The quality and beauty of this watch is unsurpassed. I've received many compliments about it. People want to see it up close, they want to scrutinize it. Then, I tell them it's completely automatic- it requires no battery. Then, when asked about the manufacturer, I say "Stauer"; they start repeating "Stauer" as if memorizing it for future reference, for when they have time to check the company online.
The watches are pretty, however they don't work. I have two different styles, both were worn once each, then placed in a jewelry box. About three months later I checked them and both were not functioning. The digital part of the hybrid was working not the analog. The other is analog and was dead. Replacement of the batteries did not help. So if your looking for a good looking watch that will work for a short time this is the brand.

I could only use one promo code on an order. I used ENS195-01 for order price of $49 & received an email that shipping was $5 with promo code TECAB201 and that overrode the discount code. Is that correct... $5 s&h vs. $19.95? Same items...same shipping method...$15 difference. Doesn't compute.
I have ordered products for several years from Stauer. I have never had any problems with their products. I have had many complements with them as has my wife. I am awaiting an order now and my wife keeps checking the mail and says that she can hardly wait for it to arrive.
The quality of the products is terrible. More like dollar store quality. I ordered binoculars and they are not even adjustable to line up with my eyes. And the pocket knife was so cheaply made, that the knife wobbled within the casing. A return policy is great except that you have to wait three weeks for them to finally get around to issuing refund. And then, you are not reimbursed for any shipping incurred. Buyer beware! Spend a bit more elsewhere and buy something worth using!

I ordered a pendant, earrings and necklace set from these guys online early November. I received their package the day after thanksgiving and it was nothing that I ordered. I contacted their CS via email and they told me I could use the return tag to exchange or return. The exchange they said would take about 5 weeks or so, so not making it by Christmas. They said I could pay out of pocket for better return mail but still no guarantee it would get here by Christmas. Then they advised I also pay for insurance when I returned the wrong item. What a useless company this is. Avoid them at all cost.
The don't even read what one wrote. The answers are in automatic and if you call the customer service center, they try to feed you with lies, such as; your package hasn't been delivered because of a signature, when you are seeing the tracking and there hasn't been any movement in more than a week. If somebody lost it, make the refund, be reasonable and responsible. Even wish conducts their business in a more professional way. Never again
A gift was given to me of this beautiful necklace and earring set. First time wearing it, I notice stains on my top. Turned out the maroon jewelry colors were bleeding onto my white top. Appearance of quality was very deceiving. The gift giver was terribly embarrassed. Very pretty design, terrible quality!
The shopping / ordering experience was seamless. The product is everything your web site says and more. Haven't had a pair of sunglasses this good, clear vision wise, since my pilot sunglasses in the USAF. Really clear, crisp visual detail. Excellent!
This company should be ashamed of myself and so should I. I generally find something that I would purchase from the catalog, have a special code and then the price goes up and the code doesn't work. What a bunch of BS - and apparently other folks feel the same. I will now instantly throw out and take myself off the email list. My money can be spent elsewhere with a much more customer service oriented and more honest firm than these jokers!
