I had gotten a ticket from a different website but they had ended up canceling them last minute because of booking issues StudentUniverse helped me by helping me get tickets last minute and I got my confirmation on time and there was no delays

I didnt like the additional and unnecessary request of making me send pictures of the card used, ID of card owner, etc.
I was initially skeptical because I thought it was a fraudster, my mind wasn't at rest at all. Otherwise, the service was good.
I chose it because I am a student and the rate was fairly ok compared to what I was offered by someone else, even though not as low as I wanted or expected.
I was expecting a student discount but didn't exactly get it.
