I installed a Stone Stream shower head and hose in the wife's walk-in tub. She loves how it makes her skin and hair feel. When it's time, I'll probably put one in my shower.
Firstly, I have to say that I install bathrooms professionally. Ads we're continually popping up stating increased water pressure, better flow rate, money saving. The list goes on. A customer of mine purchased one and asked my opinion. It certainly looks impressive at first glance with chrome, clear plastic and stones but it's very cheap looking on closer inspection. Wherever you see this, they all claim increased water flow whilst saving you money. Just think about this. If you have increased water flow it basically means you're using more water. Where's the saving. It also claims to increase water pressure. This is a joke. The pressure doesn't change unless you fit a pump. Another down side to this head is it actually lowered the water temperature at the head by a few degrees. Remember the saying, if it's too good to be true. It definitely applies here.
I thought I had a hot water problem but really I had a water pressure problem. Endless hot showers now because of Stone Stream. The water pressure is great! The softners allow me to use less shampoo and soap.
My family is enjoying the new showerheads very much! Customer service is quick and really on top of things. Even my skeptical husband said that he really likes the new showerhead, especially the Stop button. Thank you!
It's beginning to clog already after just having it a month. As time goes on, the water is coming out sharper and hurting our skin. It was great when we first got it. Now it's like needles.

This is the best shower head I have ever had the water pressure is unbelievable the water actually comes out soft, that's the only way I can explain it I never want to get out of my shower oh and it makes cleaning the shower a whole hell of a lot easier
Been using this for a few months, easy to install. Works great. A lot better than the Chinese internet special whose head blew off and leaked all the time

Very good water pressure. Does feel cheaply made but works and feels great! The stop button doesn't really work on ours, it's kind of hard to push but we never really plan on using that feature.
Tip for consumers:
look at reviews, saw some that couldn't return the product for a full refund! Price is high ( I THINK) for a showerhead && shipping took a longer than expected

I bought a shower head from them then received a email saying because of covid it may take longer than the 3 days they say ok not a problem then I got a email saying it had been delivered nothing ever was and i asked them to prove it was delivered and they couldn't dont get scammed
I checked all of the Internet until a friend told me about these guys. Now, I'm very happy with the purchase. Installing it was as simple as possible; has a pleasant pressure.
We replaced are shower head in our RV and love it wished we had found the stone stream shower head long time ago don't think anyone would be disappointed with this product.
This company is great when I had a problem with my order they mailed out the order no question asked and it's great for any disabled person that's it hard to shower like my self they help me and I'm great full for them and there products Thank You Very Much
My skin and hair are so much softer! My one and only suggestion would be to use metal instead of plastic on the buttons and head... I don't know how long it will hold up but so far so good.

I've struggle with my low water pressure shower for years; after purchasing the stonestream out of desperation I finally have real pressure! Highly recommend...,,,,
Water pressure is great. Stream is soft on your skin while being strong at the same time. Showerhead dock is a bit flimsy. Overall so glad I purchased!
The quality of the products is so cheap from the hose to connected to shower heads and holder and mineral balls yeah right little hard plastic balls bought extra Walter filter none would work in my 1940 shower they wouldn't cancel before they shipped it told me if I got it and didn't work they would refund but then made me send pics and video of it that I couldn't use it because my shower was too old and they said I could return it all for 20-30% of my money back
They work but do not continue to work on the rain soft setting. Replaced one under warranty but the second one I bought has already had the same problem.
Customer service was great to i ordered the wrong missing the attachments i thought i orders but got it all straighten out in an email now its up and all good!
The water pressure is amazing, the spray settings are awesome, my skin and hair have never felt better, and I do believe this is the best investment I've made in years!
Mine got lost in the mail, but StoneStream was quick to send another one. The showerhead itself is quite good, way better than the imitation ones (I had an imitation version). 5 stars.
It is an awesome one., I have been using this product for the last 8 years and will continue. The Best Shower I ever had and now I can't go without it.
