Upon booking tickets, the money was gone from my bank and no confirmation on laptop screen and no email varification for long time. Had to chat with them and agaid had to give all the details of all travelling passengers... then finally got tickets. And then again no luggage info provided on tickets... ommm. Agaid with chat, they asked to provide all the passengers each details... just terrible.

No issue with anything in particular. I was debating about the data plan. It would have been good if more information about the data plan (associated with telco network in Singapore) is provided.

I had been watching ticket prices for a while and was happy to find a very reasonable transatlantic price with StudentUniverse. I also used their customer service line and found them quite helpful.

Fares are usually more expensive by about $5 (most likely their fee). Used to be great bc of $30 promo codes but now even $15 promo codes are few and far between. Only reason I used the site.

This ticket cost almost 287 CAD which was not competitive at all for a student. Whereas other websites offered the same with 260 CAD. It was my first time using this service and won't use it anymore.

Everything was pretty easy and straight forward. I was also happy to see that compared to other sites ticket prices, StudentUniverse did have the cheapest for students! I will definitely use again!
I chose StudentUniverse because trying to pay for trips during school break can be stressful when you think about costs. But with the discounts and offers StudentUniverse has, it makes trip planning so much easier and much less stressful!
