The shipping was slow but when I got the product I cannot day enough good about this shower head. I've only had it a week and I look forward to coming home and taking a shower in the evening if even to stand under it. The stone streams water pressure feels so good I don't know why I didn't buy this sooner. It only has 2 settings but in my opinion only needs the first one. The customer service experience was really good as well. When I contacted them it only took a few hrs to get a reply back, and they were always so kind and reassuring when my product didn't arrive in a quick manner because of the holiday season. Thank you! Stone stream I will recommend your product to anyone looking to upgrade there shower head in the future.

I had trouble installing the shower head myself and needed to get a friend to help me. It has increased the water pressure slightly but I do like the stop feature. I wish the hose was 6 feet long. Of course as soon as I bought mine the price came down by half. That really made me angry!

I bought 2, one for each bathroom. Both shower heads from the start shot water in every direction from the water holes. I contacted customer service, they tried to say it was from buildup. When I asked if they sent me used ones they were confused, I explained that was the only way it could have limestone buildup because it happened straight out of the box. They emailed for a couple weeks asking questions but not offering a solution. Then they requested a video be sent in. Then they offered to send new shower heads. As of now I still haven't seen any replacement heads or a refund. The 3 stars are only because the water pressure is decent and the features are as advertised. Overall, not impressed with the product or customer service. Would not purchase again.

This is now my 2nd shower head set up from them. They are nice, but not as nice as they make them out to be. The little holes that the water comes out of always seem to shoot out in various directions. It is rather irritating. I thought my original one was just in need of replacement because I've had it for awhile, so I upgraded to the two head unit and they both spray in multiple directions and of course one sprays straight up at my ceiling and another sprays right directly at my shower door, so when I open it, water goes straight out of my tub. The other billion holes are fine. This just seems like an issue that needs to be resolved.

Water pressure was nothing like advertised unless you're only using jet to shower, it was cold when it hit my skin, and sprayed out of the shower head holder when i hit the stop water button. I don't think i ever got my refund back either

Love the product but it's leaking, contacted customer service 2 months ago and I'm still waiting for a confirmation/resolution. Also I got the newer shower wand and it's pretty heavy for the current holder it sometimes falls off it you just tap the hose

This is the best shower head I've ever used in my life. I'm 74 yrs. Old and have been to many 5 star hotels. None of them came close to your shower head! It is very gentle, yet has a powerful spray. Where have you been?

This shower head is amazing. It literally has the best water pressure each time I shower. Using it for two months now and works like it did brand new. The vitamin c inserts leave me feeling refreshed and wakes up my skin. No more dry skin from hard water!

Super easy to install- it even came with plumbers tape! My skin and hair felt better after the first use, and let me delay the cost of having a water softener put in for the rest of the house. Hoping Stone Stream comes up with attachments for sinks next.

I bought the three-mode head and hose setup, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. It's rare that a product I buy online actually lives up to what it's hyped up to be these days. I love a decently firm water pressure, and most shower heads don't deliver unless you shell out an arm and a leg. This one makes me want to stand in the shower all day! And the water does seem to be softened by the beads; my hair is definitely liking it! I had a discount code, so my cost was about $50, and the company sent another code a couple of weeks later, so we got a setup for another of our bathrooms, too. We had guests stay last weekend, and they wanted to know where we got the shower head. Great job, StoneStream!

As a family of people who have eczema, severe skin allergies and skin sensitivity issues this shower head has been a lifesaver! We also added the water softener because the water where we live is hard. My hair color is lasting longer between services too.

I have always had dry skin. Boy, what difference this showerhead and filter combo have made. My skin feels smoother, I use less lotion. My hair color is no longer being stripped from my hair, so it stays brighter. I am extremely happy with this system! Thank you, Stone Stream!

We recently moved into a new home and replaced three shower heads. We ordered them and they came quicker than I expected! We had an issue with one of the connectors and we called the customer service line and they sent us another complete shower head. I replaced it and we are in great shape again! I have bought several shower heads in my lifetime, and believe me when I say, this is the best product we have found to date! You have a satisfied household and a customer for life!
