I have been ordering from Stoneberry for about 5 years thinking that they were reporting my prompt payments to the credit bureau I needed help raising my credit come to find out it has never been reported to the credit bureau so ordering from them was a waste of my time.
I purchased a smart watch for Christmas once received I decided i wanted a different band. Upon calling CS I was told "what did I expect them to memorize everything about each product." I responded with no as a long term customer I was looking for assistance and if the CSR couldn't help me maybe I could transferred to someone who could. I was spoken to harshly rudely by Al. I then asked to be transferred to a supervisor which was kind and attempted to assist but was no help unfortunately. I received call today from Supervisor to notify me she found more information but none that was beneficial. I was requesting the millimeter of band. Which no one had nor did it state anywhere on the paperwork or on the manufactures site. I even attempted to google search for hours to gather information. No luck. I adamantly refuse to be a loyal customer any longer. I will take my money elsewhere as I DO NOT DESERVE TO BE TREATED POORLY! After 10+ years they lost me as a customer.
Bought a $70 indoor fountain. Complete junk, has a huge Black power cord that comes off the side so you cannot hide it. Looks awful. Makes a lot of noise. Real waste of money. Stoneberry tries to pass itself off as having such top quality merchandise but it's just China junk.
If I could give no stars I would.I ordered a christmas tree from them.It came in 3 pieces.the top part of tree where you put the metal into the hole was defective( broken off). I called customer service and was told can't help me as I need to speak to a supervisor and no supervisor works on weekends.I then try to get an online chat rep and the chatbot says same thing no one available and for me to call back on Monday.Totally poor service.Its Saturday and I am in the middle of decorating my home and now have to go buy another tree else where so I can finish.DO NOT BUY from this company.They sell overpriced defective products.Should have read their reviews before I ordered
Stoneberry catalog has horrible customer service! When you call it always says high call volume! You will wait on hold for over 30 minutes and get transferred multiple times! The second problem, they say you are pre approved and then they ask for the complete payment upfront. I have already had credit with this catalog company in the past, paid on time and paid my balance paid off! I do not have bad credit! I should not have to pay the full balance up front! What a scam! Good riddance! Because the their merchandise is WAY OVERPRICED and NOT GOOD quality!
I received an order late and no longer needed the item. Went to return it and Stoneberry does not pay for returns nor do that credit your account. That is totally the opposite of any of their competitors. I won't shop from them again.
Stone Berry has stupid person own there staff.I tried to pay my girlfriend bill.they said I got to get permission.she is very stupid.you paying bill.not ordering nothing.I like to pay Karens bill.the stupid woman said they have to get permission from karen to pay her bill.I am not ordering anything from them.I am paying her bill.she had a stroke.
This company has no empathy if you loose your job, they will give you the run around and never assist you with any credit protection services. They will make excuses after excuse and tell you that their credit protection program is either not available in your state or too new and they basically don't know how to use it.
If you don't want to screw up your credit, stay away from them.
I bought a watch that said it would be compatible for an iPhone and it is not. Now after having to pay for shipping to me I have to pay for shipping again. This will be almost the whole cost of the watch. This was a gift for my 9 yr old daughter. This is very disappointing and when the credit is credited back we will have our email removed from them and never order again
I purchased a massager last year. I need this for a circulation problem. I had to contact there customer service after it broke. They told me that it was past the return date. This was true and my fault.I decided to buy another because I really need it. When making the purchase I kept in mind their return policy. I received this in October 23 and again it just broke in December 23. When I contacted their customer service they spoke to me like I was crazy. They told me this was past there return policy date. They have a habit of putting you on hold to check with a supervisor. They told me they would give me a $40.00credit on the $140.00 I owe. This for a broke product. Hell will freeze over before I pay this or ever buy again. I'm a real person in Dallas,Tx. Geri
