Love everything! Where can you get a fully functioning custom web store for $5.00 a month. And a marketplace to boot! Its the best option of me especially no listing fees cant wait til the launch mobile!
Ordered an item over 4 months ago and cannot get a response from the store owner. Storenvy provides no recourse whatsoever for getting your money back or resolving the issue. They only tell you to contact the store owner. No accountability at all when it's on their platform and they make it virtually impossible to contact them (Storenvy) directly.
Bought liquid glass coating from Dizelo store and recieved it quite fast. Very good pricing and product works excatlly as described!
This was my third order with this store and it was PERFECT! I will be using this site again. Thank you.

Storenvy uses high quality gildan t-shirts. Fit properly and are heavy duty. I will use his site again.
Ordered this dress a few weeks ago in time for my wedding this coming November. Previously emailed the company to ensure the dress was the same color as in the image, which is clearly a tan/beige color. They confirmed it was the same as the image on their website so I asked all of my bridesmaids to order the $110 dress. We did not do custom sizes. My sister ordered a standard size (8). The dresses came in last week and the bust was exceedingly disproportionally larger than expected. The waist and hips fit accordingly. All of my bridesmaids had the same issue with the bust being too large. As we did NOT order custom sizes I understood this was not an issue and I would accept the various size discrepancy. However, the biggest issue we had was the coloring. The color of the dresses were solid WHITE. Literarily any other color could have been better as only the BRIDE CAN WEAR WHITE on her wedding day. I followed up with the company and requested a refund and how to return the dress as we were not able to use them because of their mistake in color. They responded by saying how the dresses were custom orders, which they were not, and they could not be refunded. I took a screenshot of their return policy which specifically states that if there is a mistake in color or size a refund for their mistake can be done. However they continued to claim the dress was "ivory" which is not what the picture shows nor is it the color of the dress. I even put the bridesmaid dresses up to my wedding dress and they are even whiter than my dress! To make things worse the dresses are a different fabric than in the picture. My other bridesmaid told me she had the same issue so she also emailed them to return the dress. They claimed she too had a custom size (2) and the dress was "perfect." Not only was the color off but they also gave her the wrong size, she ordered a standard size (10) and refuse to refund her. I do not recommend going through this company at all!

Hello I have been selling on line for almost a year at a will known place I'll just call it.
Greenway. And the hoops that this site greenway Dose to there sellers.
Its not fair but this is about storenvy.com So This is what i know i have had a store
On there for about 3 months but have not opened yet I'm just scared that. That they don't
Get the traffic that greenway dose. Not there fault greenway just grease a better palm.
I started selling on line the at same time i was trying to learn the basics of computing,
I just happened to be surfing the web to find other places like greenway.com
And it was a free store and i could bring my.com with me plus it offered a store front
That you could design anyway you want and it wasn't like pulling teeth try to find out
The format. Even though it has so much that you can do. But they make it fun and for the
Most part the wording is understandable for someone such as myself. I'm a single mother of two who lives in los Angele's Ca. I'm trying to make a honest living selling new
And slightly used high end at fair prices. Don't have enough hours in a day to learn someone else drown out format that changes like the wind blows I know to keys to sales quality, affordability And not lest repeat costumers. So to tie this up.
I really like the ideals that storenvy.com has offered to me and hope that they will
Stay true to there sellers and have a protection policy that's fairly dose its job not one that's one sided (there side) I hope they
Can see that some of seller can't afford these new buyer policy that let someone
Keep our items use them tear them up and are able to return it six months later hassle
Free no questions asked.we can't do nothing about it. That's not why i bust my hump working and staying up all hours learning this craft. I just want a place were i can make some extra money so maybe I can pay all my light bill or take my kids out for pizza.
And sale my stuff and have happy repeat buyer's.
And i think i found it with storenvy.com not somewhere that finds away to hit you with fees so at the end I make nothing then in six month the item returned and guess what
Or who paying for it? I like storenvy.com I'm going to see if we fit,
THANK YOU 13too5.
I have been buying and selling on SE for almost a year, I love the ease of shopping and simplicity of selling.
They do not write back
They do not respond to your emails
Have you in limbo
Take your money and do not send your product
You have to put in work to make it work. Most of my products are custom products. It is a nice free webpage www.ohiofitnessgarage.com
I am currently and have been a seller on Storenvy since May 2014. When started I LOVED it, (and I still do) But I will say after the January 2015 changes I did highly considered finding a new platform. (I'm glad I didn't)
The fees- I do not have a problem with the 10% marketplace if they bring me a sale, but I found on a handful of occasions that Storenvy did take 10% out of my sales from people I actually knew and I know clicked on a personal link I provided, that is why I have taken myself out of the marketplace. All sales that I drive myself with my marketing are FEE FREE (other than PayPal fees) and that is seriously amazing! I get a cusomizable, peofesional looking website, literally for free.
The support- i do with there was a phone call number rather than only email (Storenvy is always improving and I hope that's coming soon) because once you write an email, it takes a couple days for them to reply, then you reply back and it takes another couple days to reply. (Which is reasonable; people are busy, but it is inconvenient)
Glitches - literally they happen, on ALL website / store platforms. I have now accepted that. Yes, it is very inconvenient and sucks when I do not have an answer for a customer with a checkout problem. But glitches pass and your customers will understand.
If you are a small business looking for a great platform, I would so recommend Storenvy! I also recommend doing your own marketing (Social media, locally, purchasing blog ad space ((like on passion fruit ads)) and if you have a great product, great customer service and a little extra cash to get your name out there- then you will thrive!) also, I recommend getting the extra on Storenvy like the Domain name and extra discount codes!
Anyways, hope this helped you from a Storenvy sellers perspective.
"""""It Saddens me ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ to see this Entire site gettting slammed with Bad reviews
Because of individual sellers!"""" Please read all to Understand
I have a shop on this site I also have a shop on Etsy
As well as Artfire which I closed Down after 7 years, Artfire is the MOST unreliable shop I have dealt with as a selller...
I have FIVE star reviews in all of my shops, Five star for customer service, quality hand created designs, fast shipping and ZERO Problems...
My Customers LOVE ME,
But people on here are Slamming the site for the fault of individual shops.
I as a seller purchased pearl beads from a shop on Etsy and the Experience was HORRIBLE, the product unusable and I would Never buy from them again, BUTTTT
It is Not Etsy that is Horrible but the shop I purchased from...
I like this site Store Envy, Better than Esty, as it tries to help sellers, the site is FREE to Open and list items, commission on sales is reasonable, unlike Etsy that charges for every single listing, relisting, and sales... which cost me about $60 - $100 and month $40 a month RELISTING FEES even if I don't sell ANYTHING!
So visit me and I Guarantee you will love my items and give a 5 star Review to
StoreEnvy even though it is My shop you LOVE:)

Is Wonderful for sellers, and those who purchase from reliable sellers
Tip for consumers:
Every site had Great and Bad sellers weather it be Etsy, Artfire, Custommade, StorEnvy etc. It is NOT the fault of the site
if individual shops are bad, just stick with the GOOD Ones
like Mine :)
Good product fit really nice. I will be using this site again. Thank you for the good service...
Very happy with my purchase, and I will be looking buy via StoreEnvy again. Thank you very much...
I purchased from this site $50 and never received my product they did nothing I lost money I advise all to STAY AWAY!
I just deleted my storevny shop. I closed it exactly 6 months ago and had to wait 6 ridiculous months (their requirement) from the last sale to delete it.
I opened my shop in 2013 / 2014 as an opportunity to generate sales aside from my website.
I was never crazy about the word "envy" in their name cause that is not an "enlightened" word, however I decided to give it a go.
Storenvy started out being completely commission free. In time, they needed to generate income (rightly so) and came up with a way to do so. It was called "The Marketplace."
The Marketplace was supposedly designed to provide additional exposure to the storenvy shops. If customers went to your shop by going to storenvy.com rather than directly to your store, it was considered a "marketplace" sale. All sales that were generated through the marketplace were subject to a 10% commission.
From the start of their initiating the marketplace, they claimed that you always had an option of whether to continue to promote your own store (and not pay a commission) or supposedly increase your exposure and pay the 10% commission.
Since I had my own website and respectable following on my FB business page, I opted not to go with their "Marketplace." Storenvy was already getting tremendous exposure from me because I was promoting it on my website and on my FB page.
A short time after I opted to turn off the "marketplace" option, my weekly sales went from (between 3 - 8 items) to basically nothing.
Several repeat customers had shared with me that they went "directly" to my store only to NOT be able to purchase anything. A few of them were required to completely fill out a brand new buyer "application."
After a couple of months of being hounded by Storenvy "pop ups" and e-mails to "open the marketplace" option, I decided to do so.
Here and there, a few orders came in, however it was nothing like what I had been getting. And... the majority of these purchases were shown as coming from the marketplace. I know for a fact that the majority of these customers went DIRECTLY to my store using the link I advertised on my website and FB page.
You know the expression. You can't beat someone at their own game? Well, that is true.
If storenvy had charged a flat 3% (across the board), my shop would still be there.
They appear to offer sellers an option to join their "marketplace" and if they don't... Oh well.
AWESOME STORE ON STORENVY. I ORDERED A PAIR OF GLASSES AND A DRESS. SHIPPING WAS FAST AND QUALITY WAS AMAZING. WILL DEFINITELY SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN.
After a few years of selling on Etsy, Storenvy is a Breath of Fresh Air!
It is a wonderful venue, with a caring and responsive Admin, who actually help when you need them... an Amazing platform that is very user friendly and aside from the minor technical glitches that come with any venue, their system is pretty seamless.
Sales and purchases are easy, with a smooth interface to Paypal... They generate invoices and packing slips for the seller/buyer... and provide easy shipping notification where you can personalize your message to the buyer, as well as add in tracking info. And they offer all of this, without taking away the sellers control over their shops or shop policies...
Honestly, our shop set up, sales, and purchases have been FAR easier on Storenvy.
While we have been there, we have seen fairly consistent changes. Their tech team and Admin have been working steadily on adding new features which actually make things Easier for the sellers & buyers. They Listen to us, and work With us...
Customers can create a profile, or check out as a guest, which is very nice. They can also buy from multiple shops within Storenvy, and only need to check out once. And it all goes smoothly.
I understand that with every venue there will be some shops that are not the best, and things will happen, as the neg comments here show. But keeping in mind that these comments are about individual shops, and not the venue itself... I would say I am sorry that these people had a bad experience, however, there are 30,000+ individual shops. Most of which are wonderful, with professional and caring owners.
Some things I would suggest to all buyers, regardless of where you shop... Etsy, Storenvy etc...
*Know what you are buying
If the photos and description are not clear, chances are, you may not receive what you imagined the item would be.
*Understand the agreement you make when purchasing from individual shops
Check that the shop is legit. Do they have their FAQ filled out? Do you agree with their Shop Policies? Because each individual shop Will have their own policies, for returns... refunds... shipping... etc... Storenvy does not set these, the shop owners do.
These things are important, no matter which venue you choose to frequent, or buy through.
Myaself, I have had wonderful experiences on Storenvy, and aside from the friends made on Etsy... I won't be looking back!
I have opened my store almost a year now and i am totally satisfied!
I thought I was ordering a nice charcoal gray top for my daughter for Christmas via Megafashion. Turns out it was outsourced through Storevny to a Chinese company who puts Chinese characters for the name of their company, so I don't know who I have been dealing with. The e-mail contact has been *******@gmail.com. They respond quickly and are courteous, but not willing to take care of my problem. I ordered the top on Dec. 16. In Ferbruary I told them after many, many e-mails, that I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund if it didn't arrive by the end of the week. Amazingly, the package came a couple of days later. Funny, the tracking showed that the package was still in China. When I opened the package, there was an incredibly cheap t-shirt top nothing like what I ordered. They changed the item number on the confirmation they sent in December and I didn't realize it. So, when they sent me the cheap T-shirt, they kept saying they just ship what is on the order confirmation. At one point, they offered to send me half of what I paid to settle. They also wanted me to send the return to this address:
"Thank you for your message! If you want to return your order, please via USPS(or POST) shipping the item to our supplier. Please write or print your order information with a note and put it in the package. Tell us you want a refund or replacement, and provide the photo of the Post's receipt (or Customs Form #) to us.
Our supplier address:
Yang Haoming
No. 2, Tang Keng Road Shiyan Town,
Shenzhen, Guangdong *******
China
**************"
So they wanted me to pay for shipping and customs fees to return a package they shipped incorrectly. I really doubt that I would have received any kind of refund.
I am completely dissatisfied with this clearing house and would never even consider ordering from them again.
Product received looks nothing like the original post. Also, received something that did look like the original post but smelled like A DAMN ASHTRAY!
Love it, works real good... I will be using this site again. Thank you very much Storenvy!...
