It was very easy to buy tickets and the process was smooth. I was also able to save some money too.
Cheaper and it was also a lot easier than other sites to buy tickets. There were also no hidden costs an and the purchase process was easier than ever.

Great 3rd-party booking site overall. Only negative comment I can give so far is that when I checked the booking on the airline's website, it had my name wrong. My name was in Student Universe correctly as (example name) Ivy Mary Johnson, and in the airline's booking it incorrectly showed up as Ivymary Johnson for whatever reason. I had to reach out to the airline to correct my passenger info so it would match my ID.

Terrible - I tried booking a million times with multiple diff cards. Didnt go through, finally went through and then they sent me an email that it was cancelled. Then finally tried again the next day and then they didnt get confirmed. I inquired and they wrote to me asking for all my personal details and credit card and photo ID to make sure its a legit match. Only then they finally confirmed my booking.

The one point of interest was that there was some issue with processing my credit card. I was able to use another, so that ending up working, but it was a minor annoyance in the moment.

This is the worst website to book a flight ticket. Instead, you can book on Priceline or directly with the airlines, where you'll pay around $100 more but have many options. They claim to offer cheap tickets, but then charge a fortune for even small changes. I have a flight from FLL to India that cost me $920. There's an airport change from JFK to EWR, with only a 3-hour layover. I requested to change the domestic flight or remove it so I could arrange my own travel, but they're asking for $400 to make the change. It's technically very challenging to transfer from JFK to EWR in such a short time.
