I am grateful for StudentUniverse. With three students in college, they have come through in a clutch for me, and my family several times. They are legitimate, flights are affordable, and the customer care is stellar!

I used the prime deal but instead of getting a 25$ flight as it was advertised everywhere i only got 25$ off. I'm glad for the discount but the advertising of the deal should have been more clear the the 25$ flights was domestic only.

I had a little challenge in checking in after booking the flight on your platform but i later contacted your customer service and the explain to me to wait for a minimum of 72 hour to receive my E-ticket.
So I am still waiting for my E-ticket

It says from December 9-13th we could purchase 25 dollar tickets if we were 18-25 or a student. After being stuck on the holding screen and then having to search my flight several times, it wasn't even a 25 dollar discount. It was 15.38 off of a 460 dollar flight. Nothing about that says 25 dollars

At first the Amazon and student universe deal didnt seem real. This holiday season my family is going through so much and I really need to be there and without student universe it wouldn't have been possible. The website was easy to navigate, and signing up was not difficult. The waiting in line was expected and I was notified when the site entered me in line. The area where card information needed to be inputted was small and easily looked over until I was notified I could not move into the next step. Window for scrolling on part for card information needs to be bigger

I joined the line queue at 11:45am Dec 9th. I had the tab open on my laptop. About two hours and a half later I got in and was able to purchase my $25 ticket. Do NOT manually refresh your page trying to get in.

I decided to take the leap to try to get a $25 ticket while actually thinking that I probably wouldn't get one. I lucked out the first 2 days but was successful the 3rd day. After getting in, the purchase process was pretty seamless. The system was not sluggish and moved through everything pretty quick. Had an issue with getting my seat purchase process but was still worth it as I will be receiving a refund and was still able to purchase my desired seat directly with the airline. Would definitely do this again!

After booking my ticket, I wanted to cancel it because there was a $150 discount (Blackfriday) on my ticket. I had 72 hours cancellation as well so I thought why not cancel and save some money. I tried calling but got no response andI kept trying. The cancellation service is not good.

I used the prime discount to book a flight but the checkout experience was horrid. It wouldn't let me skip the seat selection option. After I went back and deselected the seats, there was no price breakdown in the confirmation page. Since I only had a 15-min window to use the deal, I confirmed anyways but it charged me an additional $56 for a seat on a SINGLE flight (not even for a seat on any of the other flights I was taking). I had never even clicked on any seat that was that expensive. When I called customer service to get the seat refunded, they said that they would have to email some other department and that they would get back to me in 24 hours. It has been longer than 24 hours and I have received no response. I feel as though they stole $56 of my money.

I was required to purchase my airline ticket from this third party seller, and I thought I would be able to get a good price on my tickets because it is geared towards students. However, the prices were identical to the prices I found for a google flight search, which was really disappointing. The process for purchasing the ticket was smooth so far however. I guess we'll see if I have any problems at the airport. I was also disappointed that I couldn't buy my luggage fee now and I need to wait.

Booking this flight was not a problem.
But at first I was not able to confirm my student status by myself on the website. It was only possible after calling the hotline and waiting in line for 4h. Then, my other booking had a mistake because the Passenger information changed to a different name since I booked from a different account (I couldnt confirm mine). The waiting line on the phone takes long and sometimes people hang up on you. The company was not able to help with this wrong ticket, not even with a charge. Therefore, I lost the money for the other booking.

I've had to wait 1.5 hours per call and each agent mentioned different things. The first agent was able to offer us a reschedule for a penalty. But unfortunately the call got disconnected from your end. We had to then call again and wait for another 1.5 hours and The next agent offered us an option of either canceling the flight or turning up as a no show. How can these be the only options? We've been waiting on a total of 6 hours trying to get an option but none of your team agents could help us. All this while dealing through a family death. I can't believe the customer care of this company could be so crude.
What options are these when it's clearly mentioned that you can reschedule at a cost of paying a penalty which we are ready to pay for? This is clearly mentioned in your term and conditions.
Apparently there is nothing available for the whole month of Jan. Which is clearly hard to believe. I'm extremely disappointed with the service and options available through this company. I will definitely not be purchasing any tickets from you and will be recommending my friends and family to do the same.

I booked my flight during the Amazon Prine Young Adult Deal. There were no flights available for $25 on the day I was wanting to fly, so I booked another. Of course, it was a late flight with a layover rather than direct. But worth it! I just wish, because I booked Main Cabin, that I could make flight changes through the airline. It is difficult to get ahold of customer service.

I purchased tickets for a trip to Hawaii in February of 2025. When I checked out, the tickets were 280 and some odd amount, I agreed to this. I logged into my account after purchasing the tickets and there was an error page, with a charge of 529.25, which is almost double the original cost.

I purchased tickets via Student Universe. I received confirmation numbers for both Student Universe and the Airlines but for some reason the Airlines the tickets are with do not show I have tickets. The confirmation numbers I received from Student Universe are not in the airlines system.
Ticket prices and times were good. But know I regret using them. I think I wasted money cause I bought tickets that do not exist with the airlines.

I tried three times to book the same ticket the website kept crashing. When I booked it and got the confirmation, I was happy. A day later costumer service reaches out to me about changing the flight which I think is unfair. When I had the chance to call back I couldn't reach anyone and I've been on the line for 5 hours with no answer. I don't know who to call or who to reach out to.
