Really valuable flight! But difficult to get into the website! Need to wait long long time! But it worths.

My aunt booked it for me through this app and im pleased, it shows me whatever my journey is throughout flying.

It took a while to gain access but when I did, I found the best deal for my next trip when compared to other websites I was looking into.

Easy process at a discounted rate. Definitely recommend to anyone especially if flying international.

I was skeptical about this opportunity to get plane tickets this cheap but I'm glad I took the risk and now I can see my family this holiday season.

The experience to waiting in the queue and then selecting my flight and recievingall the information was easy and effortless.

I got my confirmation right away to my email. Although there was a little problem during the payment. But I think it was caused by the bank.

I booked my flight through StudentUniverse and initially received a booking confirmation within minutes, along with an airline confirmation number that was even verifiable on the airline's website. However, by the second day, that PNR (Passenger Name Record) stopped working, and the airline website said, "No reservation found for this PNR."

I called StudentUniverse multiple times, and each time it took around 50 minutes to reach an agent, who was difficult to understand due to a strong accent. Finally, on the fifth day, an agent assured me that I'd receive my ticket the next day. But by day six, I was told they hadn't been able to secure the ticket, and I would need to rebook – only now, the same flight had increased by $600!

The most frustrating part was having to call StudentUniverse and endure 50 minutes of irritating hold music each time before finally reaching an agent I could speak with.

This experience was not just frustrating but completely unprofessional. If you want peace of mind when booking a flight, look elsewhere!

Good, really easy process as always. I'm always able to find a flight and get what I need

I used Student Universe last year and they were great at speedy customer service responses. However, it is a bit hard to contact the customer service this year due to the long phone queue.

Process was simple and easy, the website was straightforward and got my confirmation email right after.

I think i saved $10 which as a student, is still a lot of saving. I can buy myself a coffee for finals. Thank youuu

Had to call customer support thrice and each time I had to wait at least 45 minutes before I could talk to someone (even got disconnected from the call once without talking to anyone after waiting for 60+ minutes). The issue got solved ultimately but it took about 2 days worth of effort.

I'm ultimately happy with the price I got, especially since I was able to purchase an eSIM with my plane ticket. I'm hoping that works well in-country. The price of trip insurance was also average, which is of course better than overpriced. I also like the format of the whole website. It looks clean and feels pretty easy to use. I found the various specific filters helpful in choosing the right flight for me. However, I kept getting non-specific "error" messages when I tried to view the "My Trips" tap or log into my account on the site and in the app. I also had to wait around just to get onto the site due to high traffic even after Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals were over. This was annoyingly time-consuming and didn't seem to make sense after the holiday. It was also disappointing after all that to find that no holiday deals applied to my flight.

More significant, though, was the lack of guidance on how to connect my StudentUniverse booking to the actual airline and my loyalty account with that airline. It was frustrating as a student and first-time user of this site to be in the dark. I was lucky to have an aunt who's booked flights with travel agents before to help me figure it out. Basically, you go into your StudentUniverse booking and find the reservation number. The airline's website should have a place to "Find My Trip" where you plug in that reservation number and your last name. If you have an account with that airline, just make sure you're logged in when you do this and/or be sure to attach your loyalty number or account number to the flight reservation. You should also be able to attach your Know Traveler Number (KTN) for those with TSA Pre-Check.

Finally, even though I paid a lower-than-average price, I still wonder if I could've found a better deal with all the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales had I looked a bit harder. StudentUniverse doesn't guarantee the lowest prices or compensate customers who find the same flight for a lower price, so that's something to keep in mind: it's still worth looking for other deals before settling on a StudentUniverse flight.

This is my first time booking a ticket through Student Universe. It is great that they have a discount for the Amazon Prime members. I have one complaint that I have not got my e-ticket yet even after 24hour of the booking conformation :/

Great price but I wish I could see the flight info on the flight asap. It worries me even though I have the confirmation page!
