Stoneberry is by far the worse company to deal with from cheap stuff that either arrives broken or damaged and customer service will say your gonna get a credit but will never note it or play the we never offered you anything and they are quick to try to send you to collections
If you had a problem with them or all the other affiliates or corporate company be sure to file a complaint with the Better Business Bueau then copy to send to Attorney general and Federal Trade Commission who is working on a huge case agaist them
My mother told me today I wouldn't get my Christmas gift because Stoneberry sent her a letter today telling her the comforter I asked for and ordered a month ago, was discontinued. My elderly mother can't get out and do shopping anymore and she has been in and out of the hospital since August. She was really upset, and I DON'T LIKE IT WHEN PEOPLE make my mom upset for no damn good reason, especially when they don't know how to run a business. Don't order from these people
It said it was approved for a $150 then all of a sudden when I went to go put an order an order in I was denied and I had to put a $25 down payment The lady asked if I wanted To continue the order and run my credit I told her no and she said oops I accidentally hit the submit button and caused a ding to my credit report. Even though I told her not to submit the order and to cancel it But now I am disputing The hard inquiry That they put on my credit report
I was happy to get credit with Stoneberry to rebuild my credit. Everything went through okay and I ordered some items. When the first payment was due I was determined to be on time. Late one night Friday I went online to make the payment. There were two options-minimum payment and pay full balance. It too k a little time for me to make sure I clicked the correct circle which was for minimum payment because the payment would not go through the first time so I put ithrough again. This time it went through but I was concerned and checked my account. Much to my shock the whole balance was taken from my account which was $436 not the minimum 28.99 that I asked to pay. I panicked and called Stoneberry customer service to try to get the payment reversed. I got nowhere. I was given the run around so badly. I even called my bank who referred me back to Stoneberry. I tried everything I could to stop that payment from going through. I have recently emailed Stoneberry about the situation. They were supposed to get back to me in 24 hours. I am still waiting as is way past that time. Now I have to file a dispute. I am so disappointed. This money being taken from me messed up a lot of things. Plus I wanted to make payments to help my credit.
Don't order from Stoneberry company they do not do free retruns for there customers.

After finishing paying off on a Casio G-Shock watch through Fingerhut.com, I started looking for my next purchase, which I wanted to get a PS4 system. Well, after finding Stoneberry (I was aware of the bad reviews), I went forward for their site to tell me that I needed to place a down-payment of 1/3rd of the $499.99 price.
Huh? Wha-what?
For that? I don't need a PS4 that badly and I can just wait. I wanted a game system that I could get my mind off of things. So much for givinig people with bad credit a chance to "buy now, pay later". Apparently, Stoneberry doesn't know or is too dumb to know the meaning behind that statement. "Buy now, pay later" doesn't mean, pay us now and we ship it to you later.
Save yourself the trouble, avoid Stoneberry at all costs Not worth the hassle. I'd rate them lower than one star, but, that's all it offers. For those who comment about this, I just paid off a $160 G-Shock watch at Fingerhut in four months, earlier than the eight months plan they have on the watch.
Stoneberry is a joke of a company. I have had nothing but issues with them. The first issue was when I ordered an above ground pool from them in February. The website said the item was in stock and would ship by the beginning of April. That was fine by me. However the available shipping date kept changing until finally it was changed to July 15th! I promptly cancelled that order, as I refuse to: 1) wait for 5 months for something to ship that I'd supposed to be in stock and ready to go, and 2) wait until the middle of summer for a pool! Then, I was stupid and decided ay the beginning of April to make a second purchase on Stoneberry, this time for two pairs of running shoes. One pair shipped April 13th, and the other pair two weeks later. And guess what? I STILL don't have either pair! Fed ex hasn't moved the first pair since April 23rd (today is May 11th) and after repeated attempts to reach out to Stoneberry to help, they refuse to do anything. Giving excuse after excuse of why they can't do anything. I opted for the payment plan (these shoes were not cheap), but I absolutely refuse to pay for these shoes until they are physically in my possession. I will NEVER purchase anything through Stoneberry ever again. They also charge way too much for shipping for this to be an issue! Stoneberry sucks!
I made a order on stoneberry website; it said I wouldn't need a down payment when I checked the order status a few days later it said a down payment would be needed. Very Misleading
I would give this company a ZERO rating if that were available. Bad business and inferior quality and the products are not as they appear.
After over 3 thousand views of this review, Thank You Fellow SiteJabbers!, and several weeks and several telephone calls to Massys, I found the tracking number and called another agent, and was told, "I don't need a tracking number, they got the item back" months ago, and what do I want? So the same item in a smaller size. They send it to me, finally, and a bill for it too, it's $5.00 more and a check to me in the amount of $39.99 representing the refund for the return, which I lost $5.00, (price increase) $8.00 (restocking fee). That's not counting the $8.00 it cost me to ship it there. All in all, 8 weeks of aggravation, looking for a tracking number, being upset about this, being screamed at and lied to by various telephone agents about calling for a return without a tracking number, CAVEAT EMPTOR, LET THE BUYER BEWARE, with so many fabulous options out there, people that want to treat you well to take your money, at least go that way, Even though their merchandise is unique and I liked it enough to tolerate this madness.
They claim they did not receive my return I mailed certified via U.S. P.S., because i can't find my tracking number, they are liars! I have the reference number for the receipt I paid with a credit card so if possible I will track it down to prove this. How terrible to trust to purchase and return and pay. A TERRIBLE SHAME! You are warned!
