I made an order and received a code, but the tickets were never send. Thankfully, I was not charged. I bought my tickets the next day and that transaction was successful. I have not been charged twice thankfully, but it was stressful realizing my first transaction did not go through.

Good customer service not a scam site may add charges for unexpected changes or add ons but if youre set on your plans it can be cheaper here

I could get an affordable ticket through this website even I booked it not to far from the depart day. However, sometimes the information about luggage is not transparent and the website is lagging.

The reason for my 4 review is that I booked a flexible ticket and when I found a better deal on a different ticket And I called in and I waited over an hour and still no one picked up the phone to change my ticket and it was to late 😭
