I was looking for a ticket for about a month and the prices were quite high, happy to have found a reasonably priced ticket with a short layover.

The customer service is uterrly incompetent. They lie directly to your face, and then play dumb when you come back and complain.

I had a flight credit from a canceled flight through Delta, but I had to call StudentUniverse in order to use it since I bought the flight from them. The customer service continually lied to me about getting in touch with Delta after I called them 3 times. They refused to help me on this, and I was not able to book the flight I had wanted due to their lies and lack of help. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

One star is overrated, and I would have given them -5 if I have the option.

Don't get me wrong, if nothing happens to your flight, this site is a good comparison tool, and I booked a ticket through them before and nothing went wrong (like a normal experience you will expect).

However, this time when my flight schedule was changed and I need to reschedule, I learned my lesson. First off, the customer service has an insane long wait time -- if you are not calling them 6 in the morning, you are looking at 45 minutes min waiting time.

Secondly, I had a schedule change from the airline, so I called them to reschedule. It took me like 5 calls and a whole month to give me an alternative. AND, what is more insane is that they never followed up after I confirmed their proposed change! So I have to re-rescheduled because the reschedule no longer work. Okay now I thought I finally rebooked my flight. Then I found out that neither that is confirmed because I spontaneously checked my flight status on the airline website and I couldn't find my reservation. This is in a span of four months! FOUR F**king months and I can't even count the number of hours I wasted on the phone! I am now 2 weeks out from my travel date for a flight I book half a year ago, and actively solving the re-re-reschedule for 4months, and I am still not sure if I can travel.

As of today the only response I got is they are still checking with the airlines to see what option I could have LMAO!

It was alright, process was smooth until I had pressed on the travel insurance which had no price on it and there was a 45 dollar fee added to my total without me knowing.

Relatively easy and simple to find and book tickets with all fees already included in what is shown. Knowing why some of the fees are so high would be nice.

I was able to book a flight and go home to see my family because i'm in college. I just wish it told me that I would have to buy my luggage separately

Because of this offer I was able to see my close family and friends after so long. I could not afford it before but I was able to this week because of this experience. Thank you.

I got one of the $25 tickets and I'm so happy. The site was easy to access and showed all the flight information clearly. Overall, the site is organized in an efficient manner.

I believe student universe is a great website for college students such as myself. I'm so grateful for this opportunity so I can finally visit my family for the holidays!

I enjoyed how simple it made the process of buying a flight. It took me less than 15 minutes of buying a flight. I had simple options and was able to choose one that best fit my needs.

Overall the experience was good. However, the website operation speed could be improved. More importantly, it would be great if you could send the itinerary along with the booking confirmation.

I got the confirmation email but whenever I click the "click here to view your flight confirmation" it takes me to the one website where it's like "wait here for the next batch of tickets"

It would be a fantastic addition to include a Price Tracking feature that alerts users when airfare prices match their preferred budget. With this feature, users could set a target price, and when the ticket price reaches that amount, they would receive a notification. This would help travellers secure the best deals without constantly monitoring fares.

I am so glad I managed to get the $25 flight deal it's amazing, I am so glad to be able to visit family this year and take some tim away from my stressful life. Thank you so much!

StudentUniverse is a great find for people who are on a limited budget and travel every so often for absolute necessity. Whoever has come up with this idea of creating a platform such as StudentUniverse is an angel for folks like me who cannot easily afford the luxury of flying.

I was able to schedule my round trip flight pretty easily. The only confusing part of my choosing process was seeing all the extra products to buy for luggage protection and refundable tickets that made me weary of decision making.

The $25 flight promo allowed me to be able to afford to fly home for the holidays. I'm grateful I was one of the lucky ones to receive a ticket. The experience was smooth and easy.

Although Student Universe doesn't have extreme killer deals, it's still the only website that I've found so far that allows me to travel for a great price.

Student universe saved me 6 hours drive and bothering my friends to drive me there. Now I just have to ask them to dropped off at St. Louis to drop me off at the airport … god bless
