Love everything! Where can you get a fully functioning custom web store for $5.00 a month. And a marketplace to boot! Its the best option of me especially no listing fees cant wait til the launch mobile!
Ordered an item over 4 months ago and cannot get a response from the store owner. Storenvy provides no recourse whatsoever for getting your money back or resolving the issue. They only tell you to contact the store owner. No accountability at all when it's on their platform and they make it virtually impossible to contact them (Storenvy) directly.
Forget about having a shop on here. They are constantly having issues with their servers and their options. Don't bother paying extra for sale codes because you should just leave a message on the site to leave a code in the comment box. No one trusts storenvy so you can have thousands of views but only 1 sale every 3 months if you are lucky. The majority of my sales ended up being kids stealing their parents credit cards and then the parents claiming unverified payment. Which paypal instantly just gives them their money back and so you lose twice. Also you have to pay paypal refund transfer fees each time you spot a payment that is uncertified or unconfirmed. The owners try to respond, but they are very generic with their responses. Some what expected. Some of the other store owners act like they are so awesome in the facebook forums. Instead of having empathy for your issues they will tear you a new one. So expect that if you have any issues. It is like fanboys and fangirls.
I use Storenvy as both a seller and a buyer, and so far, I have nothing but positive experiences with the site. It's easy to use, customer service is normally very prompt and the custom stores are so awesome!
There is no support, the products are only knockoff from chinese company and they claimed they were madein USA? And they always disabled your store without any notificiation nor reply, even you tried to reach them. Stay away from Storenvy
I am a store owner at storenvy, at first when I made an account it was very lovely. Super easy to make sells, I got very good feedback from customers. When a customer would purchase an item I'd get the payment through PayPal. But now they are forcing me to switch to stripe which I do not feel comfortable doing. I got an early notification around December 2014, and was told that if I didn't create a stripe account my store would be closed and I wouldn't be able to make sells. But then just this past week I noticed that someone had made a purchase and I didn't get any notification! Turns out the payment was sent to stripe and NOT my paypal, and since I don't have a stripe account I can't take out the money! I have emailed storenvy staff several times and have not gotten a response. I do not trust stripe because it asks for very personal information like (social security, bank account, taxes ID. Etc). This site has let me down. Very very disappointed. I have yet to wait for a response..
I really advise all of you to not even think to buy anything from this website. I had the worst experience I"ve had purchasing. I purchased bridesmaid dresses from them and asked specifically to have the dresses in Burgundy color they end up sending Red dresses, i would not tell you guys the quality of the dresses since its sooooo sheap. The worst part is in their policy they are saying they refund for any mismatch colors and here is the big shock is they are not refunding me my money. If you guys ever got refunded since you paid through PayPal please advise. I will do my best to let everyone know to not order from them at all.

I have tried storenvy multiple times and havent got any sells and im doing great on depop all my prices are under $20. Its so hard to get noticed on storenvy and so much harder when you get no sells to show others you are a great store
Ok so, I just read all the negative reviews and its seems like everyone is getting poor quality and no refunds from any store on this site and I have to agree. I ordered from 2 stores Cutiekill and yourfashionsandcute. Yeah I probably should've got some instinct that it was going to be dodgy from that second name... So I compared my clothes to the pictures and you guessed it, It's $#*! quality. Not as good as the pictures makes them out to be. Do not waste your time guys, there are plenty of other good websites to shop from.
At first I was skeptical about this website. I was already considering asking for a refund because of the bad reviews. I purchased an ebook on 09/02/2017 around 9:00 pm. When I woke up the next day I checked my email around 8:30 am. I had received an email with the book. The service was extreamely fast. Originally the book I purchased is 75-90 dollars but thanks to this website I got it just for $7.58.
I don't use this as much as etsy but I still use it a lot. I love the service. The only problem I have is when I'm doing the checkout, it calculates everything together, vein though the items are from different shops, so I need to remove items to make different purchases.
I have ordered a set of pumps from " Style Effects" I have sent three emails to the owner and have not gotten a reply. It's supposed to be shipping from California to Rhode Island and after a month when I check the status of the order it says it hasn't even been shipped yet. I need it to get fitted for my prom dress so I asked if I could know how tall the heels were and it was fine it was taking so long. I'm writing my fourth email today and I probably won't get a reply I will be buying a new pair of high heels at the mall this weekend because I highly doubt I'll ever get these shoes. Don't waste your time and money. Do NOT order from this site
I purchased a dress from The Vintage Crown for my daughter more than 40 days ago. Around day 20, allowing for processing and shipping, I started contacting the store for updates. I was given numerous excuses, after many emails, as to why I had not received my order, but never shipping details. Today in my frustration, I stated I guess it was time to contact the bank for fraud on my account and BBB. I received a response this evening (too bad I cannot share a screenshot) from the store owner claiming she intended to ship Monday. I was promised the order by end of July just last week... interesting.
Here is the text from the email:
" Haha that's laughable honestly. Thankfully your package want shipping until Monday so I was able to cancel and refund you. I'm happy to show the BBB your refund. Haha thanks! "
I am from Germany and ordered a Hoodie and another clothing item from storenvy - ordered in October and it still did not arrive (04.12.2014) - the so called tracking (which in the meantime I think is fake) did never change the status.
I will never buy there again. If I had read this rating site before, I would never have ordered there. Seems that I am not the only one who encountered this behavior at storenvy.
I bout Tea tree from Life Health center trough this website storenvy. The picture of what the product was supposed to be versus the product I received was absolutely different. I paid much more because I thought I would get the product i asked for, on top of that the liquid inside is NOT tea tree. Yeah a joke.
I had completed a few successful transactions with Storenvy when my customers used Paypal to Checkout. I had a customer use Stripe for the first time and it was a nightmare. Basically the customer purchased $300 worth of shoes and then I received an email saying that it was a fraudulent purchase. This complaint came 3 weeks after the shoes had been received! I lost the case and lost my money and shoes and all Storenvy had to say to me was that they were sorry and couldn't do anything. This response came a week later through email with no proper salutation. I am disgusted.
I wish I went to read the reviews first before making a purchase from this website. I placed an order last year and when order hasn't arrived for over a month, I started emailing their customer service (*******@yahoo.com), but after multiple emails, NO RESPONSE! And after reading these reviews, I'm afraid I will never receive my order too. If so many people have been fooled and have lost valuable money & not receiving their orders, I hope the authorities will do something to bring this site down.
I was lucky that I received my merchandise and hadn't bought anything expensive. This company does not seem to care about how its shop owners conduct business. I purchased jewelry that I expected (based on the shop owners location) to come from the domestic US and instead, ended up waiting almost 2 months for it to come from China. Had I known this, I wouldn't have made a purchase. The shop owner didn't respond to my email until I sent an email to Storenvy's customer service, and the owner claimed an email was never sent to them. The jewelry I received was assembled improperly and didn't match the picture. Good thing it was inexpensive or else I'd have requested my money back.
I strongly suggest not purchasing anything from here, because the quality will probably be low and the chance that you receive your item is slim. Hopefully you can get your money back or receive your item.
I've had an absolutely positive experience in both shopping at Storenvy and being a shop owner on Storenvy. I love the range of products I've been able to purchase and all the shop owners in my experience have been friendly, helpful, and genuinely appreciative of my business. As a shop owner, I find that Storenvy wants my shop to succeed and doesn't just consider me a number on a report somewhere. I feel like my shop is my own and I appreciate their efforts to grow their platform even better as time moves on.
Why you should not shop at storenvy
1- storenvy took 5 days to get back to me when there was a problem
2- storenvy does not regulate their members or products for quality control
3- storenvy made no effort to fix the problem and made absurd lazy excises for the problem
4- storenvy has no phone support or accountability
5- storenvy has no working digital download system for digital goods

STORENVY, they are rotten thiefs! Do not use this site. I ordered through them and was directed to Lavish Dash, they do not have a way to track your item or contact them in any way! Now I too have to deal with PayPal, and it's not simple. In order to attempt to receive a refund you must read about six pages as to "How To" it is ridiculous! I'm positive I will never get a refund because the scam runs though all 3 of these Scum Bucket companies.
I honestly wish I could give this company negative stars. Ordered a shirt from a seller 7 weeks ago. I was charged on my credit card and never recieved the order. I tried to contact the store owner and it was apparently a phoney email. So I contacted storenvy directly and it took them two weeks to tell me that I need to ask my credit card company for a refund. It's not my credit card company's fault that storenvy can't get their stuff together and refund me directly. Honestly disgusted.
I ordered a phone screen puppet cleaner. I love it. Just as pictured. Took a bit to get but i expected it would coming from China to the US. Im saving the wrappings to cuz its not every day you get something directly to your house from China. Thank you very happy with my purchase.
I have had items for sale on this site for EVER and haven't gotten a sale... I notice that when I do a search for an items it brings up stuff on Etsy and Ebay but nothing from storenvy I don't think it is run very well... you get what you pay for lol
We purchased a dress for my daughter and they sent the wrong size. We contacted them and they told us to return the dress. We did and they said they will not refund the money because the dress was worn! It did not even fit! We lost $100. $#*!ing people they suck! Zero stars. Total rip off
Pinnerpeace - do not order from them; terrible customer service and quality of product. Bought a set of pins which fell off on the first day. Went to e-mail the shop Pinnerpeace about it and they asked me to show them a picture of the broken pins. Took a snapshot of obviously what was left - the pins. They were just down right rude as. Will not order from them again.
Do not order from this Company. I ordered fly fishing boutonnieres through Blue Spruce Fly Company for a wedding. Never received and no refund. I will be filing a dispute through my bank and through the Better Business Bureau. How can you take people's money? I finally got my refund!
