Booked a flight through them using one of their promo offer to receive an email after two days stating the booking has been cancelled and that I need to rebook the flight. Called them and asked for the refund and they mentioned the refund may take up to 30 days! Ridiculous! You charge my account for a service that you failed to serve with and now I'll have to wait for ages to get my money back!

Hi there, we're sorry about that! Refunds, if coming from the airline (as is the case if your reservation has already been ticketed), can sometimes take up to 30 days. We aren't really in control of how long this process takes, as it has to come back to us through the airline. Please let us know if we can do anything else in the meantime to help you rebook.
