I really am satisfied with this shower head. The settings are great and powerful but soft on the skin! I have hard water in my area but I can't say that I do notice a difference on the water hardness level. I think the one flaw I would have to say is that it feels kind of cheap material like the silver parts. It's just plastic but can't complain bc it does amazing on what it needs to do and easy set up!

I have other brands that are similar that give off a bit more pressure. But this one has the water stopping feature as well as a rounded neck. Still good pressire... Its a bit more user friendly. Buy this with the hose and you'll be better off than anything you'll find in a hardware store. And when spray gets clogged it's easy to unscrew the face and clean out any sediment

Here. I like the sprayer a lot because of well and harder water makes hair and skin feel softer.

My old shower head is really no comparison to this product all though I would personally build this product with 5 settings as a standard the 1 I just got has 4 settings: Rain shower mode, and full mode, both together, and a shut off button.
One way to improve would be a Pulsating mode However that is my opinion only.
Other than that the product does everything as advertised.

This product along with a shower filter delivers amazingly soft water. Some of my skins issues are starting to disappear. My hair is softer and more manageable.
I do not see the increase in pressure that everyone seems to rave about. All in all I'm very happy with the product.

Shower is great and customer service is even better. Despite the delay in receiving my order, the company took full responsibility for it and their communication was great!

After having my new showerhead installed for about a week, the hose broke. I e-mailed the company about getting a replacement and they responded with either replacing it myself with a refund of the hose cost or having a new hose sent out to me. I ended up getting a replacement hose. Would have gave it 5 stars but I don't think that the hose should have broken after just a week.

I love the Stone Stream Showerhead! I had very bad water pressure and now it's a million times better! And not to mention the hard water smell I had in the shower is completely gone!

Love this shower head! I like the choice of 3 sprays & the fact I can turn it off completely by just pushing a button. The spray is hard but not so hard it hurts. I've used it for about a week & so far no "wispies" with any of the spray like I've had with similar shower heads. So far this is the best shower head I've used.

I made the mistake of not doing my homework, and bought from competitors. They lasted 6 months. Stone stream is the is the Bentley of this type of shower head. Excellent customer service no hassle prompt replies. You cannot go wrong.

The stonestream shower head is the best I've ever used hands down. It without a doubt added pressure to my shower and the water is so soft, you can clearly tell a difference. My wife and I have been using it for about a month now and can feel the difference from our last shower head. I will be ordering one for every member of my family!

I really like the pressure the shower head offers! However, it didn't screw on to my standard sized hose very well and doesn't pivot-so if I try to pull it down to spray something, it comes unscrewed easily.

I was really excited to get this product. The moment I got it, I hooked it up and wow did it fix my poor pressure issue. Love it!
