I made a booking and got a reservation number. That worked on the airline website too. The next morning I received an email saying my booking had been cancelled. Now I'm ringing to investigate but none is picking up? Stay away

Was seeking a reasonable one way fare to go home to London from Orange County, CA. Expected to not find anything and having to fly out of LAX. Could not believe I could get such a great fare, ultra quick connection and be able to fly out of SNA! Student Universe will be my first check for travel from now on! Shared my findings with my friends so they too will be using Student Universe as their first choice!

I have bought a ticket with insurance and deluxe support and the costumer service is not take care my case. I have called many time and I have been waiting for hours even though I bought the deluxe support package. I send an email that supposed to be responsed by the deluxe support in 4 hours and I have not received any email from them for two days. I also did receive a booking number for my flight. I am very disappointed about the service. It is my last time using this app. If you are looking for a flight ticket this should be your last last option. I don't recommend booking thru Student university app. It is a really nightmare. It should be an option where you cannot give any start.

We bought a ticket with 24 hour cancellation, cancelled it via email, but did not get a confirmation of cancellation or not.
If not yet cancelled, we would like to keep the ticket please.

The ticket is booked though, still it is taking long time for the PNR to appear in the airline website. Please reduce the delay process on this regard.
