Love everything! Where can you get a fully functioning custom web store for $5.00 a month. And a marketplace to boot! Its the best option of me especially no listing fees cant wait til the launch mobile!
Ordered an item over 4 months ago and cannot get a response from the store owner. Storenvy provides no recourse whatsoever for getting your money back or resolving the issue. They only tell you to contact the store owner. No accountability at all when it's on their platform and they make it virtually impossible to contact them (Storenvy) directly.
Its an awesome platform for online sellers. I know more than 50 sellers on this platform & they all love it. The community is super helpful and really comes together to help each other. If you sell online, you should definitely try Storenvy.

I just reserved space for a store on Storenvy but have not listed items as yet. But I visited several stores and liked what I saw. That is why I signed up. Subsequently I received emails, resources, and guides to help me. It appears to have a very helpful and responsive Administrative staff. One can't ask for more than that when selecting a venue. I look forward to selling there and getting to know the wonderful artists who are there already. Check them out.
This review is about Storenvy as a platform for building your own shop, NOT about how good or bad individual shops are that utilize it. What I love most about it is that I was able to build my own storefront to represent my brand with very little technical knowledge. I get to have my personalized shopfront at a very low cost. The site is still growing and more and more futures are being added. There is always going to be somebody who's not going to like the changes, but they are necessary if we want Storenvy to grow bigger and continue to provide us with awesome tools.
I've been selling on Storenvy for a little over a year now and I love it! My shop gets so much more traffic than I ever did in 3 years on Etsy. Anytime I have an issue, I get a fast response from the help team, plus they are available on social media which is great! I appreciate that I can customize my store to fit my brand.
I highly recommend Storenvy for both buying and selling.
It's like EBay, it depends who you buy from!
You're best bet is to look at reviews from the actual store seller.
And I can't believe you have to pay a fee to Storenvy for some Customer Service bull$#*!! That's ridiculous! It's a small fee but it doesn't matter! What other site does that?
I've used Storenvy for a long time now and I've realized that your experience will vary depending on the shop feedback. I've honestly never had a problem with any sellers on the site.
Much like EBay, Amazon and other sites, its run by different people. Thankfully I've had 0 problems, however, always check the individual's shop feedback first before you buy.
I have been using Storenvy for over 4 years and totally love this site. Every person I have every purchased from via Storenvy.com has been prompt with filling orders and the items are always incredible! I love how hands on the Storenvy staff is and would never consider selling elsewhere, and it is always the first place I go to shop for pretty much everything - gifts, clothing, toys, accessories, home wares, art... :) Highly recommend it!
So disheartened to see so many bad ratings for Storenvy on this site. If you're reading this, keep in mind that a lot of times only people who had a bad experience with something would take their time and jeopardize it. These bad ratings don't justify the majority of customers' experiences on Storenvy (and I am speaking from personal experience!).
I've been a store owner for a year now and have done purchases myself. Love that setting up items in my shop are free. They do charge $2 or 10% commission if customers order through the market place but if you don't want that, you can always turn it off and use the custom storefront which means its completely free to run a store, besides the $0.30+ 2.8% that PayPal and Stripe charge for transactions. I don't make many sales of the marketplace but I don't mind. We all know in order to make sales in a business, you must advertise so I dont expect to make money off just having a store set up.
I always reply to my customers asap as other owners reply to me asap when I have a question. I cannot think of a better website for my little shop than storenvy
"Kitchen Market will take your money and never ship your items. "Customer service" responds with lies and excuses and false promises. I do not believe this is a real business but rather a scam operation.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use this site. It is a scam.

Storenvy has allowed me to create my own online shop, designed by me, for my handcrafted goods. Unlike many other ecommerce sites, storenvy allows you to customize your storefront. An added plus is that when opening a custom store, you are not subjected to numerous fees like you are on other sites. If you are looking for a place to direct your customers to, a beautifully laid out store front, easy to navigate pages, and seamless checkout, I would test out Storenvy.
I ordered a shirt to give to my mother for mother's day.
When it arrived, not only was it over a week after, but it was also the incorrect size. (Seller would not answer my email requesting a size change).
Storenvy refuses to take responsibility for the sellers on their site. I am never ordering from there again.
Sticking with Teepublic and Redbubble.

Had a bad experience with this site. Not sure if they manage the stores or just allow anyone to have a store. Bought hair from a store named popular hair at store envy. Never received my product, So my suggestion is to be careful when your buying from these pop up shops and especially from popular hair.
I love storenvy, I have found and envied such a huge collection.
I love finding wonderful handmade items from designers all over the world.
There is such a huge variety of products, you can find some real treasures.
I will always support small business, and on storenvy there is so many great ones out there.
I don't even need to get dressed to go out and find something unique that perfectly represents my style... I can find it all on storenvy <3
Keep in mind its just like etsy.com but way cooler. While you have the typical scammers out there be the one who is in charge of their order.
If you are unhappy with the product or never receive it contact the company you purchased it from, not the storenvy support team.
If you don't hear back from the shop you purchased from contact your cc company or paypal and file a dispute.
Bad shops are all over. So do yourself a favor and read their FAQ's or their reviews.
Be a smart shopper.
Storenvy is a great platform for small business owners. It's easy to use and is free! You can also opt into their marketplace for a small fee which helps drive traffic and sales. I started using Storenvy instead of Etsy and will never go back.
Anne one of the "owners" is an absolute unhinged nut bag. I wrote an email stating the company has sold me many lies about my product, saying its on its way... and said I notified my credit card company and she sends you a series of 3-4 insane unhinged emails flying off the handle at you and trying to blame all of this on covid. What was their excuse prior to covid? Because the bad reviews exist way back before covid as well. She will call you names and tell you to contact their lawyers with your "threats." I never made any threats? I just wanted to know what in gods name happened to something I ordered almost 3 months ago. DO NOT purchase anything from Store Envy / Ocean Retail. They will gladly take your money. Never send the product then call you names and yell at your like you're a five year old.
In spite of being hampered by California fires that nearly destroyed this business, my order arrived quickly. I had personal updates from the owner and the discs are a perfect fit for my Marcato cookie press. Can't wait to surprise everyone with Halloween cookies
I've been selling online for almost a decade now, and Storenvy is one of the easiest places to put up listings that I've found yet. The site is attractive, easy to navigate, and their customer and seller support has been fantastic. I'm so pleased that I gave them a shot because it's been a wonderful experience!
Never received my order, supposedly filled by Moooh. Moooh is clearly a sham company. At the very least, Storenvy should vet the businesses they work with. Instead, they assume no responsibility but are happy to steal your money. Complete hacks!
I have shopped with Storenvy for years and bought tons of goods from various Artists and Independent Companies. Its always a positive experience when the good arrive whenever they arrive. People place too much emphasis on fast shipping, and not enough on quality of goods. Just because that fast food place give you fast crappy food, doesnt make the food any better. You can buy any kind of crap on Amazon and get it fast but it will never compare to getting goods form individual independent shop owners who send you something truly cool and unique.
Also Storenvy allows you to take part in a community of thousands of other shoppers and build a list of 'Envy's which are products you like. You can visit other shoppers 'Envy Lists' and see what they have found. Its a social community build around finding treasures!
Storenvy rocks!
Spend at your own risk. You're $#*! will never come and they'll make you go through your bank to cancel payment. Which means cancelling your bank card. Only use paypal--- but really don't even do that. It's trash poorly upkept and their customer support is just a guy who sends out heartfelt emails that do jack $#*!. $#*! STORE ENVY, $#*! it in it's stupid $#*!
Disgusting. Ordered an item from a seller called Tokyodolls September last year... still have yet to receive it. Contacted Storenvy on multiple occasions and the seller via email and Facebook, no response. I am fed up and will be referring the matter to Trading Standards. Storenvy told me I could only get a refund 45 days after purchase with Paypal and by contacting the seller- many business say it takes over a month for them to even deliver. Stay away from this horrible site, clearly it is a hub for scammers.
I was looking for good quality virgin hair and came across this site from their Facebook page. www.facebook.com/thatflygirl. At first I was a little nervous about ordering online, but they had great customer service. I ordered my products and received them within 4 days. I ordered the virgin Brazilian body wave grade 6a. There was very little shed, and no smell. The hair bounces back to new after every co wash. Would recommend this seller.
