Student Universe gave me a great deal and was quick to respond when I hadn't received my flight info.

Called the helpline because of a mistake in my passenger information for a flight. I first called the airline and waited 2+ hours for a 2 minute conversation to be told to contact student universe. I dreaded having to wait again for so long, but, to my surprise, I only waited a couple of minutes and had my information updated and problem solved in minutes
Love the price grid. I think it's the best way to compare flights in terms of price and then quick looks into durations too.

As the title describes,
There was no need to do additional verification for the card used. It is kind of pointless to assume the traveler and the card holder to be same person. In my case, it was luckily me.
What if I had used my family or friends's card for the moment?
The experience was not the best.
