After booking multiple flights to arrive and depart from my upcoming study abroad trip, one of my flights was changed shortly after. Because of this, I had to call Student Universe to confirm the flight reschedule they had done for me. When calling to confirm the changes, the service was incredibly friendly and diligent about double-checking with me about my specific flights that I'd be boarding, to make sure I was aware of exactly what I'd be getting into.
My study abroad program recommended them for booking flights.

The website was user friendly. I don't like paying for seat fees when I book business class but your fare was quite a bit lower than others. I didn't like the fact that "premium economy" and "business class" fares were not clearly shown.

It was such an amazing experience!
I had been looking for flights to Paris for a while now but never really took the chance to purchase. I had had the app for a while now but never booked until a few days ago, I had been tracking the prices of the flight in Google Flights only to realize that when I looked it up in Student Universe the prices were at a lower rate and it included more things than the other one. So without a doubt, I purchased it immediately, since then I've recommended a few friends to use the app and they have found similar experiences, but the best part is that by using my recommendation link we have both benefited!
I will bring up, that I did not give the full five stars for the fact that when I tried booking the flight through my mobile app halfway through it would shut me out of the app and I had to restart the process, but once in the computer, everything worked out well. I still find the same glitch when trying to see the tickets in my phone so I just use the online app in my computer which works perfectly fine.
I think as an international student I can constantly struggle with flight purchases and such, but having the app makes it easier for me to find discounts and trust that I will have safe travels.

I booked my own flight for the first time when I was in college and it was daunting because I was travelling internationally. My college recommended I use StudentUniverse and I've never looked back. It's so easy to find the perfect flight combination since they automatically compare different combos and prices for you. I've used StudentUniverse to fly both domestically (in the US) and internationally over 10 times now and it's always worked out perfectly.

The procedure was really easy with very reasonable prices. For connection flights they also offer to send the bags directly to the final destination.

I think the insurance pop to quick, not sure how, I was not able to review my purchase before paid.
What impress me the most was the fast response to my email inquire, request me to call800 number, I did talk to a "person" with almost no time waiting in line and I supposed to get a refund in 10 business days

A friend offered me this service and it easily walked me through the steps to reserve a ticket, check bags, and choose an insurance plan to protect my stuff. The prices are also pretty nice compared to other sites.
