user for over a year... very happy!

We have reduced our costs by hundreds of dollars. No more overlimit fees, late fees, expensive ink and big bulky machines that have to be plugged into every port you can imagine. Just a sheet of labels, a sleek little scale, and we can use the slick website to print our own postage. We love stamps.com

I like it a lot and it is very user friendly (unlike face book). I do think the monthly fees are a bit high for a nonbusiness user like I am. Other than that it would be perfect.

I love this tool online it makes it easy to print for our business at a discounted rate compared to buying them at the store. When you order the flat sheets that print the stamps on they come usually in one day fast and efficient. I really like there services.

I use this APP and the postage account nearly every day. I mail letters, packages and books using Media Mail.

What an excellent program. Stamps immediately when I need them. No lines at the Post Office. The moderate fee is well worth it, cor the convince alone.

Stamps.com is the best thing I have in the office, as we are not close to a post office. We do alot of mailing and it is just very convenient to get the stamps and print them off. It also saves time with packages as I can't always get to the post office to mail weighted packages..

I run a small business and do a lot of mailing. I never run out of postage thanks to Stamps.com. I don't have to spend time in those never-moving USPS lines. And Stamps.com technical support is great.

Stamps.com saves me the time for having to go to the post office. Plus it saves me money because I can weigh the envelope and it will give me the exact amount of postage required to send the mail... no guestimates.

When you make a mistake, it used to be - you could file a claim with the Postal folks and get your money back, but now with the current system you can not run off a claim form to do that - this sucks! No two ways about it - a better mousetrap maybe, but not if you make a mistake.

Monthly fee prohibitive for a regular user without a business. (But I can't resist it!)
One of these days I will drop my membership.

I have used Stamps in my business since 2001. I have never had an issue that wasn't taken care of in fast order. Infact, the few times I have called in, the service rep gave me new tips I wasnt aware of.

I do not have to go anywhere except in front of my computer to print the postage i need and they have all the necessary templates for posting and packaging.

Great simple service that saves me money and allows me to print my postage, including sase window envelopes for AP purposes. Also great for large envelopes and small parciles.

It's just simple and never any hassle.

Quality labels and simple software to use even when not computer savvy. Knowledgeable Customer Service is always there if I have a question. Also appreciate the savings in postage.
