My company ships a lot of media mail (music books). With the USPS, we have to take the packages to the local post office. They won't allow you to print media mail labels on their USPS website. However, with Stamps.com, we are able to print the labels and the postal carrier picks up the package and scans it on the spot. This saves us a lot of time and money constantly driving back and forth and standing in line! The other Stamps.com options are great. I recommended Stamps.com to everyone we know. We have added a photo below and blocked out the owner's address for privacy.
Their system is very buggy... it will work for a few months on one computer, then suddenly stops working... they'll advise to change to a different browser, or state they no longer support Apple computers (thanks for that, we don't all have PCs here at our office); often their website is down. Half the time they want us to update the downloaded program, the other half the time they want us to log on and only use it online. Their monthly fees are way too high for small businesses, and their staff is hard to reach (to put it politely). If you can find another service, DO SO!
I like Stamps a lot. I am not a business, but use Stamps for letters, gift packages, and shipping golf clubs. I love the ability to weigh packages and get the right postage, I love the discount on 1st class postage.
It is cool to just have packages picked up, or to just drop stuff off at the P. O. or our local mail store without waiting in line.
Stamps.com has been a life saver for me and my home business. I love the ease and simplicity of being able to print my own stamps, envelopes, etc. I only have had to go to the post office to mail them out. So wonderful for all my needs here at my home. Thank you so much!
The service is convenient, especially now that full service post offices are hard to find and/or inconveniently located. The monthly charge for using the service, though, does not really work unless you are a high-volume user.

I have become absolutely dependent on this wonderful service for legal filings and everything else. I don't use stamps.com every day or sometimes every week, but boy it works so reliably when I need it and then I go toss it in the mail or walk the package to the counter and leave it without getting in line.

Not having to stand in line at the post office is the main reason I love this program. The convenience of having my regular mailman pick up my packages when he/she delivers my mail is so easy.
And it's reasonable, keeps me informed of postage charge changes, etc.
I was very hesitant about using Stamps.com and now I am sorry I didn't start it up a lot sooner. I LOVE saving money for our company and Stamps.com makes me look like a hero, literally! I highly recommend it to anyone, especially small businesses.
Be careful! They charge a $17.99 MONTHLY fee when you open account. Whether you do business with them or not. For a company or person doing hundreds of dollars in postage a month it could be a good deal.
I have been using Stamps.com since the early 1990's. When my parents died in 97, I was able to send out a lot of Thank You notes without looking for stamps. When my daughter graduated from college, I was able to send invitations and Thank You notes without looking for stamps. It is so convenient. The best there is.
I love the discounts, promotions and add ones, but when I dont need it anymore I want to cancel my $15.99 a month plan. Its hard. The only way is to call and they will take their sweet time. My call was around 30-45 minutes waiting. Still love the discounts
I am a very earlier subscriber to Stamps and continue to use it. I print my own envelopes, sheets of stamps and priority mail labels. The only trips to the post office are to drop off my already stamped boxes when needed. No standing in line, etc. The printed envelopes are bar-coded and professional. It's worth the monthly fee to essentially have the post office at my home office.

I wonder why "Stamps Dot Com" does not have a reduced insurance rate after a given time period the way the Auto Insurance Industry does. It seems fair that if drivers that are "Safe Drivers" and are accident free for a period of time have a rate reduction? A good shipper that packages and labels items to the best of their ability should have similar reductions... I would think.
Each time I log into Stamps.com I have to reload the software program. Then it takes numerous attempts to get my scale to work with the program. I spend time on the phone with tech support and they did somethings that was supposed to fix the problem - it did not. That was several months ago. I called customer support a week or so go and waited on hold for a long time and finally had to hang up as a business call was coming in. If I didn't have dozens of stamp sheets to be used I would just go back to using regular stamps.
We have been using Stamps.com for about 3 years now and are very happy with it. I have had to call customer service a couple of times with questions and they are always so helpful and very knowledgeable. For a small business this has worked wonderfully. So glad we got the service.
Hands down, if you want the BEST you will want Stamps.com. Our small business saves money every time we use Stamps.com than any other services. They provide the best customer service, and outstanding Tech Support.
I have an online store and I'm able to post my packages at my store and get them on their way in a very short time. I do make errors occasionally and Stamps.com will give me a refund for a label I can't use.
With few exceptions, this is what you get with Stamps.com PRO. We have been using this system for over 24 years and have seen it grow from printing a stamp to much more over the years. We would highly recommend this service to anyone.

I love Stamps.com. It been so long since I started using it, I can't even remember how long ago. I use it for personal & a non-profit charity. Working 21 hours a day, I never had time to go to the PO for stamps and now I don't drive any longer. I mostly use for regular stamps or int'l postage - haven't done any of the complicated stuff. I use net stamps and a scale for weight. Saves me time & stress. Once in a while I misprint, but Stamps.com always refunds promptly & lets me know it's done. Seldom had to call CS, but when I did they helped immediately & were always courteous.
This is one of the best options ever offered. I love not having to go to the Post Office to being able to print my own stamps, weigh packages, create mailing labels, having packages picked up and other options ya'll offer.
Do your research before using. But, be sure to contact customer support. They had charged me around $300 for their free starter package. I dont know how free means charge me... Then for monthly charge, then a cancellation fee, and a fee for calling after business hours to talk to a supervisor. After demanding for a refund and suggesting that I may sue, I was quickly refunded 100% and my account was terminated. I called to confirm, and they had no record of my account ever being made and they had no idea who I was. I was however emailed transcripts of each phone call the following day. They are a tricky service and only good if you will need to buy postage several times per week. Customer service does their job of trying to keep you, but they are tricky when trying to cancel.
I know that regardless of the time of day, what the weather conditions, if I' in casual dress or whatever the situation I can prepare items for mailing with just a few clicks on my computer. If I need a stamp for a must mail item I know all I have to do is put the netstamp in the printer tray and I'm good to go. The ease of taking care of my postage is worth every penny to be a member of stamps.com.

I have no transportation & i am disabled. I do high levels of letters weekly, so getting them mailed was a big problem & so was having the right amount of stamps. This is so easy! I dont have to try to find transportation. I can print stamps anytime. I can print envelopes, labels, return address labels all from my own home. I can choose from dozens of beautiful stamps, or use plain ones, or even print one on each letter. I can weigh each mail piece, ensuring i have the correct amount of postage on it. The labels make my mail look so professional! Help is at my fingertips. The customer service personal are so nice & friendly. I just love this whole service!
