It was great experience and the cheapest ticket.
I needed to fly to India the next day due something happens in the family.

The process of booking flights and comparing the flight rates is pretty good. I was able to see how much it will cost me if I board the flight in any other dates.

I had to cancel two flights to the south of France and knew I would not receive a refund as I did not purchase travel insurance. I had pneumonia and Covid and was advised not to travel because I was contagious. The customer service person that answered the phone Was helpful and said in the circumstances, even without travel insurance, we reach out to the airlines just to say, could you make a one time refund and that it would take some time. That was great since I wasn't expecting a refund. However, student universe will not respond to any of my follow up emails as this happened back in August and when I call, they say they're still looking into it. They need to work on their Communication skills. I won't be booking through them anymore.

As a student student universe gives me flights at cheaper rates,and it helps me to travel a lot while others paying a lot to travel I am paying a little

I wish to speak with a customer service agent, and I was on the phone waiting to speak with someone for 45 minutes until I drop the call. I still have not spoken with someone to confirm certain aspects of my reservation.

I was looking for cheap flights, I found cheap flights. The filters were helpful and overall it was pretty straightforward. Any issues I had with not being able to find the exact ideal time for a flight is probably more so on the airline itself and not on this website.
