Nothing, don't plan to use your services again. Did not appreciate the cost for a 1 minute change when mistake was made. Second Customer Service person made me feel like child with her tone and speech, which was totally unnecessary.
Wanted to try a different service other than my normal go to site.

We examed to the 5-minute conversation between you and our customer service agent and we did not notice any language that could have made you feel like a child. If you could provide any evidence, we would look into the case again.
I was a little skeptical of the site at first, but I saw minimal bad reviews. I decided to give StudentUniverse a chance and I'm glad I did. The site is very straight forward and easy to use!
