This was very easy, smooth and good prices. I was not sure at first due to the difference in price between StudentUniverse and other sites. However, a friend of mine told me that he used it for 3 times so I give it a try and it was a good choice

I was able to find an affordable flight - however, I wasn't able to compare prices for my selected travel date in a table with adjacent days; this feature used to be available, but doesn't seem to be active anymore.

You really got to improve your customer service. I was on call for 2 hours with no response. Or already you should mention the time at which they would be available. Or even a Live Chat. Waiting on a call for 2 hours with no one address my questions was a pain

I booked a flight and received a confirmation but there has been no charge to my credit card and the airline website has no record of me on the flight. When I try to call to get information I have had to wait on hold twice for at least a half an hour, finally I hang up because I don't know if anyone will ever answer.

I was able to do the $25 flights. After a week of trying, i finally got in on the last day and get to go home for the holidays! Thank you student universe!

I have been trying to reach student universe for last few days to explore change of ticket due to illness, but was on hold for more than an hour before I gave up; sent an urgent email but never heard back. Never ever I am booking with Student Universe or will allow anyone from my family to book either. Extremely bad experience

Emails are a waste of time. Customer service is almost nonexistent. It took SEVERAL 2 hour conversations over the course of weeks, and $350 in hidden fees to cancel a $700 flight.

You get what you pay for... You have been warned.

Easy to find good trips and cheap trips. The website is very easy to use and it helps other to find new flights easily. Also the prices of the plane tickets are nice.

The booking experience was super user friendly and the airlines specific details were easily updated without hassle. Very helpful for international students.
I feel just one feature about canceling booking within 24-48 hrs should be introduced for free as plans might change for people.

I had a great experience with booking on student universe. Low fares during peak season & very quick booking process. I used it for the first time was little nervous first but I am glad I tried it.

Wish it would have shown all connecting flights instead of one. Easy to use just wish some of the prices were college friendly never got my first time discount.

I came to this website through Kayak.com, and I must say price was great but there were several issues like when I placed the order for flight tickets, I thought the order went through but my credit card did not get charged, and I did not get confirmation number and E-tickets. I called the credit card company they had no history, called the StudentUniverse phone number nobody picks up ever, emailed them reply after 3 days, and no solution to my problem. After 5 days of placing the order I got my confirmation for my order, and also the most important factor is the price was also different they gave me a certain price but charged my credit card $20 extra, which I don't understand. Whole experience was really bad.

I love it it has a good rates and it is doing good for the students. I loved it very much, so I can be focused for the next time from the student discount for this app. Alright, thank you.

It was great! Smooth, they sent me my confirmation a couple hours after I submitted which was great if you take into account the promotion that was happening.

Through Student Universe, I was able to book tickets at HALF OFF what I would usually pay to get them through the airline. With Student Universe, I'll be able to fly out for the holidays while saving a ton of money.

We booked our tickets via this website and paid the amount as requested. However, i learn that after 72 hours their is no record for this booking and they cancelled it.Moreover the call waiting time for them is super long around 40 mins, i got to know that card was declined which is completely false because they want to lure people and reject because of any incorrect reasons.Also they didn't send any email for asking for a new payment which really says a lot about their process.Stay away for this website!

Easy to buy the ticket, but I needed to get in contact with customer service about changing the payment method and they took a very long time to respond back so the payment was already processed and I couldn't change my payment method

I live the process of selecting a flight the only problem I have with the service is you not really given all the options to cross book a flight like for instance I want to use delta to me destination and back JetBlue your not really seeing JetBlue as an option unless you select JetBlue to your destination but overall the experience was good

It took some time in the queue for me to get a ticket, but luckily I was able to secure one! Thank you Amazon and Student Universe for this opprotunity!
