Love everything! Where can you get a fully functioning custom web store for $5.00 a month. And a marketplace to boot! Its the best option of me especially no listing fees cant wait til the launch mobile!
Ordered an item over 4 months ago and cannot get a response from the store owner. Storenvy provides no recourse whatsoever for getting your money back or resolving the issue. They only tell you to contact the store owner. No accountability at all when it's on their platform and they make it virtually impossible to contact them (Storenvy) directly.
NEVER GET ANYTHING FROM HERE... I ordered a dress 3 weeks for when I needed it and warned them I needed it by then... they told me it would be here and long story short it wasnt I then had to buy another dress ($200) and when the dress came i emailed them again to let them know I need to return due to it being their fault it didnt come and they will not email back... and even if I did return it the paper says I paid way less for it than what I actually did.
I was a HUGE advocate for Storenvy years ago when they first started. It was beautiful, customer service, usually Adam, was very quick to respond and take care of any issues. Then they decided to implement Stripe. I had closed my store over the holidays to deal with vendor issues and reworking my products... then I started seeing all sorts of issues in my FB feed from the forum I was a member of. Stripe being an option even though merchants didn't sign up for an account, Merchants having already shipped orders and then Stripe refunding the customers their money. SE no longer addresses issues despite being emailed and tweeted numerous times by merchants and customers. The Marketplace, where customers can find you, is no longer an option if you do not use Stripe and if you do... SE takes 10% of every sale. I understand they need to make money, but 10% is a bit high. Also, instead of addressing any concerns in their FB forum, they no longer allow non admins to post on the page! How shady is that? They clearly no longer care about their Store Owners. I left the forum, left Storenvy and created a free website and used embedded code from my SquareUp store and PayPal buttons because I was not about to go back to Etsy either. I really hope that Jon can deflate his ego in time to see the ship sinking under his feet... this is no way to run a business. I am heartbroken because I believed in them and ashamed I ever recommended them.
If you order from SHOPYUKII they will let you order and pay for an item and then TWO MONTHS LATER you will get an email saying they refunded your money because the price of the item you ordered went up! And now if you want the item you have to order AGAIN, PAY THE HIGHER PRICE, AND WAIT 3 more months. What a joke!
Right after I ordered from storenvy their site went down and hasn't been up since, the contact i was given Tiffany Banks is very rude and sent me a long reply about "you people just want something to complain about, why would I rip you off for lipstick?!? Fine, I'm sending orders out today and it looks like yours is one less order i need to ship". She repeatedly said You People, I'm guessing it's because everyone who ordered a Christmas gift that was promised to be here by now, the 23rd, is upset they never received what they ordered by the time they were promised. I was told it was being shipped a long time ago, not two days before Christmas, so that was just proof that it's a scam and 'Tiffany Banks' is a liar. I was never given a tracking number and she tried to argue with me that every customer is given a tracking number. Well, I wasn't. I ordered the same thing from a seller on Ebay here in California and i received my product three days after i ordered for half the price! Storenvy, stylelick and Tiffany Banks are a scam and i would urge anyone and everyone to stay away from the sites. Stick to Ebay, Amazon and Etsy. I've never had a problem with purchase from those three sites.
DO READ ALL TGE FINE PRINTS BEFORE PURCHASING! THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE AND WILL THROW YOU IN THE DITCH WHEN PROBLEM NOT SOLVED! WORST PART WAS MY ITEM DIDN'T ARRIVED! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BOGUS WEBSITE!

Storeenvy takes no responsibility for orders placed through them.if the seller doesn't deliver your screwed. I would expect store envy to gedt involved and at least remove non- performing sellers
My experience was awful... I wish I checked reviews. My daughter needed a dress for her winter ball... FIRST BIG EVENT in highschool. She pulled it up and it appeared to be a normal site. We did get a dress resembling the picture but the fabric was hard and the dress 'specks' were all off... we ordered a size 2 and received an email asking for specific measurements. I am familiar with how to take proper measurements and even added additional ones as a precaution. The dress is too big in the bust( we are aproximately the same size only she has a much smaller cup size 32A vs 32DD) and I is big on me! Big, as in, GAPING OUT! The torso is too long and makes the fabric fold at the neck. The two front pieces of the dress are so narrow that it would cause mega side-boob even if it fit properly. I have taken to 3 different seamstress', to which they all say the same thing..."this is a mess, I have to dismantle and have nowhere to take extra fabric from" I could go on and on. Their basic response is" Hello Dear... blah blah blah, not their fault, etc" Every email is " Hello Dear"... ugh just a terrible experience
$180.00 plus shipping... WASTED.
I ordered LED platform shoes from the site listed below:
Haharjuku Fashion
Basically this youtuber "Drew DIsaster" is sposered by them and I was like "cool, I'll buy me a pair of shoes." I BOUGHT IT OVER A MONTH AGO and I looked at my receipt online and it said "Awaiting shipment"
I ORDERED THESE SHOES OVER A MONTH AGO and it says on the site "90% of orders ship withing 1-3 weeks"
Don't WASTE your money at all. The whole thing is a big scam.
Please don't. The good reviews are probably people getting paid to do a good review. I'm going on youtube and telling everyone about my horrible experience.
I am a store owner on ebay, amazon, tictail and other websites but in storenvy i got no orders. Whats happening her? I am looking some sellers, they sold 35k products but i got zero.
Has anyone received there swinsuit from urban fawna? I'm trying to figure out why does it take forever to receive an update from postal service. Does It really take 7 to 15 days?

I ordered from icoolapprael. Feb 23 2017 I have yet to receive the wallet.the money was taken out of my acct. I want the money returnedm DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THE PURSE Ws cheap looking as hell. I gzve it away for free.
Seller not only didn't have the item but charged me anyway,, and claims they don't take that type of payment? FRAUDULENT SELLERS AND SITE! Try getting customer service its a joke!
Why is it so difficult to get a refund or an answer from you when you keep saying "give me two days"... then another week goes by and nothing?
I love storenvy, it is a good brand helping my store grow. I will be using this site again. Thank you.
This was THE WORST experience. DO NOT ignore these bad reviews like I did. I should have listened to the warnings. I ordered what I thought would be the perfect dress for my wedding reception. It was suppose to be fitted on top and flowy on the bottom. For this reason to ensure it was fitted up top I ordered a size SMALLER. When it arrived... it was HUGE with no size tag attached so I had no idea what size I actually received. Also the sleeves were too short, and the train wayyyy too long unlike the photo. After immediately realizing how big it was I tried to contact the company. No response. So I then contacted the website they distribute through and they were able to get a hold of them for me. Which they then demanded photographic proof that the dress was too big. Which I thought was ridiculous. None the less I had the proof where they then responded and said they would send me another after I sent back this dress. I told them I did not want another because I did not believe I would actually receive one that would fit. They then responded with fine I could ship it back to CHINA. They supplied no return shipping slip and refuse to pay for the shipping which would have cost me $110.00 to ship it to China. Since requesting they pay the shipping they have just stopped answering all together. So now I'm out $300.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I know there are a lot of bad reviews about this website (I understand why they're there and will explain their stance in my review) but my experience was certainly a good one, and I want to show people the good side of the website rather than a list of complaints.
Most people are only compelled to write a review about ANYTHING if they had a bad experience, and when I was thinking about using this website the reviews almost made me choose not to. I'm glad I chose to use it. I ordered from a seller named No Face Neko, and my order was estimated to arrive three to four weeks after my payment processed. It came in the mail after just two weeks, which was a huge relief considering some reviews said orders never came. Now it's time to address the bad reviews you see below.
The website doesn't carry the merchandise itself. It's a place where a bunch of independent sellers can post their products for you to order, and storenvy takes a small service charge. The quality of your order experience is completely dependent on which seller you actually buy from. I was lucky enough to have a legitimate seller who did everything in a timely fashion. If you're unlucky, you might order something from someone who doesn't take it very seriously, meaning you'd wait for ages until you actually get anything. I'd recommend taking a look and seeing if the seller you're buying from has other products up for sale as well, or if the thing you're looking at is the only one. That might help assess their credibility.
Overall, I had a great experience using storenvy, and unlike most people who enjoy their experience, I chose to share it here. The other reviews all seem to be complaints from people who got unlucky with their seller, but don't assume that's how every order went. Enjoy!
If I could give this less than 1 star - I would. This was undoubtedly the worst experience I've had purchasing. I ordered a pair of shoes. The company said they were located in the US. I then got a text message at 3:30am! Yes, a text message at 3:30 in the morning from the seller saying they were out of stock. Hmmmm - in the US? No. She then says to pick out another pair of shoes with a link she sent me over that was in Chinese. I said that I wasn't interested, and please refund my money. For the last 3 days, I have recieved emails and texts asking my to try and find another pair of shoes to purchase so that they don't have to refund my money. What kind of seller takes this approach? I have told them at least 5 separate times that I don't want another pair of shoes, just refund my money. Storenvy provides you with NO OUTLET to speak with anyone for assistance. Thankfully I used Paypal for the purchase. I am still presently dealing with this. Go anywhere else than this site. It's absolutely horrible.
StorEnvy in great. I will be using this site again. Thank you very very much for the good service...
The T-shirt fabric had a great quality and the product arrived quickly in Australia. Thank you so much...
My dress is beautiful and amazing. The makers of the dress was nice enough to keep in contact with me whenever I had any questions!
Love my Monsters tank top from my favorite podcast Sword & Scale. Pretty fast shipping to Norway too. Happy with my purchase, would shop again!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! For awhile now my friends have been talking about Storenvy and I thought that I might give it a try. After finding a vintage denim plus size vintage skirt in my size for a reasonable price I was ready to purchase it. It took me a whole week to try to make up my mind about whether I should buy anything from there or not. On February 14th I decided to purchase it. I waited for a full week to see when I could be expecting it when I decided to email the store owner To ask why my order still had the status of "awaiting shipment". That was this past Saturday. When I checked it on Sunday my order status changed to "On Hold" & the store that I purchased it from was gone! It was like there was no trace of this girl or my skirt or the store! I emailed the site itself and have still not gotten any feedback from them! This was my first time ordering from them & It was a HUGE MISTAKE! They are no help whatsoever. I hope they read these reviews and understand how horrible they are at business
I oredered a BIONETTE allergy device. Was charged to me cc. 6 months later no product still. Emailed them multiple times and NO response. Even contacted the Product / company directly and they couldnt do anything, said this musy be a scam! SCAM SCAM SCAM! RUNNNNNNNNNNNNN
