I had some issues with booking the flight I wanted (issues with airline overbooking), but the Student Universe team was exceptionally helpful and made sure to call me back and follow up, and helped me find another flight that I was able to book for an even lower price and better times. Always the best booking experience with Student Universe!

I purchased my plane tickets from Memphis, TN to London, England back in April of this year, and the trip was from August 13-August 29 2018. My flight was about $200 or so cheaper than it would have been had I bought the tickets directly through Air Canada. I highly recommend buying your plane tickets through SU if you have the chance to, it is so worth it.
Tip for consumers:
Check the liggage details as some tickets may have restrictions on your luggage.
Check to see if you are switching airlines at any point in your travels, and if you are arriving/departing from the same airports.

The Student Universe website is very well organized to facilitate the purchase of airline tickets without placing excessive pressure on pricing deadlines.
I found Student Universe through Kayak and, not knowing anything about the company, before making my purchase I researched it and found out it is part of a very large travel services group that operates worldwide with know how experience dating back to the 70', the same years I started traveling around the world and looking for bargains. I was reassured by what I learned and purchased my tickets with confidence.

I had to cancel my original flights and book new ones and was told that I would be sent an itemized reciept. I wasn't. So I emailed asking for one and instead they sent me a receipt of the original purchase and charged me ten dollars for their "service". Then I emailed again asking very clearly for an itemized receipt of the cancelation fees, charges,and what I was refunded but they never answered me. Booking my flights both times was straightforward and easy but I still can't get a receipt for my refund.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. Sometimes there are transactions flagged by the system and we would like to make sure it is the credit/debit card holder that authorizes the payment. We understand it is a bit inconvenient but it helps protect the information for the credit/debit card holder as well as the passenger. We appreciate your trust and confirmation!
BASICALLY THEY DON'T VALUE CUSTOMERS TIME. IT TOOK THEM AN HOUR TO RESERVE ME A TICKET WHICH IS SIMPLY INSANE. I'M STILL WAITING ON THEM AND HAD TO WRITE THIS REVIEW. NEVER AGAIN. I WOULD RATHER BOOK WITH THE AIRLINES.!

Jacob, curious if you could provide some more detail on why customer service was reserving a ticket, were you having trouble doing so on the website? Also, if you could private message me your StudentUniverse reservation code that would be a big help so I can further explore this issue.
Not sure how SU can offer such a great price but I accepted the blessing and was surprised to get a same-day confirmation. Let's hope it he travel goes as well!

Great service, would be even better if allow cancellation at no cost within around 24-48 hours. I would also love to see more discounts / promo codes for students year round, not just at holidays.

Never got my $150 refund after weeks. Reached out two times was told to check with my bank, they haven't received anything. It's all this company. Thank god I didn't waste more than 150. Goodbye.
