After they did an up-date, lost ability to use Avery labels that were accessible prior to up-date..
Answer: Yes. SendPro is less expensive per month but you can only print on a printer purchased from them. Stamps.com is usable on a variety of ink jet, laser and thermal printers
Answer: Impossible I call their Customer Service line went through their answering system then put on hold, hung up after waiting 20 min. Sent a comment to the site email, got a response saying they would get back to me in a day or so.
Answer: Stamps.com might as well be called SPAMS.com Good luck trying to cancel the account. Their website directs you to follow the steps noted below in order to cancel, but the "close this account" option SIMPLY does NOT exist! It is not there! You email them and do not get anywhere. You call their phone number and they put you on hold for over 45 minutes! In the meantime, they are charging you! "In Stamps.com Online: Open the My Account drop down menu and select Manage Account. In Stamps.com Windows PC Software: Select the Account Tab. Select the Change/Cancel Plan Tab. Click close this account.
